The absolute nicest people. They replaced a mirror for us, and while they were working, they found a problem with our door latch. They showed us the problem and fixed it for free!

The quality of their work is absolutely top-notch! Not only did they do an amazing job on the repairs, but they also went above and beyond—washing the exterior and even detailing the inside. Talk about customer service! A huge shoutout to Liz & Jenny, who were incredibly friendly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They handled everything with the insurance company seamlessly, which was such a relief. Ar first I walked in reading everyone's face, I was ready for attitude right off the bat. Completely wrong every one I talked to was SUPER nice and friendly! They towed my car and decided to give they a try instead of towing back to houston. The only thing small thing I can say bad was it would be nice for a update every couple weeks but when I did call I did get updated no big deal. My 2016 mustang got fixed and looks very good. If I ever got in a accident in that area again I would go out of my way to take my car there. That's just my experience I pick up my car feb 14 2025

Best service I have ever received . I had to have my trucked towed two different times . Once from caddo lake and once from my home . I couldn’t have asked for better drivers than Perry and Jared , both professional, easy transaction pleasant to do business with . Highly recommended 😊

Called for an after hours tow. Spoke to someone who said yes they could help however, he acted as though he didn’t want to. So we were so relieved. I needed to figure out the funds with my mom since it was cash on site ($450 quoted) and it was for her truck, we informed the gentleman that we needed to speak to her about money and we would call back in 5 min. We in fact called back in 7min but every time we called he would pickup the phone and hang up on us. Leaving us stranded and wasted time to figure out another company to help my mom. A simple No I’m not willing to do it would have been still respected by us. I will not ever try Ronnie’s again for towing and will not recommend either. Poor customer service!!!! I’m just warning so no one else’s elderly mother is left stranded on the side of the road at night! We called Action Towing in Marshall and they took care of us with great customer service and it was so easy to work with them…added bonus- it was a little cheaper.

I travel around to lot of body shops and dealerships taking pictures if vehicles for insurance claims. This was by far one of the best experiences I have had by far. Instead of making me walk all over creation trying to figure out which vehicle I needed the sweet front desk girl was assigned to guide and and DROVE ME I'm a little golf cart to the vehicle I needed to take pictures of. Making my trip much quicker and easier then it usually is. They also had chocolates at the front desk. I never know what I am going to roll up into. Thank you for making this trip enjoyable.

Best service I have ever received at an auto repair facility. After the car wash did damage I stopped by and they were able to very quickly do the repair. Could not recommend highly enough.

These folks were so good to me. When I called about my husband's truck and told them we were still in hospital, she told me not to worry about a thing and just take care of him right now. Then they gave me an offer to give them the title of the truck (it was totaled) in place of the payment for towing and storage. That was a life saver to me. Very nice and helpful folks for sure.

I would not personally recommend Ronnie’s Wrecker Service to anyone needing a tow. I allowed the police to pick a wrecker. They ended up calling Ronnie’s which did show up quickly as we were around 15-20 miles from Marshall. When the tow arrived the guy said I’m towing it to the shop, I told him no that I want it towed to my house right down the road. That seemed to irritate him for some reason and he called to ask for the price of that. A tow to my house from the site was quoted at $350. My house was less than 3 miles away. I called my husband to explain this to him and both of us were appalled by the cost. Definitely the most expensive tow I have ever received and by far the closet to the house. I told the guy the cost was ridiculous and that it was extortion. He proceeded to get rude with me and to tell me that if I would tow it to the shop the insurance would pay for it. Sir, you have no idea what my policy states nor do you realize that that car was paid in full. I have zero plans with that car!! I told him they would not be making repairs on my car and yet again he was rude with his response of, “Your car is totaled anyway.” Way to state the obvious sir!! He then asked how I was going to pay and I handed him my card. Not even thinking about taxes but it cost me $364 for a tow that was less than 3 miles to my house. I have heard others rave about y’all but you won’t be hearing that from me. Y’all should do better but greed seems to be more important.

Much respect for the workers at Ronnie's! When my prius got totaled, they not only came to get after hours but offered to be my personal uber for the day after that I was left without a vehicle. And stayed late the next night so I could get all my items out! 5 stars is plus more to this company!

Great place to get your vehicle repaired. I didn't have to wait a long time for them to fix my door handle and bumper. The door handle part came in & Ronnie's fixed it right away. Wonderful customer service I highly recommend 👌🏾!!!

This tow service beat the lowest price by $25 and the others were closer. Ronnie Wrecker has always done me right. They are honest and dependable. I always prefer them over any other tow service.

These ppl are super nice. Seemed to me to be family owned-operated, which is super cool! I work for a U-Haul center in Shreveport, and one of our cargo vans were stolen, which ended up being towed by THIS establishment. They were helpful and quickly settled our bill, handed us the keys, and we were on our way back home to Shreveport!

While driving through Texas, we were in a hit and run wreck. Ronnie's towed our vehicle and the tow truck driver went out of his way to take us to a hotel to spend the night. The staff at Ronnie's talked to us over the telephone several times and went above and beyond to help us make the best decision regarding what to do with the vehicle. Ultimately, the vehicle was a total loss, but we could have never made informed decisions without the help of the folks at Ronnie's. They were all very knowledgeable and caring. If the vehicle was repairable, we would have had Ronnie's do the work for us. You could not find nicer people to work on your vehicle and we are forever grateful to Ronnie's.

I had a great experience with recent body work that was done on my car. The work was done in a professional manner and exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I never leave bad reviews but for this I am making an exception. This shop was where they towed our truck to after it was in an accident. They had our truck for over 3 weeks and never gave us a status update so my husband finally called them on Thursday the 18th to see when it would be ready. They told him they were just waiting on a part for the seatbelt it would be ready that afternoon or the next day. We never heard from them after that so the following Monday, the 22nd my husband called again. This time they said they needed to fix the headlight and then it would be ready no later than Tuesday. So Wednesday afternoon my husband went up there and they told him it just needed to get detailed and they would call him as soon as it was done. Once again they never called. Finally I called Friday at 8am and they told me it was at the dealership getting the codes cleared and I told them needed it this weekend because we are in the middle of moving. They said they would call me right back and let me know when it would be done. They did not call me so at noon I called back and they told me they just got it back from the dealership and needed to clean it up but it would be done that afternoon. My husband went to pick it up at 4pm and they were obviously annoyed he was there to pick it up. They told him it was at the dealership and would be back soon so my husband waited there until it was ready. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a repair shop. They do not communicate and are obviously not trust worthy. We are new to the area but now I know who I will not ever being going back to. Very disappointed.

This was the worst experience I've had with a body shop hands down. The biggest problem with this business was over a month later after I got hit I go to pick my truck up. And was basically told I could not have my truck untell I payed a 1000 dollars for new tires that I never agreed to having put on in the first place. Theay lied to me and have pore customer service. I hade to take my truck back to have it worked on 3 days later because it was not done right the 1st time sixteen thousand dollars later. I was lied to again and had argue with them once again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I DO NOT LIKE BEING CALLED A LIER. there are a lot better shops out there to choose from.

Horrible place to get body work or paint done. Told me my bumper was order and would be painted so by the time I dropped my car off it would be a one day job! Either someone lied, or dropped the ball. They didn’t want to help get the situation resolved. If I could give them a negative star it would be -5!

When they unloaded and delivered the truck, they did not give us enough time to remove the light assembly. They pulled up and unloaded the truck, running over the light assemblies and pulling the wiring harness apart, destroying it. The driver laughed about it. We called the office to speak with the owner about the incident. The person who answered took a message and said the owner would return the call.We never got a call from them. This was done on July 23. It is August 9. Poor attitude toward others. Apathetic attutude and very unprofessional.

Contrary to several reviews, I did not have a good experience with them. I had to be the one to follow-up on how my car is doing, if estimates were done and sent to the insurance and if they've started the repair yet. It took a long time for them to have it fixed since parts had to be delivered (I understand that part) but what was disheartening was when they told me that the car was ready, the engine made a sound and it turned out that the transimission mount was bent. They told me to bring the car back to them but I didn't do so since my insurance car rental was maxed out (from the duration of time the car had to be fixed) and was not even sure if they did check the car thoroughly in the first place before even telling me that it was ready. I had it fixed in another place more trustworthy. My experience may be different from others though but I am just sharing. I hope this does not happen to others anymore. I will not trust my car with this place at all.

Well after 1 monthes and a few days I am still not with a truck and when I went to get it I had to call insurance and refuse my truck now has been sitting 3 days and they haven't called insurance yet because they seem to just think I know nothing about the paint and body industry and left my toolbox bolted down in my truck bed and locked and they told me was no box in my truck who it and all the contents are missing 3000 dollars worth of tools and

Ronnie and the entire staff are amazing. They treat you like family. Integrity instead of price gouging or making a quick buck. They will have all my future business.

If I could give this place a negative number I would. Done $14,000 worth of work to my truck and never called before or even after it was done. On the 45 minute drive home I already hear rattling and whistling. Huge disgrace and disappointment on business side and work side. Another reason I hate dealing with men at any mechanic or body shop. Unfortunately, nothing will ever be done about it.

I've used Ronnie's twice now in the past few months due to unfortunate circumstances and both times they've been thorough, prompt, and did a good job of communicating with me about what was going on with my car. Can't beat the friendly service provided to it's customers here at Ronnie's.

This body shop went above and beyond to make sure that everything was in perfect working order on my car when they repaired it. I will definitely recommend anyone to them and I will be sure to take my car back anytime I need anything done.
