Wonderful, honest, friendly service. They do amazing work in a timely manner. I absolutely enjoy and appreciate doing business with these talented mechanics! I’ve never seen a cleaner garage! I’d eat off the garage floor.
I came into town to ski Sugarbush. I had car trouble. Dropped it off in the morning and it was fixed by the end of the day.
John was kind, communicated well throughout the process. And charged a fair price for the work he finished quickly.

This was a great experience.
I had a flat tire last night during a storm while visiting the area. A and D came highly recommended by a local. The next morning I called and I
was able to be seen with only 30 minutes notice. Within 15 minutes my tire was patched, reinstalled, and I was on my way. Very reasonable $. Thanks A and D!!! Very professional!

Expensive brake service after a VT inspection. Not sure it was needed at 40K miles.
My main point is they added a 4% fee for using a credit card. No informing the customer that this would be added and giving them the opportunity to pay in cash. This is becoming much more prevalent and the state legislature needs to address this issue.
They advertise paying by credit card is fine. They do not advertise that they charge a fee for doing so much less a percentage that is 4%.
Won't be going back to this business.
Got an inspection & oil change. No issues and staff was really nice.
Conveniently close enough to the library / downtown so I could do something while I waited too.
A&D replaced front rotors and pads at a very reasonable price. Had a squeak. They took it right back in and replaced the pads. Squeak still there. They took it right back in and dug deeper and found a tangential issue that they fixed. No charge!
They listen, the are receptive, they are respectful, they do awesome work. Their shop is the cleanest I have seen. Their customer service is second to none in my 50 years of going to different dealers and repair shops.

I have been working A&D for years now and they are the only mechanics that I trust blindly. I do not need to have an estimate from them - I know the job will be done a the lowest cost an professionally. It took me years to find them!

I got my winter tires there.they ordered them for me. installed them and I ask questions .what a crew of wonderful guys.so people gas up there and they still pump gas.
Extremely unprofessional customer service. Brought my car in for inspection, got a call it was all set...bill was $160. Replaced wipers and did repairs without consent. When expressing my concerns with this practice, John Lily's response was "Whatever dude, your car is f** inspected. I would have had to charge you $50 to bring it back again to perform another inspection anyway." The truth is, I probably would have said go ahead with the repairs but this lack of communication and then the rude response was totally uncalled for.
