My 75-year-old dad was stranded on the side of the road with his motorcycle. He ran out of gas. The dispatcher did not communicate with the tow truck driver on the situation. After he waited on the side of the road In the dark for well over 90 minutes come to find out the tow truck driver can’t even tow his motorcycle nor give him any gas. Then left my dad on the side of highway 59 in the dark when he found out I was on my way to come pick him up. No communication with the dispatcher or Tow truck driver. I would not recommend this company for the safety of any of your family members.
Update: called them per the owners instructions so they can improve their service, left that message with the receptionist and never got a call back. That was a month ago.
Richard was very friendly and helpful. He called me to let me know when he'd arrive and he was right on time. I would definitely recommend Richard and C Recovery if you need a tow or roadside assistance.
Unethical and not trustworthy. Don’t call if you need a tow will tell you one price on the phone and a different price when I went to pick it up. Was 2 hrs late to pick up. Do yourself a favor and call a different company
We had a flat tire and called roadside assistance. My wife and I were stranded on a dark country road near Longview, Texas. After waiting for 90 minutes we called the dispatcher and was told she would call us back after contacting the driver. 20 minutes passed and we didn’t here back from her, so I called her back at which time ahead informed me that her driver didn’t have the proper tools to change our tire so they had to now decline our service. So now we will have to wait for another company to take care of us! Very poor service by C Recovery!
We called Roadside Assistance and they contacted them. We waited for over an hour and a half and nobody came contacted them and they said a driver would reach out. Driver never reached out after an hour and a half. We contacted them again and they told us that the driver did not have the equipment nobody told us we waited for an hour and 30 before contacting them again . in the meantime, we’re sitting on a dark backcountry Road in a very dangerous area that we are not familiar with. We are 16 hours away from home.My husband is recovering from radiation he does not have the strength to change the flat tire and neither do I. I highly discourage anyone from using this company.!!!
They were very polite , affordable and easy to deal with they came picked my truck up timely manner even though the weather was horrible and they shut down I-20. Thank you so much C Recovery
C Rwcovery picked me up an hour before the text message said they would and Richard the driver was very professional and courteous. Would definitely use them again if I needed a tow!
The dispatch was amazing and friendly. They picked my car up in a timely fashion. The driver was very efficient and personable. The got my car where it needed to go without a hitch. Their fees were extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company over and over!!
Called C Recovery to remove a stuck vehicle. The Dispatcher was friendly and had a driver there in approximated time that was quoted over the phone. The Driver was professional and courteous. The price was very fair and Better than previous experiences with other tow companies.
This has been the WORST experience ever .. I requested service at 7:56 AM through my insurance provider & was told to expect a tow truck to be here by 10 AM .. No update from towing company so I called myself 3x before I got an answer & said 2 hour delay .. 12 rolls around , no update or anything from nobody . I’ve called my insurance company & have several different ETA & finally a driver calls me & says in another city but on the way .. that’s another hour & I have children I need to pick up & have missed out on work due to this & it’s currently 1:17
Now these are the people to call when your keys get locked in your car!!!!!! They took no time at all to get to my location and provide services. Everyone was extremely kind and professional and I really appreciate their hard work!
The driver Jeffrey, is super nice, Customer Service skills are amazing. He was very helpful, kind hearted. Definitely changing the normal “Tow Truck Operator Stereotype” would definitely call CRecovery anytime.
This place doesn't deserve the 1 star I was forced to give. My 11yr. Old daughter and I were stranded with a flat tire. My roadside assistance contacted this company to tow us. After 2&1/2hrs we (told an hour and a half wait) tried to contact their driver. He wouldn't answer his cell or return my texts. I tried to call their business phone and "surprise", no answer. Left a message explaining I really needed to get my child to a bathroom, they never returned my call. I'm not sure how they stay in business! It's not that hard to answer a phone and give honest answers. We ended up making a call to another tow service. I would not recommend this tow company!
Terrible Wrecker Service! Trucks constantly break down and Chris Collins owner of the company doesn't pay his employees and over charges customers with ETA's over 2Hr's for a in town tow because he's at the lake and doesn't fell like working!
Alternator failed, in the middle a rural area near Marshall, Texas. It was early summer in 90+ degree heat. Verizon roadside assistance called this towing service for us and charged $115 to our credit card for a prepaid tow. After 4 hours of waiting we called the tow service... No answer. We then called Verizon RSA back, and they said it would be another 2 hours. Another 3 hours later we called the tow service again, no answer. We then called Verizon and they told us the towing service wasn't answering their calls either. So in the end, the tow service provider, C Recovery Inc. which is run out of somebody's home in Marshall, NEVER ANSWERED THEIR PHONE, NEVER CALLED US BACK, and NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP TO TOW US!
We ended up getting a ride to our home, and towing the car ourselves with a friends truck and trailer the next day.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AT ALL COSTS.... AVOID!
