Jose is the best!! Had some funny battery stuff happen with my car so I pulled in to get it tested. He promptly tested the battery (they do that for free here) and helped me purchase a new battery.(For those wondering a battery for a 2011 Toyota Camry is $180-$210) He installed it and let me watch and learn as well. When my car still wasn't starting right he willingly scanned it and when no codes were thrown he went to ask for some other help from another worker. He came and jumped it (as instructed) and it worked! We tested it one more time and it worked! He even tested my alternator when I ran back in to ask. Very very sweet and willing to help!

Audrey the manager is awesome. She helped me get the right parts for my boat amd was knowledgeable about engine blocks. She was patient and helped everyone in the line at once with charm I don’t see often. someone get this girl a raise!

Needed a fuel filter, came in and got it ordered, they said it would be there later that day. I came in the next evening, and they said it would be in tomorrow. Came in a few days later and they still didn’t have it, I told them to call me when they got it, I never got a call, and came in 2 weeks later. The guy was rude when I asked about it and said that he could t believe I waited two weeks, and they no longer had the part. Orilleys is usually decent, but I’d avoid this location. The one in eagle mountain had a great associate named Matthew who was super helpful and got me pointed in the right direction.

I love the Saratoga Springs O'Reilly auto. They know me by name when I walk thru the door. I can BS with them and ask them random questions about issues with my truck (im not that guy tho- you know the one that doesn't care how many people are waiting but wants to talk about irrelevant stuff, no I Step aside and continue after) But it's a chill environment. UNLIKE THE OREM LOCATION haha

We called them earlier today and the guy was incredibly rude telling us we looked at the wrong location, which we certainly did. We made our way to the right one where they're helpful and nice in Eagle Mountain. Btw dude, we weren't looking at the "wrong location" the gentlemen who helped us and gave us the pricing thought it was a manual not an automatic but you didn't bother to even ask that. Thanks so much.

What a great experience! I came in because my light on my car was loose and coming off. I needed a screw and didn't know what size. Bailey jumped right in and helped us find a box of screws, and they fit perfectly! He even brought me a screwdriver. Thank you so much, Bailey, for making my day so much easier.

Best experience so far! I was having troubles with my battery and he checked the alternator and found out it was bad. Gave me tips on how to fix and instill it and he let me use the stores provided tools. I had my Jeep back in working order within 30 min. Give that man a raise! Thanks again Robby! 02/11/2024 Had issues with my Chevy Cruze misfiring and Robby came in clutch again! Honestly a modern Samaritan and goes above and beyond in his job. O’Reilly better hope he never quits because he’s definitely the reason I choose O’Reilly.

Super helpful. I have a VW and new wiper blades aren’t as easy as buying and putting them on. There’s a weird latch and they are just difficult. I went in and said, “I need new wiper blades and I need help putting them on.” They gave me options on what blades to get AND they put them on!

Hands down the best place I’ve been to. The manager was so helpful in helping replace my battery after such a hard and horrible day while my two young kids were in the car and my husband out of town. Will forever be a customer of this store.

Super helpful! My car was not starting on its own so i jumped it and took it to O'Reilly's as we were on our way to begin a family vacation. I had them test the alternator and battery. Turns out ut was tge battery. They had a great selection and I picked out my battery and they provided the tools and gloves so I could replace it and it works great! Their employees are knowledgeable and helpful! I would highly recommend them!

I came in a few weeks ago to get my battery checked, turns out it needed replacing! Scarlett helped me through the whole thing, including replacing the battery that I bought from them! The whole experience was so great, quick, and hassle free! I’ll definitely be returning!

The guys at the Oriellys in Saratoga Springs Utah location. Can't say enough about the service from Caden and Jon! They were extremely helpful and patient with me and my brother's car that wouldn't start. They helped troubleshoot the car. Caden made sure that I could get home before leaving after they had closed. He wanted to make sure I wasn't stranded. They are very professional and I highly recommend coming here. Awesome customer service even though they didn’t have to do anything. Thanks again for everything!

I had purchased a set of replacement headlight bulbs from the O’Reilly location in Sandy, but was sold the wrong type despite repeating the year, make, and model of my car several times to the young man behind the counter (meanwhile I noticed the manager was outside smoking and looking at his cellphone). A day or two later when I had time to swap the bulbs out, I noticed they weren’t correct but I no longer had my receipt. I went to the Saratoga location since that’s closest to my home, and the gentleman that I spoke to (I want to say his name is Jerry?) was extremely helpful and understanding. He did everything possible to swap the bulbs out for the correct type and left me feeling like he genuinely cared about me having a positive experience. I would highly recommend this location if you’re seeking true customer service. Thanks again, Jerry, and I hope I remembered your name correctly. You’re a gentleman and a scholar and deserve a pay raise.

My wife and son went in to have his car battery tested. They chose O'Reilly because of past good experiences with very helpful staff. Unfortunately, they were met with a subpar experience. The employee told them they had to clean the battery terminals better. So he lent them tools and they worked on it. An employee tested the battery and said it was bad. So then they were faced with needing to pull and replace the battery themselves or go to another store where they could get help. It just wasn't a very good experience.

I went in to buy new bulbs for my headlamps fully planning to learn how to change them myself. Instead I was assisted by a kind employee who taught me how while he did it for me. Way beyond normal customer service! This isn't the first time I've come to this store though. Everytime I need something, the employees are professional and helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Went in searching for a part for my truck door, there was only one employee that I could see this was around 3 or 4 on Monday, had the original part that was off the truck and the employee said they had to email someone to see if they carried the part and that I should hear from them within 3 days that was over 2 weeks ago still nothing from them. Ended up buying the part straight from the dealership. Also called multiple other auto part stores who were able to tell me within the phone call that they carried it but we're out of stock. Usually I love O'Reilly and this particular experience was not the service I was expecting

I have been going to this store for about 10 years and have never took the time to leave a review. The folks at this store are always very helpful and knowledgeable. One time, me and a buddy of mine were having a hard time changing a belt in the parking lot. One of the guys came out and helped us get it done properly. I will continue to buy my parts here. The prices are always reasonable and I prefer getting them on the spot versus waiting 2-3 days for them to come from ordering them online.

I went in because I was having a hard time finding a rear window wiper for my 2005 Durango. The employee greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked what I was looking for. I told him and he went and grabbed the wiper I needed and rang me up after asking if I needed anything else. He was friendly and I was in and out in 2 minutes. I highly recommend going here.

The staff are always super helpful and I love that you can use their code reader for free and they don’t treat you suspiciously when you take it out to your car (some places take your ID or eye you the whole time). Prices are fair and they have a good selection. When I’ve had to order parts I never have to wait to long to get them. Only complaint is that you have to wait a while sometime because even though they generally have several people at the front of the store like I said, they’re truly helping people with all of their questions and that sometimes takes time. I appreciate how much time they give me to answer all my questions and I never feel rushed or like an inconvenience.
