DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I brought my car here thinking they could get it fixed quickly so I could drive 300 miles home. My car only had a slight loss of power most likely due to low boost. They called me and said they could fix it for $800. I got no updates after that and had to call them asking if it was done. Then they said they think it may be knocking. When I got to the shop they tried to charge me $950 after quoting me $800 for a turbo up-pipe and install. They then proceeded to say there’s a slight knock once the car heats up. It had no knock when I dropped it off and just had a bunch of work done not even a year ago when the head gasket was done. They said it was just a little knock and to throw some thicker oil in it and it would make it home. They claimed the knock had been there and “my exhaust was too loud to hear it”, and that it’s been there the whole time. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN AND TEENAGERS. I spent 2 years in an auto tech class and worked in a shop, I know my way around cars. I made it out of their driveway and it instantly started a horrible rod knock. Their insurance company didn’t look at the vehicle just made us wait weeks with no communication and then proceeded to back them up saying “you just couldn’t hear it over your exhaust”. They put my life in danger by telling me it was ok to drive it when it very well could have seized on me. I had to get it towed. Multiple mechanics said there was no way it was knocking before. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.
DO NOT BRING YOU CAR HERE. Bringing my car to this shop was the worst mistake I’ve ever made. I brought it in for a simple boost issue caused by a bad down pipe, for context the car was running perfectly fine aside from a lag in acceleration. They were able to get my car in within a couple of days, which seemed promising, but after a few days, they called me back saying they had fixed the issue, but now my car had a slight knock. When I arrived to pick it up and started it, I was met with one of the worst rod knocks I’ve ever heard saying it had been there the whole time and a slight exhaust leak was covering it up. My car went into their shop with no knocking whatsoever and came out with complete engine damage as well as an 800 dollar charge for the down pipe. Ever since, I’ve been fighting with their insurance, who is now trying to total my car and offer me absolutely nothing for it. So now I’m left with two terrible choices: either pay for a new car completely out of pocket or spend $11,000 to replace the engine they destroyed. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT EVER bring your car to this shop. They completely ruined my vehicle and left me stranded. I Will post video of knock if I’m able to.
This place is horrible. If I could give it negative stars, I would. They ignored things on my car that needed fixing. When something went wrong with the computer, I soon realized that they were just throwing expensive parts at it and had no idea what was wrong. I ended up spending $8,000.00 at the Subaru dealer to get things straightened out. Biggest mistake I ever made was setting foot in this place
Had to get my transmission replaced at Auto Creek, and I have to say—they were amazing! From start to finish, they made everything super easy. They explained the issue in detail, gave me options, and were super accommodating, especially when it came to payment and how fast I had to pay for such a big repair.
I thought my car would be in the shop for ages, but they had it fixed fast, and now it drives like new! The whole crew was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

Unless you know all the things don't let them hold money to buy a car after finance company wants arm and legs of proof and u don't get the car he keeps your money 100.00 tip i guess but it's fine if he needs the money this badly i guess it's fine but cause of this I've moved to a new bank and won't be give good reviews
Great place to buy a car. Service was the issue. Make sure they check your tires before rotating. They rotated mine and 3 days later the tires did not pass inspection so I wasted that money. My daughter also had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation on that same visit.
This place is a hack shop. They do poor work and hope to slip it by unsuspecting customers. Fortunately, I know my way around cars so I called them out on it and Steve refunded me all the labor because he knew they did a hack job.
After they did the initial work I had to bring the car back to them because they had the tailhousing off my transmission and upon reassembly the rear seal leaked and was leaking gear oil onto my exhaust. They also installed exhaust from the cat back and it was hanging way below the car and wasn't located properly in the bumper. Steve was very rude when I brought the car back to him and brought up these issues. He did replace the seal free of charge and adjusted the exhaust after I proved to him it was wrong using other cars in his lot as examples. It cost me half a day of work to drive there and back and wait around while they fixed it.
Now the welding on the exhaust work they did 5 months ago is leaking substantially because they didn't do a good job welding.
I had heard good things about Auto Creek before I went there. Now I want to make sure everyone knows to watch out for their work because it isn't quality. Stay away!
The owner Steve is a very fair man . He will work with you to make you the best deal to by a car from him . The price is right . Ive been dealing with him for over 6 yrs.
