It was super busy and you guys did such a good job with the services needed and getting everyone taken care of while giving friendly service! I was SO impressed! It almost made me forget how much I had to spend on getting my car registered. LOL You also did a good job on my oil change and even filled my tires with air!

Got fast, friendly service here. I originally went to Jiffy Lube and they failed my emissions test but still charged me. Came here and worked with Laura, who was super awesome—very respectful, sweet, and knowledgeable. She said “let me try,” plugged it in, and boom—passed with no issue. Nothing bad to say at all. I’ll never go back to Jiffy Lube. Highly recommend.

Laura and the team were fantastic. Got me in and out for the oil change, with my niece in the car. It was great. They even gave me 15$ off when I said I didn’t have a coupon. I will absolutely be coming here again.

Told me I could use a coupon from a competitor before I pulled in, but then a manager told me I couldn't use it once I had already pulled in, but it was too weird for me to leave at that point. So, I just went ahead and got the oil change. I couldn't have been more happy; it was very good oil, and they didn't ruin my catalytic converter, like Jiffy Lube does.

Excellent friendly staff! I went on a Saturday afternoon and the line wrapped around the building however I was very impressed with the way they moved the cars along. They did amazing!

6 years of low-cost & some no-cost services: lube, oil, filter, emissions, registration, some electrical, etc. also veteran discount. Several establishments are doing away with all veteran & Senior discounts. However, I understand.

I stopped by for an oil change. I was very impressed with how fast I was in and out, it was maybe 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely go back in the future.

Amazing team. Fast, efficient, and kind. Extremely organized with getting everyone in in the correct order they arrived. JP and the girls went out of their way to have side conversations with me about liking my car — super sweet! Usually go to any place to get my oil changed, but will now make sure to continue to come back here to Havoline (and this location).

First time customer for an emissions test. There wasn’t a line for me and it took 10 minutes max. Super quick, all of the employees that I worked with were really friendly and clear communicators.

They were kind, caring and very understanding. When I went in to have my brake pads changed there was a lot more wrong and as a single mom on a very limited budget I didn't have enough to cover it so they helped me figure it out while I ugly cried in their lobby and they were also very nice to my childeren. Thanks to the people that were there on November 4th 2025 I hope you see this and know that your appreciated and i am very thankful for you all.

Been here a few times and they are definitely fast, one thing I'd like to point out that I do not like, is that everytime I've went, nobody comes out to show you what bay to park in, so I have to get out of my vehicle, go inside, ask what bay they want me in, and then go back out and park it. Could definitely be more organized.

This is the best place to get your emissions test done. They are fast, and courteous. The inside waiting area is clean and upbeat. The bathrooms were very clean. Everything is taken care of for you. I love this place and will come back every year!

I recently encountered an issue with my SUV's undercarriage cover, which was dangerously loose. I visited Havoline Xpress Lube in Saratoga, and they immediately addressed the problem. The entire staff was incredibly courteous and proactive. They discovered that 4 out of the 8 screws securing the cover were missing and promptly replaced them to ensure its safety. To my pleasant surprise, they did not charge me for this essential repair. This is what I call exceptional customer service! I will definitely be transferring my regular oil change and maintenance services to this branch. Highly recommended!
