The installer service “specialist” knew nothing about her job and seemed uninterested. Would not recommend this location very unprofessional and not helpful.

I went to O'Reilly's in Roy to get a hose that was cracked on both ends. Alex came out and looked at it so he knew what kind of part he was looking for. The entire setup was going to cost $120. He has some extra hose in the back and cut it to fit and replaced it in my jeep and said he didn't want to charge me because it was not a big deal for him to do and that he believed in doing kind things for people. Of course I started crying because I was so grateful. I also needed a new rear windshield wiper and asked why it wasn't working for me and another employee named Nate came out and looked at it and said it might need a new relay switch and explained to me where and how to check the relay before spending the money on a new motor and wiper blade. These guys went above and beyond helping me with everything I needed! They were so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They both deserve some recognition and a raise in my opinion. I've always gone to this store and never had a negative experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs parts. They are also reasonably priced.

Oh Reilly, Reilly, Reilly. What a guy. Let me set the scene: I was driving to my best friend’s house (2 hours away from me). The drive was going swimmingly until (an hour in) I entered the fierce waters of the interstate. As I valiantly accelerated my 2017 Hyundai Elantra up the on ramp, my car seemed to be troubled. The jerky movements made alarm bells ring in my head. Just then, an orange light appeared in my peripheral vision. As I looked down, I noticed the engine-shaped light on my dashboard. Panic entered my body and a simple tune played in my head (o o o o’reillyyyyy auto parts. 🎶) and I knew the only thing to do was go to O’Reilly Auto parts. I entered this beloved location and was welcomed with warm smiles. Never have I ever been treated so kindly. The amazing workers here not only helped me to locate the part, but when I asked to borrow/rent tools so I could fix it, they kindly offered to help me replace the part. I can’t thank them enough. They turned a treacherous night into a cheery night.

The long haired hippy didn't know what an HID headlight bulb was and said they didn't have it. They couldn't figure out the correct oil for my P/S on LandRover. I had to school them and told him it used Pentosin. He was oblivious that they even stocked the oil. Do parts stores actually have parts pros anymore??

In short, I was told that I was wrong multiple times, if I was competent in what I was trying to do, and belittled by Dustin. Unfortunately I was in need of a headlight and I came here. First trip here, I walked straight to the aisle and I was called over to the counter by Tony, saying they wanted to make sure i get the right Lowbeam. I stated that im pretty sure its an H7. I was told otherwise, that it is instead, and H11. I bought it, drove all the way home. Went to change the Lowbeam, Turns out I was correct, the ports did not match up, a quick google search that I should have done beforehand tells me that the lowbeam for my vehicle is in fact, an H7. Driving back to the store to return this, I entered the store, this time greeted by "Dustin" I explained the situation, I told him directly that I would just like a refund. He asks me my year make and model again, i give it to him so i can get out of there and he tells me that i mustve grabbed the wrong one, instead of H11 i should have grabbed H11B. I told him that its alright and I just wanted a refund and he tells me to follow him so he can "show me" i tell him it is alright again and he waves me over, considering he is now already at the isle. I follow, he shows me his 'Idea' of what the correct one is. He is wrong again. I tell him that, he argues, I tell him that it is not even the right connector. He asks me if I am even doing my lowbeam, I tell him that I am confident that I know I am doing my lowbeam. We walk to the counter, he starts to try to get me to buy a different one, i tell him no. He claims to be a 'mechanic' and how i should buy it here. I told him no, he refunded me and i left. I am baffled at how i was treated. It was unacceptable behavior from Dustin. I will never be here again, and I will be sure to let other people know about my experience.

Went to 4 other shops and no one wanted to help me install my headlight when I was going through eye stye issues but David went above and beyond to help me take apart and replace it for me. Best auto store!

Really honest people work here socially Carson. I took my rotors to get turned and he some how messed it up, I get it, it can happen to my one. But he gave me not one but 2 brand new rotors for my car. His a good one for sure honest is the best

Went to the store to get a new window weatherstripping and they didn't have it. Employee didn't seem too knowledgeable about the product and didn't ask me any questions. Tried making small talk and was ignored as they were talking about personal life stuff instead of paying attention to their customers. Not a bad experience by any means, just felt ignored.

Terrible experience at this store little to no experience with the knowledge of auto parts. I come into the store, trying to find what I need The staff was extremely rude to me because I come in at opening time 8:00 AM I went up to the counter looking for a specified product that should be on the shelf. The store was out of stock. I asked if any other materials were nearby they did not care to want to help me the person running the counter I believe it was the manager seemed as if I was inconveniencing them . so I took my business down the road to the other O’Reillys. I was helped in a respectful manner. I’d recommend the other Roy location. This also isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service at the 1900 location

I had a very bad experience at the ogden store, I ordered a part and had given it to the guy who was fixing my car, found out that his girlfriend and a girl that worked there were "roommates " and she had returned my part through the girl that works there, ,and they took the cash for my part, she didn't have the receipt but since the roommate worked there they were able to by pass that step, when I went into find out where my part was, the manager lied about the whole thing and I was out almost 300 dollars. Terrible!!! Will never go in that store again,

Went into get some washers on a Sunday night. A young kid was working, I had a package with the part number so I could match it and get some washers that was just smaller. I had asked the kid where there washers where he pointed to the end of the lane. Saying down there.. Mind you this was close to closing so no one else was in the store. I walked down got the ones I had matched and asked if they had any more. The kid said that all we have.. I asked if they had the rack with nuts and bolts on it, he says Oooo I think so still standing behind the counter. I walked around the store and found what I needed. The whole time this kid was on his phone doing what ever kids do now. Got to the counter and he rang up what I had said thanks as I was walking out the door. He came out of the counter. I dont care what kids ware but this kids pants was skinni jeans and they was so tight you could see every vain in his legs.. Like really ORiellys dont you have rules about these kind of things

I want to give a shout out to these two guys who really went above and beyond in helping me yesterday evening. I went in for a battery & was treated so kind. I was told what I really needed vs. what I didn't need to waste money on. He even took out the car battery out and put the new one in for me. Even said that I needed a new battery terminal because of the blue powder that was all around it and on top of the battery by the batterty bolt. Thank you!!! (All I crould see was a "Ge" on his black jacket. )

Travis is the man! Always my first stop for sure.. Travis knows his stuff and is always eager to help. Oreilly should feel luck to have him in these times. Thanks Travis for always going above and beyond. FYI! Jaxon is new to me but was AMAZING as well.

Had to get my brakes fixed, and went to O'Reilly in Roy. Staff was very friendly, and very helpful. We were able to get me everything I needed, mind you I know next to nothing about auto repair, Jaxon took the time to explain how everything worked and was honest with me about what I was looking and and what needed to be done to get me taken care of. Will definitely go back.

The women staff is uneducated and unprofessional. The ladies in the store assumed I didn't want to do there suddgestion because they were women. But that wasn't the case it was because they didn't know what they were talking about, condescending, and rude. I went across the street where 2 women were also working at advanced auto parts. They were educated and courteous. I used there suddgestion and it worked. My truck is up and running again with no problems. Dont waste your time here until these ladies get some auto education and therapy for their rude thinking errors.

I'm unsure of her name, but the lady that helped me today (11/09) buy windshield wipers for my boyfriend and I was wonderful. I always come to this location whenever I need something for my car and it's always been a pleasant experience

The customer service I received today was beyond amazing! I originally went to another auto parts store to get a battery for my car and they didn't have one that worked for my car. On my way out I called O'Reilly's and the lady who answered the phone looked it up and they had one that worked for my car. While on the phone I tried to start my car and it wouldn't start she suggested I go into the other auto store to see if they had a jump box and if they didn't she said she would send one of her guys over to help me get over there to take care of me. I had my two small children with me who were very cranky she went out of her way to make sure they were taken care of as well and she helped put the new battery in. What was a very stressful day was made a little better just because of this ladies help and kindness! I didn't catch her name but thank you so much for all your help! I'll definitely be a return customer because of her!!

I never go anywhere else, if I can help it. They have great prices, good customer service, and their kickback program is decent. They're location's chosen well, although they share an exit to the main road with Maverick, which can lead to some odd interactions with Maverick customers.

Jeremy was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help get my vehicle up and running. He spent nearly an hour helping me right before closing without a single complaint. We will definitely be back for any future car needs.
