Luis picked me up early morning Tuesday when my Prius gave me the triangle of death. He offered fair pricing and was there within the timeframe he stated.
Broke down in Davis county about 7 pm. Called Roadrunner and he was there in about 30 minutes. Very nice guy, knew what he was doing and very quick loading my vehicle. I hope I never need another tow truck but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.
Lewis is a very friendly man and does all he can to help. We were stranded on the side of the road and we had lost the tread on one of our tires. He was fast and reliable. Would highly recommend.

I called around to a few towing companies, and these guys were the friendliest, and gave excellent service. I talked with a couple companies where the people on the phone acted like I was a bother to them. I will definitely use Roadrunner again if I ever need a tow - and you should do the same!
Called for a tow on Friday around 5pm. They said it would be an hour - hour and half. They called at 6:30pm and said they had a dead battery in their truck and I needed to get another tow company. Feel this was a lie seeing how they carry battery jumpers ....
Never will use them again.
These guys are responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Our problem was unique and solved it easily. They fixed a strap and did it all with a smile. Don't hesitate to use their services!
These guys put me in a bad spot and didn't care whatsoever. I vane reccomend them. I had cheduled a tow with them for the next day. The guy on the phone requested I call him again the next day to remind him an hour prior (guess they don't write things down) so I did exactly that. I called the next day they claimed they never talked to me. Funny because the guy on the phone had remembered my car and described it from a previous tow a month or so earlier. I don't think the guy I talked to was the same one but answered the same number and said his truck was broken. I don't know what to say...
Broke down in Centerville and these guys came and drug me back home to Ogden. Lewis was awesome and these guys wont rip you off. Live the fact they dont make a living by towing for apartment complexes like alot of them do. Awesome job Roadrunner
So unethical and dishonest. All they want is the title of your car. Their price jumps around all in an effort to get your title. They overcharge and literally act like they have you over a barrel. Stay away.
I called today and the guy on the line said they were short handed and to call elsewhere. I’m glad for the honesty in that he told me he couldn’t do the job, but a little underwhelmed that he didn’t try to keep me as a customer. (I even mentioned it wasn’t an emergency to move my car.) Their loss. I’ll try somewhere else.
I had an excellent experience with them towing my work box truck. Lewis arrived quicker than expected and was very nice and professional. Price was very reasonable and I would definitely use Roadrunner again.
This place isn't open on the weekend and they still charge $40 per day. They close at 5pm which is not enough time to get there after work hours. They just want your money and do not care about you in any wa. It's all about money.
My son drove off a cliff up Farmington Canyon, within an hour the tow guy met us and pulled it up the cliff. He was very cautious and took his time to not damage the vehicle more than it already was. We ended up driving it home the car home after! We were lucky and he did such a good job and was very professional. Thank you!
