Went to get a new battery on Saturday night 11/01/2025 I bought from O'Reilly had 2 year warranty witch ran out 4 months after warranty the salesman working that night said o no problem I can go in and fix the warranty but he couldn't do it because it calls for manager with code the salesman said can u come tomorrow the manager will be in. I got up the next day to find out the manager don't work on weekends so they lied to me that night just so they couldn't help me. But allgood auto zone has a longer warranty and a cheaper price. Auto zone customer from now on.
The staff was super friendly and immediately came over to help me find what I needed. I wasn’t sure which headlight bulb would fit my car, but one of the employees took the time to look it up, explain the difference between options, and even helped me install it in the parking lot. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked, so it didn’t take long to grab everything I needed. Great prices, great service, and genuinely nice people!
Came in for a battery replacement and Jay made it a smooth and quick process. Now I can get to work the next day and my car is fixed. Thanks to oreillys and Jay for the great service.
I went to Oreillys to pick up a part and when i got there i asked Jay if he had knowledge regarding a certain issue on my model car.
Jay stated do you have the car here if so let’s take a look at it. Jay went above and beyond what i expected him to do. I appreciate him willing to help me with my problem although he didn't have to. Jay figured out what the problem was on my car and sent me on my way with how to resolve my car issue. Thank you Jay!

the customer service and just the willingness to work is subpar, below average.
if you come here to get your codes cleared from your cars computer, they will tell you it’s against their policy, and can’t do it…but that’s just not accurate. don’t let them lie to ya
Worst customer service provided by Andew.. I'm not sure why he ignored me or refused to help me. Waited 20min to be helped out. 4 customer s walked in and were helped out but ignored me.
I was helped by Rob (Robert) and he was exceptional at his job. I was confused & not sure what part I needed. He was able to look up my car & decipher exactly what parts I needed to fix my brakes. Amazing customer service. Every part was 100% correct & he even showed me other parts I might need just in case he was wrong. Which he was not!!! Thank you Rob :)
Every single time ive gone in to get parts for my truck, they give me the wrong part. They are nice and willing to help but 10+ repairs and not a single right part on the first time. Usually have to go up there 4 or 5 times to get it right.
My husband and I frequent O'Reilly stores everywhere we go since he's a mechanic, and i must say this has got to be the worst service with the most disrespectful employees I've seen. The older employees are great, but the young ones need to get it together. Every time we're in, there's one thing girl in particular who always seems to be on her phone and trying to hide it to her side or behind the counter where she thinks can't be seen. On our last trip, she was actually horsing around with another young man and we heard the young man say something derogatory, then she snickered and leaned forward in a an almost bent over position, but was almost backed up to him. This was completely appropriate. There was another customer in at the same time with a young girl maybe 6 or 7 years old that was watching them. How embarrassing! This behavior is unacceptable O'Reilly! I don't want to find another parts store
The employees at this location went above and beyond to help me when my alternator went out near the end of a very hot, very bad day. They were kind, extremely helpful, and did much more than their job required of them. One of them even went so far as to give me a hug when I was near tears. I cannot recommend this location enough. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
These guys are always friendly and helpful, every time I've had a question they work to thoroughly answer or resolve it. , Prices are also great, there is always a deal to be had for pays and tools.. I receive email coupons that are very helpful.. They also have a meet or beat pricing policy..
