I have been to this location multiple times for different things. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. They take as much time as I need to resolve my issues, and if they can't fix it, they make relevant suggestions to resolve it on my own. I went in today with an issue with my key fob. They took the time to help me diagnose the issue and went above and beyond to help me, even using their own tools to help me find what I needed to fix it. They then came out and helped me fix it so that when I left everything was up and running again. They then helped me put my truck back together so I didn't have to drive off with a truck that was in pieces. I've gone to several other auto parts stores, but never had service like this. I would (and do) recommend this to my friends, family and anyone else needing automotive assistance.

I came in for window washer fluid 12/2/2026. Paul not only sold me the correct blend but also offered to fill up the washer reservoir for me. It was dark and I really appreciated it. As a single 71 year old grandmother I had no idea how to do it myself

I used to like this location and have gone here alot. I bought a battery less then a year ago. You got to the point that I had to jumpstart my truck every time I tried to go anywhere. I took the battery back, and they said that it was good.It just needed a charge, and it would have been a good idea to have the rest of my charging system checked out. I took my truck to 3 different shops, each shop said i needed a new battery and everything else was ok on my truck. 2 of the shops left the battery on a charger overnight to see about charging it. After they took it off the charger within 3 hours, it did not have enough juice to start the truck. I took the battery back in and they once again said it was good and just needed to be charged. I told the workers in the store what the shops had told me. They then said that they were unable to warranty it.Because they didn't have it in stock. So I had to go somewhere else and buy a new battery and use this battery which once again was not even a year old.And it's a three year battery supposedly as the core charge.

Robbie the night manager not only sold me the correct light bulbs,but tested visually all signals,brake and running lights.He then without hesitation installed bulbs and put lens covers back on.Service was done for free and in 15 minutes max. This saved me time and hassel of doing so myself.He also thanked me for being a vet,and my service.This guy is awesome.

Not only was getting everything I needed really easy thanks to Joel, but he helped me understand how to use what I bought which was really awesome. Great location as well!

Joel went above and beyond for me today 9/8/2025 helped me out finding customs hoses for my project he needs a raise and appreciation

Robbie was so helpful he helped my mother with her head lights and was very respectful and so nice with her and with me. He deserves a raise. I will always come back to this location for this guy so awesome the best customer sevice.

I had a blinker light go out and they looked up the part and even grabbed it off the shelf for me. Then, I was pleasantly surprised when the guy offered to install it, too. I was really grateful because I was housesitting, so I didn’t have my tools with me, and it was going to be really hot that day. I didn’t want to drive around with my window down to use my arm as a signal. I wish I remembered his name. Thanks so much for going the extra mile!

I ordered online to have them picked up. I had my baby with me and my hands full. The nice lady who helped me offered to bring out the parts for me! Super nice. Great service.

On 04/05/25 I went into this store location.I was embarrassed to ask for help in how to check and see what kind of oil my vehicle took. Jamie made me feel comfortable and even went as far as educating me on when & how to check it as well as my other fluids in my car. She was awesome 👏

If u need ur battery/alternator checked. Don’t go here. No shade to the employees. But ya shouldn’t be using a machine that u don’t know how to use. I went a whole week w out my car cause I was told my alternator was dead. I’m no mechanic I admit. But after uber and rides from friends and a trip to the dealership. It was just a dead battery. If I had known that. I could have changed it that day. So please don’t take ur car here for system or battery checks. Waste of time and money.

Russel is the man! Always helpful and will walk around the store to help you find anything. I have seen him multiple times now as I come to grab extra parts and he gives honest and truthful advice. He has saved me trips back to the store and stress. Thanks for a great experience Russel!

Victor was so professional and courteous! He made a not fun experience (getting a new battery) better than expected. I will definitely be a return customer.

I tried ordering a part from this store and was was promised that if I spent another $100 to receive the more expensive one they promised to get it in in 2 days. I came in in 2 days and they told me it would be another week but sorry it's not their fault. Im very upset about the way the situation was handled. every time I called to check on the status of the order they couldnt even find the order and had the audacity to ask me if I was even calling the right store. I spent an extra 100 dollars when I told them another company could get it in a week. I could have spent less money and had the part already.

Robbie was super helpful here - he helped us get the best deal on the parts we needed and assisted us in installing them too.

It's not that big of a deal, but it was for me. I got a new car, my check engine light came on and had me stressed on top of other things. I had previously gone to an Auto Zone, where the employee just sat on his stool and handed me the code reader. He told me there were instructions on it. I honestly don't know my way with vehicles or their tools and it's helpful if they can assist me. I felt pushed aside and frustrated after telling him that it wasn't working. In an annoyed tone, he said I had to go to a mechanic. I decided to go to O'Reilly's instead. I walked in and spoke with Victor. He was extremely helpful and even did the code reading for me. We found out there were no codes pulling up and he reset my check engine light. He even suggested that if it came on again to for sure see a mechanic. It's really the smallest thing and I'm sure apart of his job, but I deeply appreciated his help. THANK YOU!

i had a headlight that needed to be changed and she was stuck in there. robbie went ABOVE and beyond to help me out. he didn’t give up and was so sweet and patient. he really made my day, please give him a raise and my thanks

I stopped in with my daughter who is a newly licensed driver. She's been so excited to start driving and was quite disappointed that the tail light was out on the old 2001 Subaru Outback that's hers to drive. We stopped into this location in the dark, cold hours of a Monday night and were immediately greeted with a smile by Robbie. He helped us find the right lightbulb. When I asked if it was difficult to replace he quickly offered to help us! THANK YOU! He crawled into the back of the wagon (the hatch door wasn't working), he had to get extra tools because the bulb had rusted in there a bit. Then he noted the back wiper also needed to be replaced - which he happily did for us. We were back on the road in no time. It was a wonderful help to us and I can't thank Robbie enough!

Very grateful to Robby who diligently worked to help me out multiple times today. His perseverance and problem solving resolved my issue. What amazing service!

The gentleman with longer hair pulled into a ponytail was VERY helpful helping me find the correct rear windshield wiper blades. He went above and even installed them for me! I didn’t catch his name but he was great and I appreciate his help!

Grady and Brandon were the best! They came in clutch with helping replace my battery and battery terminal. It wasn't easy but these guys rocked and got me home safe! 10/10 service and dudes!

Sure every Auto Part store is going to have the stuff that you need in order to help your car. The main difference here is the customer service. If you happen to go in and work with Jacob and Matthew you are in for a treat. They where so kind and so informative as to what I should get and why. I was able to find everything and have a great experience. We need more workers like Jordan and Matthew in the world. Thank you

I am so thankful for this place and it’s amazing employees! My battery died during a snowstorm and they were still able to fix it! They found the right battery for me and then replaced it FOR FREE in the middle of a snowstorm. Izmeal helped me and he did it all with a huge smile on his face. (Even in the freezing snow!) I am extremely happy with the service and knowledge of this whole company. Highly recommend!!!

I went in with my family to pick up parts and while I was there I had them test my battery. It failed the test so I knew I needed a new one. Chris helped me out a ton getting the right battery for my price point and quality. He even installed it for me. He was so kind and helped me out a ton. I would highly recommend this location!

Justin and his team are awesome! Justin has vast knowledge of cars and always willing to come look at my car and make great suggestions! Always willing to help with more technical issues as well because I'm not a mechanic! Amazing customer service and this is my store for parts and service!!
