Extreme Auto Group and their team, including Justin, are extremely professional and super accommodating. It’s rare to find mechanics you can trust, but these guys proved to me that you can still find honest people who really do care about good customer service. Their team is also very competent and thorough, which I really appreciated. They ended up diagnosing the issue, and when they realized the part they replaced wasn’t the fix, they didn’t end up charging me for it. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely go back when I have car issues! 1/31/2026 (Update) I wanted to provide an update to my review. I recently had issues with another one of my vehicles and Extreme Auto Group went way above and beyond to help us in a tough situation. Colton, Justin, and the rest of their team were honest, upfront, and not once tried to over sell us with services we could hold off on. They were quick to diagnose the problem and provide options and solutions. When one of the issues didn’t seemed to be fixed they immediately got our vehicle back in and made the repairs at not charge to us. They even delivered our vehicle to our home and put a little gas in it, just to help us out. They’ve made a customer for life out of me and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Brought my VW Jetta in to get a brake fluid leak looked at. They told me that they needed to replace both calipers (okay, those typically get down in pairs, fine), but then they attempted to tell me that they need to replace Rotors, Brake Pads, Hard and Soft Lines and all sorts of other crap I didn't need done. Like what do you mean because the caliper is leaking I need to replace the hard lines? I didn't hit anything. They had the gall to say that that the brake lines have brake fluid on them and that means that the lines are contaminated and can't be salvaged. Have you heard of soapy water for the soft lines and brake cleaner for the hard ones? The quote came out to over $1,500. Never going there again, instead I found a trustworthy mechanic to help me out for less than half the price/work. TLDR: They quoted me over double what the work should have been and attempted to deceive me into thinking my vehicle needed more work than it did.

They diagnosed a problem- three other auto repair businesses did not see. Extreme Auto Service saved me $1300- because I didn't have to fix a catalytic converter that other business were only guessing about…

I had a particularly difficult repair that was handled very well by Justin, Colton and their team. Sometimes the measure of a company is not when it all goes well but when problems arise. Not the fault of Extreme my repair took longer due to suppy issues. They went out of their way to lessen their he impact, make sure I had transportation and solve my transmission problem in the least impactful way possible. Thanks Justin, much appreciated! Jeff

Clean lobby. Friendly staff in the front but on their phones at the very second. Honest work on the repair. Extrem Auto has the commitment to help and have long term relationship customers. I've been going here for 10+ years.

Most unprofessional mechanic shop in Utah. They had my truck impounded after they try to run my card remotely three times my bank shut down their attempts, and they said I was being fraudulent, had my car impounded and would not pay anything towards the tow bill or the impound fee. Charged me $2500 to diagnose a problem. And then did nothing to remedy the problem. So bottom line, I'm out $2500. My truck ended up impounded, and I had to pay the inbound fee and the tow bill. The only thing extreme about their service is the amount of disrespect and fraud. I was traveling through Utah on vacation and it seems like they prey on people in tough situations. out of town.

Extreme Auto always bends over backwards to take care of me, and they do top notch work! Even when something doesn't go their way with a repair, they work hard to make sure I'm taken care of. And everyone in their staff is awesome!

(Update) They made it right for me. Bumping up to 5 starts. They did more service than I asked for (luckily didn't charge me). Great people. Would be 5 starts had the mechanic not gone crazy on my engine cover and busted the plastic mounts, broke/snapped plastic off, and broke one of the plastic retainers. The cover is now held on by two points of contact. Functionally my car is in great condition.

Our alternator died on the I15 during our recent trip to the States. We were so grateful to the team for making our repairs a priority so that we could safely make our way home to Canada. The RV ran beautifully all the rest of our way home. Can’t emphasize enough how great this team is!

We called Extreme Auto for a quote on tires for our fifth wheel trailer. Marci was quick to respond with a quote. I like to do business with businesses that value customer service. Extreme Auto has found a dedicated customer! Thank You again Marci!

Through the entire repair process, Colton was in constant communication with me on what was problematic with my car and where I stood on cost. When 3 other people could not find the issue with my car, Hayden did. They were more than fair on their pricing and were so respectful to me. My car was returned cleaner than when I brought it in and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Car is still working great. Marci was so helpful! I pulled up to Extreme intending only to ask if my car’s damage would require a body shop. Marci looked at the situation and had it repaired within 10 minutes! Marci, and her willingness and expertise are what make Extreme so awesome to keep coming back to time after time.

We stopped by to check “a check engine light” and absolutely impressed with the service: these guys know what they are doing!❤️We were guided through solutions and got the help we needed. We are just travelers passing through, if not, this would be our repair shop. Highly recommended ??

If I could give more stars I would! The team here helped me out when my fuel pump went out when traveling through during moving from Alaska to Colorado and I was on a very tight schedule. They got it done in less than one day for me and didn’t try to upsell me or make up issues that I knew were not there. Friendly and trustworthy service. I 100% recommend to all - especially military during a PCS relocation!

Had my f350 to two other shops to fix a steering/ deathwobble issue and they failed, extreme fixed the problem and had my truck driving like it was new and only had me out for two days vs the wèk each time fro.bthe other shops. these guys are the best in service, their service writers and knowledgeable and make you feel like they absolutely care about getting your vehicle squared away. 10/10 I highly recommend them!

Had previous warranty work done and was very pleased with their efficiency with dealing with the warranty company. Recently had some more major work done both warranty and uncovered warranty work done. Everything went well except some unforeseen parts issues that you can’t always fully control but they handled it the best possible way. They provided transportation while they figured out the issue, it was resolved and our car operates great now. Was impressed with how they handled a tough situation. Satisfied customer:)

I went to same shop for years because I was petrified to try anywhere new for fear of being overcharged and treated like I didn’t k ow what was going on. But I needed a second opinion and came to Extreme Auto and I’ve never gone back to my old shop. The knowledge and customer service here is top notch. I always know exactly what’s going on with my vehicle (all three that I’ve taken there) and they are straight shooters. I get a detailed digital bid of all their service/repair recommendations and I get to accept or decline each line item. If I need extra explanation - they are happy to give it. The free local shuttle and online payment + after hours keybox pickup is ideal for my busy schedule. Love extreme auto and everyone who works there!

I needed to get a pre purchase inspection done for a Jeep I was going to buy. I found Extreme Auto Group online and they were close to the dealer I was buying the Jeep from. I really wanted to make sure it would get me home 18 hours of driving. Colton called me after the inspection was done and explained everything that was in the detailed report that Alonzo did. I’m familiar with Jeeps, so what was in the report made complete sense, and made me very comfortable with their findings and being able to drive it home. I would definitely recommend Extreme Auto for any automotive needs. I just wish I wasn’t so far away, I’d keep taking my jeep there. Thanks again guys.

We have been served by the Extreme Auto Group since 2006. When my husband passed and I became responsible for all things auto I continued to ask their support. The people here have come to my rescue when I could find no answers for problems I had no ability to solve concerning my vehicle that other companies had failed to address, such as with recalls. And I was not charged a fee for their service. If I had a problem Extreme Auto could not solve, they always recommended people I could go to for help, and those establishments proved to be honestly capable and trustworthy. I have never been disappointed after Extreme Auto has taken care of me and my vehicle, even when I moved three years ago two and one half hours away. I return to Centerville when my car needs servicing, knowing I can trust what they advise me to do, or what they recommend I should be prepared to do in the future.

Had an amazing experience with Extreme Auto Group! Right before Christmas, my car slid into the snow, and the front bumper got dented. We checked with a few shops, but they all said it would take a few days to fix. Luckily, we found this place, and Harley and Colton were incredible! They immediately said they could fix it on the spot. We waited for about an hour, and just like that—it was done When we went to pay, they told us it was no big deal and didn’t charge us a dime. We were beyond grateful. Their kindness and skill made a stressful situation so much easier, and thanks to them, we made our flight that night without any trouble. From Amir to Jarod The experience had extreme Auto was awesome. These guys know their stuff! I got a pre-purchase inspection done for a 2006 Porsche Cayman S. They were attentive, kept me in the loop and provided me with all the details I could ever need. Again, highly recommend them.

Chad and Colton were fantastic. I took my vehicle in for a damaged CV joint. They took care of all the warranty claim process and had my vehicle back to me in no time. Great customer service. I will continue using Extreme Auto for all my vehicle maintenance and repairs and would recommend anyone in need of these services to visit them as well.

They did a great job of fitting me into a tight schedule and I appreciate that. However after complete there was a hole in my plastic grill. I called in and they said they would get back to me the following Monday. Almost 2 months later and I’ve still got a hole in my grill and no explanation. My guess is someone needed a stool and accidentally put their foot through the plastic bit, wouldn’t have been that big a deal if at least someone had contacted me and taken responsibility. A shame cause other than that they were great! Edit: within the same day of posting this review they called me and got everything sorted out. The integrity to own up to everything and get me squared away with a new part within a day is something you surely can’t find in my auto places today. Extreme auto will be my go to for my TDI’s needs!
