My insurance company contacted Tommy's Towing and repair services past 3am in the morning to help me I was traveling to Nebraska for a work contract with my son. I tried to make a right turn on the interstate while passing through Witchita Texas it was pitch black I had on my high beams and still couldn't see! My car ran off the road into a muddy ditch my son tried to push the car out but one of my wheels sunk deeper! Cars was just wisking by it was so dark! I was worried we would be stuck until daylight but not with Tommy's Towing and Repair services!! Tommy showed up in les than 30 minutes from the time my insurance contacted him. Tommy called me he was very kind and assured me he was coming he asked for specifics in the location I was stranded and stuck in so that he could find me and within minutes! He was pulling up light flashing! I can't tell you how relieved!! I was to see him especially so fast at almost 4am in the morning!! I thought the worst in that situation because it was so dark and secluded out there I could barely see anything! Tommy was no nonsense his greeting and demeanor was so very kind and helpful and at that time of the night that is greatly appreciated! He pulled my car right out of that muddy ditch and assured me that my car was good there was no damage I was just stuck and I could get right back on the road I just ha one really muddy passenger wheel but driving would knick the mud off and it did! I made it to Oklahoma, then Kansas, and to my destination in Nebraska! This is an awesome service! Tommy is an phenomenal guy! Ask yourself who can you call that time of the morning and really count on them showing up? My answer is if you are in Texas and in that area you can definitely count on Tommy's Towing and Repair service! It's the best1‼️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥service!! My insurance covered all cost! Saturday car was t-boned and cops helped contact Tommy’s for a tow as the car was not drivable. We came Monday morning as soon as they opened to remove personal items from the car per the insurance company who was arranging to have the car picked up. Asked if we needed to pay the bill and were advised insurance would take care of the charges. Today, Friday, I received a certified letter with a bill from Tommy’s. Included charges are impound fees and a $50.00 notice charge. Letter was sent after we were there on Monday. Livid that I received a certified dunning letter with impound and notice fee for what? Must be nice to be friends with the cops.
Brian was really responsive and quick to pick my car up after it broke down. Fair prices and really respectful! I had him tire be twice this week and both times I was highly satisfied! Will definitely call them in the future!
I have a mechanic shop in Mineola and Tommy’s brought me a car tday for the first time. Was very impressed wth how helpful and polite the driver was, will definitely recommend

It all started when Chris decided his factory stock needed “just a little test run” down Corky Boyd Avenue. Now, Chris’s idea of a test run usually ends with something on fire, upside down, or both. This time, it was a little bit of everything.
Some say he hit a pothole the size of a small fishing pond. Others claim he mistook a ditch for a high-banked turn. Either way, his beloved factory stock ended up wedged between a barbed-wire fence and Old Man Johnson’s goat pen. The goats were unharmed, but one of them did climb onto the roof of the car and claim it as his new kingdom.
Enter Tommy’s Towing.
Now, Tommy’s seen a lot in his time—burnt-out Camaros, side-by-sides in trees, and at least one minivan inexplicably stuck on top of a Waffle House sign—but even he had to pause when he rolled up. The factory stock was half-buried in mud, the back tires were spinning uselessly in the air, and a very judgmental goat was still perched on the roof, staring down at Chris like he owed him money.
Tommy, never one to back down from a challenge, fired up the rollback and got to work. First attempt—nothing. Second attempt—rollback tilted too far, almost sucked the car straight into the winch like a spaghetti noodle. Third attempt—Chris, trying to be helpful, stood on the hood for “extra weight” and promptly fell off when the car finally lurched free.
By the time it was loaded up, Chris had lost a little dignity, the goat had lost his throne, and Tommy had gained yet another story to tell at the gas station. As they drove off toward the shop, Chris leaned over and asked, “So, uh… discount if I pay in cash?”
Tommy just turned up the radio.
Saved my butt when I had a flat tire and the lug nuts didn’t wanna come off when I was trying to put on the spare. I was stuck on the highway and in the middle of no where on a cold night. They cam in clutch with that impact drill to get the lug nuts off and helped me put on the spare tire.
Great company with the best rates around. I had a transmission go out on my way to work this morning. I called Tommy's Towing and Brian was there in 20 minutes. Brian was fast, and efficient. Very professional driver!
Mark with Tommy’s towing is awesome. He takes good care of your vehicles and is very kind. He was earlier than expected to pick up my daughter’s car, and he Communicated with me the whole time. I highly recommend Tommy‘s towing for all your roadside assistance and if you happen to get Mark as your driver, consider yourself blessed
I waited patiently for 20 minutes before they even acknowledged me. They said nothing when I said hello, I'm from the area but this was some of the worst hospitality I’ve seen. And this place does not represent Texas well. I’d recommend going somewhere else if you have the choice.
This is one of the best towing companies I've ever did business with. Brian was nice, honest and gave me a really fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

I got my car inspected here. They are super fast and efficient. So glad they do inspections! They are the only place available other than a dealership since Lloyd's closed.
Who wants to rate getting their car out of the impound as a 5 star experience after their car is taken? I did. Good people. They met me at the impound around 8 pm to help me retrieve my car. The town is a sleepy small town but Tommy's Towing works hard to give people 24 hour towing services and impound access.
Nice, friendly owners. Tow truck driver was nice and efficient. Staff for inspections was unprofessional, hrs of operation was 9-12, he showed up at 9:15 then took his time opening the doors and preparing for the day
Fast and friendly. Brian went above and beyond. He took extra time to ensure my vehicle was towed and dropped off safely. Hopefully, I will never need to call for a wrecker again, but if I do, it will be Tommy’s.
Chris DeBo… life saver! Got ran off the high way by semi during an emergency stop. It left me sunken in the mud. AAA got a hold of these guys and the rest was the best. Very knowledgeable and great communication. Highly Recommend. Thanks again Chris!

This experience with him turned a bad situation into something, not quite so bad. We didn't know where we were. So he just picked a place out of Google. When he got there he told us there was a place 20 mi closer to tow it which saved us a good 80 $90 in towing fees. And the place he took us to did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Stopped in to get RV inspection and had no indicator or brake light on one side. Instead of sending me on my way they helped me find the issue and replace fuses which was given to me. I'm truly grateful and will always use this business.
Tommy’s towing saved my son. He was sold a car with bad tires. 3:00 in the morning they came. Driver was super friendly and made my son feel comfortable and safe. I caught a flat on the side of I20 at the Wills Point exit and i called them up. They were resonably priced and fast.Tyler was the name of the guy who came to pull my car and I must say he was the best. He went above to insure I was taken Care of. I tried to tip him but be wouldn't accept it. I will definitely recommend this wrecker service to anybody and everybody
Very friendly and honest work. We were stranded on the side of the road with a 3/4 ton truck pulling a fifth wheel and a trailer across the country when my water pump blew. They had me fixed up and back at it in a few hours. Thank you very much for the help!!!
Super professional !!! One of the drivers named Lee is awesome at what he does... I called them to move a building was out at my house in 30 minutes had the building moved in less than another 30 mins !!! Happened to have the same driver driver show up when my mustang broke down a few weeks before again more than satisfied!!! Would definitely recommend them !!! A+
