I can trust Roy 66 with my vehicles, I won’t take my cars anywhere else. They have helped me with many repairs and am always happy with their work. The staff are very knowledgeable and are always happy to answer all of my mechanical questions.

Update: Jason made it right. He called and I was at work so I called him back. This shop will take care of you! I will use them for further issues as they are honest and ethical. Jason explained EVEYTHING and was kind! Thank you Jason! Old review: I took my car in to get an inspection on an oil leak. They told me it was a failing power steering pump and wanted to charge me $700. I did it on my on for $75. Second, they told me I needed a transmission flush. A transmission flush is preposterous as I literally had my transmission flushed and filled properly by another mechanic. When I got home, I pull the transmission plug with ZERO metal on the magnet and the fluid was bright red. Lastly, a separate oil leak started to occur AFTER they said it was only the power steering pump. I know they cause something to leak. I have never had such a dishonest shop. I have tried calling several times at different times a day so they could offer a solution to make it right, but no one ever answers. I will update my review if they offer to fix the oil leak they caused and offer an explanation for why they thought they needed to flush my transmission. I will wait for a reply from the owner or a manager who has a say to make things right.

This is just a good honest mechanic. They give you the best information for a fair price. They don't try to upcharge or add on, they have plenty of business and just want to do good work.

I would definitely recommend this mechanic shop. They are honest and will give you a very competitive quote. They get work done really fast. I plan on taking all of my cars here for service.

I went to Roy 66 to drop off my vehicle and they were so kind to me and referred us to Jensen to get the care my car needed instead of dragging me along and getting money out of me. I didnt pay a cent to Roy66, but the sheer honesty and integrity they gave to me will have me coming back.

I once took my Chevy Tahoe to Roy 66 many many years ago to get the air conditioning fixed. They took such great care of me and my family then. The customer service was amazing! Pricing was great and they fixed my Tahoe in great time! So when my current Yukons A/C went out there was no question of where I was going to take it in to get repaired. I appreciate the time they took to find where it was leaking and it didn’t seem rushed at all. Jason explained everything to me over the phone before moving forward with the repairs. They took great care of us this time as well!! Thanks to Jason and all the mechanics there who had a hand in fixing my car.

Very grateful that despite being booked out 10+ days for repairs Jason worked overtime and got my van back to me in under 24hrs. Price was competitive with any other shop, but they checked out other stuff in my van and fluids without an extra charge. No pressure to do anything extra, will definitely keep my car with this business.

I feel bad I haven’t left a review earlier. I have been coming here with my cars since 2006. Mark Jason, Tim, Aran And all of the others that I’m too tired to think of their names right now are so amazing. I appreciate that they know me and my cars and that they are willing to help me. Most recently, Aran and Tim were able to help me with my car while I was broken down in Glenwood Springs. Aran was able to give me the reassurance I needed that I would be able to drive home and we were able to text and call each other to make sure that me and my kids were ok. I have had so many last-minute things happen and they have always gotten me in if not immediately to help me out with my car and I will always be forever loyal to these guys. These guys gave helped me when I was married with no kids, when I had little kids and now that I’m a single mom with kids and they have always made me feel safe with my vehicles.

I scheduled a last minute appointment for a pre-purchase inspection for Butters Auto Sales across the street and Roy 66 was extremely accommodating. They squeezed us in for the next morning and provided a detailed and thorough report of any upcoming vehicle maintenance that would be required should I purchase the car. I was very pleased with the service I received in person and over the phone.

I only use Roy 66 Service for all of my car repairs. I have been bringing all of my car repairs and needs to them for years. They always give me an honest evaluation and do the work for a fair price. I would recommend always getting a quote from Roy 66 Service before taking it anywhere else.

I took my car here because of the reviews. I thought I’d found an auto shop that hadn’t lost all integrity and honesty. Then I got the quote.. replacing 2 sensors, that I did in my driveway in 15 minutes and $260 in parts. They wanted to charge me $950. How?.. I only took my car here cause I was under the weather at the time. If I was another person who had no idea how to work on cars, I’d of been a victim. To the workers.. don’t assume someone doesn’t know what they’re doing because they brought you a vehicle.

Yet another great experience with Roy 66. We thought we were going to need a higher priced repair during this holiday season, but-Roy66 is always so honest. In spite of having the green light for a full oil pan replacement, they called to let us know it was not necessary and that there was a simple affordable fix. I recommend these guys to everyone I know.

They are the best automotive vehicle maintenance and repair shop I have ever had my vehicle fixed at. I have been going to them for about 3 years for my maintenance and mechanical needs for my vehicle. They have always given me exceptional excellent service. They are so honest, and they give you a heads up on what will be needed to be fixed in the future if anything does need fixing. This last time my engine light came on which he told me if it did it would be a O2 sensor light because he check it previously in the same day and reset it, and he said if it comes on again bring it back in the same day and he would fix it. Not only did he fix it and put in a new O2 sensor, but he the owner himself also test drove it and found 2 other issues I will need to fix in the future. I have not ever had a vehicle automotive mechanical shop owner do all of this on the same day with such professionalism and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend Roy 66 for all your vehicle automotive maintenance and repair needs. They are the best of any type of bussiness for their honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service work.

My car runs perfectly now and I have a sneaking suspicion that they fixed some other things without charging me. Roy 66 deserves your business.

I love the boys at Roy 66–Jason and his crew are simply the best. They are courteous and kind and very professional. Today I called them to rescue a little 85 year old lady when her car would not start at the Clinic close by. Jason sent Aran to her rescue. He was there in a flash and started her car for her. She was so grateful and so was I. What an example of genuine goodness. The world is a better place because of the good old boys from Roy 66. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of car service of any kind. They have been taking care of my cars for years! I would not think of going anywhere else! Thank you Jason and the boys!

I was recommended by the Roy Community Page and everything they said was true! They are honest, friendly and do a great job. I went in to have a check engine light serviced and it was something that only the dealership could handle, so they performed an emissions test to make sure there were no real issues and did not do a full diagnostic knowing the problem would need to be brought to a dealership. I appreciate their honesty! 5 out of 5 would recommend!

The service area is very clean, they are honest and up front. I had to wait a week to get my car in to have the AC checked but they are busy. Another shop (national chain) was going to charge $199 to check the coolant level and put red dye in to help detect any leaks. I paid $145. Highly recommend.

I use them for everything from an oil change and emissions to all of my mechanical repair needs. I feel very comfortable sending my mom or my daughter there. The team is top shelf and are simply great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

This repair shop is the best. If I could give these guys a 100 stars I would. I have also had my water pump, alternator done here, and other things. They are so honest, customer service is excellent, and they get things done in a timely manner. They do not rip you off like some other shops. They tell it as it is with your vehicle in what is wrong, and they do not ever try to scam you. They are truly the most honest business I have ever known. But that is not all, I have been to them 5 times. 3 were issues in the same day that they took the time out of their busy schedule to check my problems out and resolved the issues. The staff their is so nice, but especially the owner goes above and beyond to please his customers in his business. They have won me over and I will be for sure back in the future for any maintenance and repair needed for my Suburban. I would recommend Roy 66 Auto Repair to anyone who needs vehicle maintenance or repair. I did not know honesty, and customer service like this existed in this world from a repair shop. My husband and I have lived in Roy for a long time and just started using Roy66 this year. I am super impressed. These guys are the most honest mechanics I have ever been to and reasonably priced as well. They do great work and give you the facts so you can make a well informed decision.
