Had some fender and headlight damage that needed repairing. They did a pretty good job, but on first inspection, things didn't line up on the repaired side nearly as well as the other, undamaged side. To their credit, they did spend more time lining things up after I pointed it out, and they improved it slightly, but there are still very noticeable gaps on the repaired side. I was told on second review that this was just the best they could do. In all honesty, it's pretty good. Just not great.
I was not totally satisfied with the results of my vehicles repair for a few reasons. I got quotes from two body shops, with Unique Auto Body quote being slightly higher in price. I ended up choosing unique because in the quote I was told that I would be getting a completely new rear bumper instead of trying to rework the existing bumper. However, upon completion of the repairs I was informed that they in fact did not replace the bumper, and just reworked the existing one. Then when I did get the vehicle back, I noticed significant circular scratches on the rear driver taillight housing. I have photos showing that the scratches were not there before repairs began, and the scratches are very clearly from some sort of circular brush or polisher. When I returned to the body shop with the vehicle, I went over the scratches with Sawyer who seemed to not understand the fact that these scratches happened in the shop. He continued asking questions confirming the insurance of the party who hit me, and made it seem like he wanted to add these scratches to the original claim of damages.
When I asked what we could do, he said "can I drive it around back for like 10 minutes so my guys can look at it, see if there's anything we can do and if not report it to the insurance?" I declined, because there's no need to report it to my insurance on file, the shop did the damage, and he seemed to just not really care. I did not want him taking my car again for who knows how long, when I am already a little bit frustrated with results. I would've just thought that a reputable business would do everything they could to make me happy and if there was a mistake made by the shop during repairs, I should made top priority in getting things taken care of ASAP. Not "hey lemme ake it out back see what my guys can do" It's a $200 taillight housing and two screws. I also couldn't get a clear answer on whether or not my car was put on a lift, or if the rear wheels were taken off. I kept getting "I don't know." Or "I don't think they would've." Very frustrating and I just expected a little bit more professionalism and sense of urgency and care from the staff, as well as having the front desk guys maybe be a little more knowledgeable on what was done to the customers vehicle before turning it over to the customer. Otherwise, why not just have the shop tech come out and tell us what was done? The final work on the original damage was satisfactory, but was kind of negated by the taillight scratches and staff interactions.
I called a week or two after my services were completed and let these employees know of an issue with my window that wasn't happening before the accident. They took full responsibility, got the part and services completed within 24 hours and didn't charge me a penny! I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Unique Auto body in Saratoga!!
Super friendly. Called with timing updates. Completed sooner than I anticipated. Very fair pricing. Works directly with insurance company so I didn't have to deal with it. Definitely coming back if ever needed.
I was super happy to find a competent and professional auto body shop. They did a great job explaining exactly what work needed to be done and gave me options. On top of that, when I went to pick my car up they let me know one of the parts ordered wasn’t actually needed and that saved me $200. That type of honesty is rare and I’m happy to have chosen them.
these guys are amazing, ive had repairs done at multiple shops and been disappointed by all. the team at unique communicated with me everything they would do, they kept me updated along the way, they stood up for me with the insurance company and got everything taken care of with out me having to stress about any of it

I called them this afternoon because after going to the car wash, one of my side mirrors flipped in the complete opposite of direction and wouldn’t budge. They told me to come right in and that they would take a look at it for me.They worked on my car for about an hour trying to fix it. Eventually, with some force, they were able to get my mirror back into the correct position. Zac was so kind and updated me through the whole process of them trying to fix it. In the end, they didn’t charge me a single penny and we’re just happy to help me out. Such a great company! They saved me probably over $2000. Thank you!!!!
I've taken my cars to this shop numerous times for body work and repairs after accidents, and most insurance carriers seem to work with them. Plus enterprise is right next door making it very convenient to drop and rent. They never cease to amaze by far Best Auto Body shop in Utah. They clearly have very high standards of excellence in their work. This last repair, something happened to drain the battery. They jump started my truck and I forgot to leave it running when I made a pit stop headed home. They sent a driver out, but not to jump start it. INSTEAD they brought and installed a brand new battery at NO CHARGE. Talk about going above and beyond, holy cow!

Started off with a text and pictures of what I needed done! Kaden was so helpful and found be the best price, and got me in a few days later. They were able to fix my back row seat and the seat belts! Definitely coming back if I need any other services. They were timely, honest, and fair with pricing.

We had two different collisions within 3 weeks and while the damage was fairly minor I was dreading taking it in to a shop to get it fixed. I shouldn't have even worried about it! After several glowing recommendations from other people I brought my car to Unique and they were amazing from the start. They listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, took on all of the coordinating with my insurance company, and consistently communicated what was happening all along the way. When I picked up my car it was like the damage had never even happened they did such high quality work! While I'm hoping I never have more collisions, if something happens I'll know right where to take it!
Worst service and terrible communication.
Months ago I had an accident, when I took the car to the body shop I specified to the person who attended me the damage that the car had. Apparently he didn’t care at all, when they gave it to me the screen of my vehicle was still rebooting. I left because he assured me that I had a warranty, but months later the windows of the vehicle do not go up at the same time and the screen of my SUV doesn’t turn on. I took my SUV to the body shop again and then waited for 4 days. After the four days they tell me that they can’t do anything that I’m the one who must take care of repairing it. And the only reason he wrote to me was because I asked him if there was any update
When I left the body shop I realized that the vehicle was scratched. What an irony I took the SUV through a bad screen and ended up with the bad screen and my door with damage
We bid out a ding on our new car door with three different auto body companies and unique was easily the best priced, which made me worry. We took the leap of faith and the door looks perfect, the paint matches perfectly, they were super easy to work with on scheduling and my car even came back detailed! I will use them for any auto body issues in the future for sure!

The repair work was flawless, matching the factory specs perfectly, but it’s the extra effort they put in that really impressed me. These guys will try hard to bone you and caused my insurance to total out my car over a fender bender.
I got in an accident at the end of March 2024. The front end of my car had a cracked headlight, bent front passenger fender, and the plastic front bumper came off. However, the car had no damage to the frame or anything mechanical.
My insurance quoted $2100 for the repair and said it may change if they find more. After a few days, one of the guys there texted me and let me know they wanted $5800 to fix my accord. I expected them to maybe say a little higher, but that was nearly triple and caused my insurance to write my car off as a total loss. I had to buy back my own vehicle from my insurance and go through the annoying process of getting a salvaged title because they tried to gouge them for a quick buck.
I also got an email from carfax stating that my car passed emissions when it was in their possession, and a new title or registration had been issued. I asked the person at Geico handling my claim why that happened and she said its not normal and she wasn't sure why. When I asked the guys down there, they seemed a little nervous and couldn't offer an explanation. I just told them I'd take the car and fix it myself. The guy at the counter tried to charge me about $360 which my insurance had already covered to release my car to me.
They ripped the door apart before they were authorized to do the repair in anticipation of my insurance paying for their price gouging and painting afterwards. I had to dig through a bag of the bolts and plastic to get my door back together.
All told, I bought an aftermarket pair of LED halo headlights from amazon (225), the front fender and bumper from Interstate Auto Body (205), a new windshield washer reservior from O'Reilly(40) for just under $500. If you brought these guys a Huffy and asked them to replace the plastic fender on it, they'd try to charge you $300. My advice is take whatever money your insurance gives down to Interstate Auto Body in Salt Lake and buy replacement parts to do it yourself.
We were pushed against the wall. We were told to have our EV totaled by the insurance company. It had been months since the accident and we were still waiting to get the car fixed. We finally called out of state to look for a place that could fix it sooner than later. (We were in Portland, OR.) We were pointed to this place.
They have been nothing but amazing, from the get go!!
When we called them, they said we could bring in our vehicle right there and then. Like, that day we called.
Unique Body shop even arranged for a towing company to pick up our EV instead of us driving it there ourselves. It saved us time because it was going to be a 24 hour turnaround time.
They were very responsive and sent us timely emails and text messages on the progress of the repairs. They are very easy to get a hold of. I could call them and be able to reach an actual person right away. They even sent photos on the progress of the repairs.
The crew, especially Ezequiel and Braydon, are the best!!
The timeline for the repair was on point. They finished it on the day they said it would be done. And it was at an even earlier time than projected.
We were so hyped to have our car back after almost 7 months of it just sitting on the driveway!
I cannot say enough of how well we were treated by Unique Body Shop as their customers.
They take take great care of them, that's for sure.
Kudos to the team and their fantastic quality of work, both inside and out. Our car looked new!! Shiny and clean. Plus, they even had the car cleaned and detailed on the day we picked it up. Added hanging air fresheners, too!
If you need any kind of body repair or any vehicle repair, this is definitely the place to go!

The rear tail light, middle section of the assembly, developed condensation a few days ago.
I contacted them and they were so accommodating!
They immediately problem solved it.
Since I'm from out of state (TX, 22 hours driving one way), they sent me to a local Tesla to have it fixed/replaced.
I cannot stress enough how efficient they are at getting my car
to how it was before.
I GIVE THEM 10 STARS OUT OF 5!!!

I hit something with the front of my car and the bumper started coming off, so as soon as I noticed I took it into Unique Auto Body in Saratoga Springs and told them I didn't want to invest a ton of money in the car because it was an older car and I was already looking at getting a new one sometime in the near future. They told me that the options were to get a new bumper or they offered to try and glue the bumper in place. They helped me SO FAST I was in and out within 10 minutes and they glued the bumper back on, and it looked as good as new. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, and I will definitely be going back for any auto body concerns in the future. Overall they were friendly, fast, and super helpful.
Had a lady run into my while my car was parked in a snow storm. My car was towed the location in Orem and I was luck enough to get Easton as my service writer. These repairs always take a while but Easton was very attentive with communication and updates. And whoever the techs were that worked on my car did an amazing job. I felt just as exited to drive my car out of the parking lot of Uniqie as I was when I bought it 2 years ago. World class service.

It took quite a while to get an appointment for repairs. Then we got the appointment and dropped our car off. They said 2 weeks, which has come and gone. Fine, its COVID. But they haven't called or and their texts said they were on schedule regarding the status of our car. I have been told it will be ready tomorrow 3 times. You may want to shop around and avoid this. I have had a car fixed there previously and it was perfect and timely. Update... we have the car back, the body work and paint looks good. The door now whistles because of damaged trim on install, our mirror on the otherside has been damaged and glued together while at Unique, the undercarriage was covered in thick mud probably from the muddy field they stored my car in, and my emblems were not put back on. They acknowledged when we called that the emblems were on the managers desk, but not on my car. And they didn't call me to say they forgot them. The manager is frustrated that I gave a poor review and said it was unfair. Just giving my experience. I will fix the items myself.
Took my Jeep after someone rear ended me. They work with Allstate so it was so easy. I dropped my car off and they had an estimate the next day.
It took about 2 weeks but that was with all part delays and being around a holiday.
Kaden kept me up to date through the repairs. It even came with the outside washed because it’s cleaner then I keep it 😅

My daughter hit a parked car on a snowy day with my Explorer Interceptor. It broke the wheel suspension and steering components and smashed the passenger front fender and rear door. Unique gave me a quick estimate and got it in after about a month. I understand that parts are difficult to get right now so the time it took to get started wasn’t their fault. After the repair I noticed the steering was a little tighter than before the accident. They took it right back and did an additional repair. They dealt with my insurance and made the repair headache free. I’ve had several vehicles repaired by Unique and I’ve always been satisfied. I will and have recommended them to family and friends. Thanks for doing a good job.
Extremely good communication of all that is going on with the vehicle. Work appears to be done very well. Deals well with insurance and respects requests for OEM parts. Hopefully you never have to use a repair shop but this one seems reputable.
