I will always choose oriellys over advanced auto parts! Being a women I usually get treated as if I automatically don’t know a thing about auto parts due to my gender but I don’t get treated that way at oriellys so they automatically have my business every time I need something for my car! Customer service is huge to me and they always give me the greatest service! Customer for life!

Very clean store and helpful employees. The employees made me feel at home. Knowledgeable and attentive. The only thing I don't like about O'Reilly is mail-in rebates instead of instant rebates that other part stores do. Considering how great I was treated and pricing was on par, I'll continue to go there.

This review is about the Assistant Manager Bing Buell. he rescued me on the side of the road when I was on my motorcycle with a flat tire. He went out of his way to help a fellow rider!!! Kudos Bing, Thanks Again!!

Ryan at Bennington O'Reilly needs a raise! He saved me hundreds of dollars and stress all because he "knew" what he was talking about. I went to other auto shops that gave me the wrong info and parts. Ryan not only came out side to check my car, he explained what part did what and knew right away the part I needed for my car. He also reassured me that if I needs extra parts for what was wrong with my car, that they were cheap to get. Also I respected how honest he was with the part he sold me. Get this man a raise!

They're very helpful, as you'd expect, however, they also wear the best Xmas gear in town. Color changing hats, holy smokes ??

While looking up my parts the phone rang. The guy helping me started looking up there parts instead. Two other associates at registers could have taken the call or could've put on hold. Shrugged my shoulders and went to Advanced Auto and got my parts .

I had a $10.- coupon and Bing couldn't even do a cash sale for me because I'm not in the computer system. He searched a few different phone numbers including my late husband's of 5 years ago - no dice - he said no sale. Awful for them to choose to lose customers over a technicality. Wow. Talk about the computerized era. Hey, at least they're not privately owned. Lol Couldn't post zero stars, not allowed. Sorry Bing , I tried .
