She refuses to give us the owner's information or relay any information to him from us. My lender bank had my truck repossessed. The driver said if we would give him our key, he would let us get our belongings from the truck. We agreed and handed over the key. The lady that answers the phone was nice when we first called to get information to get our truck released. She is saying we did not give back our key and has charged our finance company $450. We called back; she rushed us off the phone and told us she would have to talk to her boss and hung up. We called this morning, only to find out she has blocked our number. We called her from another phone, and she told us they got a new key cut since we did not provide our key to the driver. She told us to have a good day and hung up without letting us say anything, then blocked us again. We called again from another phone to ask for the owner; her words were 'Nope, nope, nope,' then hung up and blocked us again. I'm asking that you please call us and make this right. We've obviously gone through a rough time, and it seems like this company just wants to take advantage of our situation.

These are some of the best, professional, kind hearted people I’ve ever met! Our car got flooded and insurance was giving us the run around. Not only did they call us multiple times to keep us updated. They also called insurance and got them to see reason! I will never use another towing service, I cannot stress this enough you are in great hands
I was stuck at work with a flat tire but couldn’t get my spare off from under the truck. Dylan came to help me. He was awesome! He got it changed super quick. Definitely recommend this company and ask for Dylan if you can

dylan towed me and my friend the other night off the interstate alternator went out and dylan was very responsive when we called and helped us with every question he had an answer to! he was also very kind and i would 10/10 recommend you call brothers towing and ask for dylan
Dylan B. saved the day for us. Our 17y son’s truck’s alternator died on him on the way to the mechanic. He was able to quickly pull out of traffic and put on his hazards. That’s where Dylan came in and was able to tow the truck to the mechanic with no issues. Thank you for taking care of my family Dylan.
I was stranded in the parking lot of the Bucees in Terrell, Texas. One of your drivers stopped and gave me a jump so I could get back on the road. I very much appreciate it.
After having a very complicated time with another Towing company. KIA reached out to Brotherz who was out to pick up our car in little over an hour after the request was sent. The gentleman who helped us was very respectful. He loaded our car up and verified all of our information before leaving with it. We highly recommend using them if you ever need a tow!
I hate i have to give 1 star these people are crooks and they really messed my car up they stole money out my car took parts off of my car took fuses out they searched every inch of my car looking for stuff to steal they had all my business documents all over my car they damaged my car inside and out but they will definitely be hearing from my lawyer
We noticed when picking up our car from their yard that someone went through it and trashed it. There was business cards everywhere on the floor and important paper in the seats and floor. Money was also stolen from center console. We also noticed that something was wrong with security system sensors. The horn not working and fuses missing along with a hole in bottom finder and snatched out wires under the hood.
My car wouldn’t start after I finished shopping, so I called State Farm’s Roadside Assistance. Brotherz Towing and Recovery responded quickly. Driver Jeremy called and let me know he was on his way. When he was almost there, he called to let me know he was stopping for fuel and asked if I needed anything from the gas station. What a thoughtful and kind gesture on a hot day! He was thorough, professional and pleasant as he drove me and my broken vehicle to our destination. Will recommend Brotherz again, and will definitely ask for Jeremy is I need towing again.
