My 4Runner was having suspension issues at high speeds, so I took it into Paskett, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Jerry (the owner), Brenda, and Nate (the mechanic) worked with me on a personal level to diagnose and resolve everything in a simple, timely manner. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. I’ll definitely be using them for any future work on my vehicles. If you’re looking for a fair, honest, and skilled mechanic, this is the place no questions asked.
Before coming here, I took my car to Autozone there on Riverdale to get their diagnostic test, and then brought the Print Outs to Paskett Auto, and handed it to them. The Nice Lady, Brenda said not to worry, as their guys will do their own tests and resolve the Check-Engine Light issue from there. The guys come back from the garage, and recommended I have them Replace all the Spark Plugs and Coils, and since I don’t like to Procrastinate, I just told them, ok, I’ll go with it all now then just to get it over with.
After the Job was Done, the guy behind the Counter told me that those parts come with warranty, and that if any issues occur, be sure to come back.
~ 2 Days Later, my Check-Engine Light comes right back on, Paskett Auto did promise Warranty with the parts, And Sadly, I’m Not Swimming In Money, so my Best Bet would be to just go Back to them. Is this even a good idea?
I drove my car back to Autozone there on Riverdale Rd to see what the problem is This Time, and it’s the same exact Issues, the Same Cylinders showing that they’re Misfiring! The fellas there told me that the shop I took it to could have just Said they switched out all the coils and spark plugs, but instead, just left a few old ones, or not have done it at all. Sucks because I’m not making that much money at this time, and I get Gypped like this. Life has many curveballs that’s for sure.
It’s a 2015 Volvo, nothing super fancy. It’s Also not in terrible shape, so I’m grateful, but from the indicator, it Needs to be worked on… again, for the Same Issue.
I decided to wait until the next day Paskett Auto Opens, December 1st, and peacefully enough, I didn’t even raise my voice or lash out on the phone after this reoccurrence happened, proof can be shown to them on their end~ if you call them, the operator message before the dial sound even Begin says “This Call will be recorded for Quality Assurance”, they’ll have proof That I stayed calm and collected during the quick conversation, letting her know my Engine-Check Light Came back On 2 days later after their shop visit, And I respectfully told them that I’ll call them back after work.
I had to be at work at 8am Monday Morning, the Monday right after that 4-day weekend they closed, so I called the Paskett Auto Number Earlier Than their Opening Time [7:55am], and to my Surprise Brenda Picked up the Phone! My Plan was to just leave a voicemail and ask for a Scheduled Time to possibly swing the car by to hopefully get this situation resolved? That Repair was Not a Cheap Fix. I just told her my situation instead because she Did pick up, but I had to Work in 5 Minutes, so I told her I’ll Call them again once I get off of work, and rushed into the clock-in room. When I got off work I did call, but instead, after each call attempt the Hang-Up Tone Went Off after ringing for a short time. I called the number a little more spaced apart just to see if maybe they were just too busy at the moment, or if all the people at the desk might be in the restroom. The phone just rang for Less than a minute before the Hang Up Tone/Disconnected Alarm-sounding tone went off. What the heck? After This Behavior, there’s No Way I can trust them now!
My goal was to at least ask them for the next possible time I can swing my car around, especially with the problem Not fixed, and with the Amount I payed That Day After Their Own Diagnosis and Repair Solution.
This is just it, I can’t figure out why they won’t pick back up, and after that 5-Call Attempt becoming Hang-Ups, I don’t think I can even trust this business again, even with All their Wonderful Reviews! What the heck?? If you’re Not From around here, or look very young, I’m guessing it’s Just Safer or just Smarter to stay away from this business, and maybe check out a Master Autozone like I was recommended here several times beforehand. “Sigh”, what a roller coaster.

This place is absolutely amazing! I backed into a mailbox absolutely shattering my rear reflector and after calling around all morning to different shops I was a little defeated due to the crazy amounts they wanted for install. When I called here the lady on the phone was super sweet and had me come in to take a better look. These guys were able to install and work with me on cost, they are absolutely life savers! I was in and out pretty quick and everyone was so kind and ready to help or answer any questions I had. If I could give this place a million stars I would, 10/10 I’ll be referring everyone to come here!♥️
I had an out of town family member who had trouble with his truck he was traveling from Denver to St George. At 3:00 am, he called me. I told drive truck to Paskett’s and left it there. In the morning I called and told them what i wanted done. They were exceptionally fast and accommodating. I won’t go anywhere else for my services. For over 15 years i have trusted my vehicles to them. They are honest. Never overcharging or adding in services not approved. If I could give them more than a 10, I definitely would. Check them out in Roy. ( and I don’t live in Roy)
These guys are awesome. I had a few things I wanted to have looked at with my new truck and they were really good about going through them with me and super reasonable with the price. There was one issue in particular that the dealer I bought the truck from couldn’t fix that they were able to correctly diagnose and repair. Absolutely would recommend them and will be returning for any future repairs and services.

On Monday the day after Mother's day I was heading to work and all of a sudden my driver's side window would not roll up or down. So I took my car to O'Reillys auto parts. The guy looked at everything super quick and just said there was nothing they could do and you'd have to go to an auto repair shop. So I googled auto repair shops near me and when I read the reviews I ended up going to Paskett Auto. When I went there the person at the desk Jacob mentioned that sometimes this can be a very expensive part or sometimes it could just be a fuse. So I ended up just waiting while they diagnosed my vehicle. The entire time Jacob get letting me know the steps they were taking and keeping me informed. What was impressive was watching how the customers came in with all the different situations and customers kept calling and Jacob treated everyone like they were the priority in the moment. In the end they figured out mine was just a simple fuse that had blown. They did not have one in stock so he ordered one right away and I had to come back the next day. I was all prepared with my paperwork but to my surprise Jacob remembered my exact situation! It was such great service that I felt like I needed to share this. Normally with auto repair places I get super nervous and Paskett auto was great! Especially when they have employees that really care about the quality work that they do. So thank you to all of you so very much!
The group at Paskett Auto are great. I took my Mercedes in to have some repairs done when my son hit a curb during a snow storm. They were transparent about everything, especially when there were issue sourcing parts. They did a great job and I will be using them for future work as well.
Went to Paskett just to see if I could get help with a headlight. Without hesitation they brought me to the back and started to work. I cannot praise these guys enough. Fast easy and inexpensive. I will never go to any other place again.

Had an alignment and they mentioned that the rotors also needed to be replaced so I got that done as well as an oil change. During the repairs they noticed I had a headlight out so they replaced that as well. 😊 I didn't realize until the next day that they also washed my windows and vacuumed my car! 😁 Excellent customer service from start to finish. ☺️
These guys are great! We had an issue with our car that another mechanic quoted the repair and I brought it here for a second opinion. They were so detailed in their diagnosis and found that what the other place thought was the problem was in fact NOT. The issue was far simpler and far cheaper. And now my car works again! Thank you!!
My husband and I brought our 2003 Crown Victoria in on Monday and was told it would be in the bay by the following day. It finally made it to the bay by THURSDAY. My husband told the technicians exactly what new parts he put in so they'd know that those parts were not the issue. When we got there to pick it up, the tech said he spent a whole 15 MINUTES looking at the car and that the parts my husband replaced were just fine and were not the issue. We knew that. He did explain that there was no compression in cylinder 5. We asked if he found the cause. He stated he hadn't opened it up to see what the cause was since it only showed the compression was bad. His only recommendation was to spend $6500 on a brand new engine (our car only has 90000 miles on it). My husband decided to open up the valve cover. The only issue that was wrong was with the roller rocker arm that's in cylinder 5. It had come off inside the valve cover. It cost us NOTHING to repair it and we definitely don't need a new engine. It was simple enough to put back on. The only thing that was truly positive about our experience is that the techs and staff are extremely nice and welcoming.
Paskett always fits me in their schedule and on multiple occasions they’ve sourced parts from wherever they could to save me money. They do great work and I feel like family when I come. I enjoy supporting locally owned businesses and they make it easy to refer them to friends and family that I want taken care of.
Picked my car up 2 weeks ago from paskett where it had been since September 1st. When I dropped the car off there was zero damage on the car. I get that accidents happen but its been 2 weeks with zero communication from the shop about getting this damage resolved.

just came here to get my emissions done. service was fast, friendly, and highly would recommend. they vacuumed and cleaned your windows with no additional charge. i called several different places and the wait was longer then 30 min and dought they would have done all that.
We were on the way to the airport when we suddenly had a flat tire. After putting on the spare, we saw that the tire pressure on it was low - we were already running late for our flight and we couldn’t find a gas station with a tire refilling station so we stopped by Paskett Auto. They filled up the tire and sent us on our way free of charge within 5 minutes. Great service!
I’ve been going to Paskett for years now for my regular oil changes and recently after getting a flat tire while moving, had to have all of my tires replaced. They were really quick about getting new tires for my Subaru ordered and got them put on super fast too for how busy they always are. I’m always blown away by the service and the way they handle their customers and I’ll definitely be a customer here for years to come. Going to get car maintenance can be such a hassle, but it’s so much nicer going somewhere knowing that my car is in good hands and will be fixed ASAP.

My car broke down on me yesterday and Paskett Auto was recommended to me. Jerry was very quick to help and knew what the problem was immediately. Very honest with things that needed to be done! They got my car back to me very quick and did great quality work for a good price. From now on I will be going to Paskett for all of my car needs. I've been going to this shop for oil changes for 15+ years now and have never had a complaint. They don't manufacture problems just to sell product, they just do what you've gone in to have done. Having said that, if there is an issue, they bring it to your attention for sure, they give you their assessment but no pressure to buy or fix it there. Recently I bought tires from them. The customer service was top notch. Brenda and her crew have it figured out! I highly recommend paskett auto care in Roy, utah
