This gentleman was so fast to respond to our request for help. He helped my husband manually shift my car into gear so that we could drive it the short distance to the shop. He also came by to make sure we made it safely to the shop and helped us shift it into park.

Big Dog is the most affordable in the area. We use them frequently at the post office for our beat down LLV's, and once for my 1 ton truck. Timely knowledgeable and professional.
The man I spoke with agreed to do a job and when I called to follow up on the job I was told they were not interested in doing the job after all. I would have liked a call informing me of this decision. Not very professional.
Amazing service!!! Toddler locked himself in the car, luckily the car AC was on. Called and explained the situation to Big Dog Towing. TJ said he was on his way before I finished explaining. He was there in no time! He pulled up and had the car open within one minute. Customer service was amazing, he was very genuine and made sure the little one was okay and happy before he left. Truly a God send, so thankful for this service and the dedication to helping in these emergent situations with promptness and excellency.
