Crooks and shady business practices. I encourage Anybody who has been extorted by this company to follow up with texas department of license and regulation. Over 800 for a one day impound bc they were too lazy to come release a car 24 hours a day witn a one hour notice by tdlr policy... 7 hours of hourly on a rotation police call, one how is it possible, much less legal? This is a the way these guys operate.
Mr. Cole is everything you expected in a small town mechanic. He is very knowledgeable in old and new cars and gets your car in and out as fast as possible. I'm glad this town has Mr. Cole.
Have called every day since Sunday October 9th all I get is a voice mail left several messages with phone number and still can not get anyone to answer our call ?
It was very good service he was on time is very comfortable his truck service is very nice trucks open heart and very respectful he took care of my vehicle like I needed to be taken care of and he's also doing the maintenance work on it I give him five stars
Mr. Cole the owner is amazing. Real old school kind of guy. I feel he really cares for the cars inside his lots. I give him and hos towing business 5 stats. He cares for his customers and made me,feel at home even with me being an outsider

I ran off the road between Lindale and Tyler.. Cole and another worker who works for him was there less then 35 min.... Cole came from Marshall to help me.... respectful and honest...
They are the worst tow company in the world. No consideration for the public. These people work along with the Harrison county sheriff's department. There a team in taking folks money
He basically stole my car that the police had impounded less than 12 hours after I left it setting on the aide of a county rd 8 foot from the rd in the ditch because the ball joint had busted and my tire was qrocking back and forth. I sent jrs wrecker driver Dakota Brown after it the following morning and it was know longer there. It was my only means of transportation and my home basically. And they made It impossible for me to get back. Thanks cole.! Jessica McKinley

I've lived in marshall most my adult life and anytime me or my mom charlene wiltse needed any work done they did it and did it right and charged a fair price..
My truck was at the shop for two days after an impound. When it was picked up the bolts were missing out of one brake and the front brake had been completely replaced with an old rusted part. The brake was new within a few months yet now the caliper on there is rusted out. I have receipts for the new parts these people are shady as hell
Very dishonest. Car was towed by county and Coles was called they charged $475 for one day tow. They are crooks and take advantage of individuals. Shame on the city of marshall and Harrison county for allowing them on their rotation. Must be some kick back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RIP OFF!!!! Charged me $380 and literally fixed nothing that was wrong and basically told me I was out of luck, then said it would be an additional $280 to fix it the SECOND time. Very unprofessional.
