My tire was flat and the jack I had wouldn't lift my car up high enough to get the new tire on and he came out really quickly and helped me get the new tire on.

I had a flat on my bmw at night, and not only did he tow it for me INCREDIBLY fast, but he didn't even ask for payment until AFTER the job was done. So appreciate PG towing promptly rescuing me today when my two year old Kia hybrid died in the middle of an intersection. Paul was super pleasant, and very skilled. I would have paid almost anything for the help, but the charge was very reasonable for the long drive to the dealership. Kia arranged for a different towing service that was going to take 2 hours to get to me. PG Towing came right away and we were on the road in less than 1/2 an hour.
Above & Beyond service to the customer especially when conditions of the customer isn't always right. I needed a vehicle towed without a key from a resident garage to a storage unit. PG-Towing made that happen. However, arriving to the storage unit the key was necessary to complete the Tow Safely in the unit without damaging my vehicle. Me being a veteran & out of the country & conversing with PG Towing they took it upon themselves to obtain the vehicle key from my Uncle's home in the next town over just to comply with the service completion. If you're in a bind or broke down I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PG Towing! I had a wild Sunday Funday recently and completely lost my purse, keys, wallet etc SMH. I ubered home that night but wanted to get my car home. There is free parking on Sunday but I knew as soon as daylight hit I would need to pay for the day or get a boot. I googled tow trucks near me and thank GOD for PG Towing. Paul answered the phone at 6AM and mentioned he could go around 9 or 10AM. I told him that was fine but I guess I would need to uber back down there to pay the meter until he arrived. After we hung up, I sent the address on where my car was located and where it needed to be dropped off. He text back and said he was on the way now. I was so happy because that saved me two uber trips. He picked my car up and backed it in my driveway. Quick, efficient, affordable and seamless option to pay. Since I didn't have my wallet including credit card, he had an option to tap to pay. Thank God my CC is on my phone. The entire process was smooth and I so appreciate Paul's help. I know who to call if I get in a bind again.
P.S. I found my purse and everything was still inside!! LOL It just made one good story for the future.

I want to share my wonderful experience with PJ towing service. My car broke down in South Austin. I called PJ towing service. He gave me a fair price. Not only did he give me a fair price he was very helpful in assuring me of the time he would pick up my car. He would check in and let me know he was on his way. After arriving he got out of his truck introduced himself and made sure it was the right car and customer. He made a statement that was valuable and reassuring to me. Which was "when someone takes your car get their card." After he returned my car to the designated location he took a picture of where he parked it and called me and told where he left my key.
There's no better services than this.
For me he turned my stumbling block into stepping stones.

Highly recommend! Called for a tow and 15 minutes later was on the road to tow me back 70 miles back into town when other companies wouldn’t. PG- Towing will be the first I call if I ever need towing again.

My car wouldn't start and I was stuck on the side of a farm-to-market road.
Paul came over very quickly and did an amazing job of putting my car carefully on the back of his flatbed tow truck. He was very careful in making sure everything was safe as there was traffic going past us.
He then gave me a ride to the dealership and also a lot of useful information on what may be the problem with my car.
His prices were transparent and very fair.
