Paulo is amazing! I came in to the store because my entire dashboard lit up with every warning possible. I was afraid it was electrical. He informed me it could possibly be that my battery needed to be replaced. He tested it & found it was dying so I purchased a new one. Paulo struggled getting my old battery out & the new one in due to rusted bolts. He was knowledgeable and showed patience & kindness throughout the entire visit. I will definitely return if I need anything because of the excellent service I was given. Thank you Paulo!!

Above and beyond. Helped me when it was try to figure out how to repair the car on my own and probably miss work or have it taken to a shop and definitely miss work. Mister Kendall did an exceptional job. Even if it's a bit of a drive I'll be taking my business here from now on

I came in early in the day looking for a specific oil and was told they didn’t have it in-store, but they could order it for me and have it ready to pick up later in the day. The gentlemen that helped me out then was very helpful. When I came by to pick up my order, that same gentlemen that helped me out was not there and the employee that was helping me out was not helpful at all. He seemed on edge and ready to go on his brake. I asked about my order and he had no clue what I was asking. Made me feel like I was crazy even asking that I had an order being delivered to the store. I was polite throughout the interaction but he was done and not having it. He begrudgingly helped me out, and we found my order, but made me think that the oil that I had ordered was not what I needed. I was trying to ask for help, and all he said was, “I completed that transaction for you, that oil is yours, I’m going on brake.” I was a little flustered and overwhelmed now, so I decided to rerun the oil. After all of that, I came to find out that it was the oil that I needed after all. The interaction I had with that employee while I was picking up my order was a little off putting, and it made me waste time. Bottom line, if you don’t want to deal with customers, maybe find a different job, or just suck it up and try and deal with it. I deal with customers on a daily basis, and I have never lost my composure the way that one employee did. Thanks

The Manager Kendall was amazing. I went in to grab a part for battery, he could have easily just sold me that part and moved on. Instead he came out and noticed the problem with the battery, showed me what was wrong, fixed it and saved me money and time. Without his knowledge and willingness to help me, I doubt I would have fixed the issue today. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, easily the best customer experience I’ve had at an auto parts store.

I was a customer at the Manor O'Reilly's On Saturday and a young man named Andrew helped me above and beyond expectation. He worked alongside me instead of overpowering me with his knowledge. He took the time to answer all of my Questions and concerns regarding my vehicle. He helped me find the highest quality and most budget friendly parts to fit my needs. He helped me install the lightbulbs I bought and the wiper blades I was having trouble with. And my car has a funky design which means it's not easy to get into these particular spaces. But he handled it with grace and expertise. And and I was especially impressed with his knowledge And preparedness in his assistance. I learned quite a bit and I fancy that I already know quite a bit about my cars that I've had for 20 years.

Paolo was incredibly kind, honest, and extremely professional from the moment I walked in. He took the time to provide knowledgeable assistance, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such genuine pride in their work and treats customers with this level of care and respect. Paolo truly made my experience — so much so that I’m looking forward to bringing more of my business to this location in the future. Shoutout to Andrew! I wanted to take a moment to recognize Andrew for his outstanding service. My husband and I purchased a new battery for our daughter’s car, and Andrew was professional and efficient throughout the process. He explained the acid buildup on the battery posts and the reason behind it, which was really helpful. Despite the challenge of removing the post, Andrew worked quickly and persistently to get the job done. He even cleaned everything thoroughly afterward. I also purchased a kit to prevent future issues. Thanks to Andrew’s expertise, we feel confident that our daughter’s car is in good shape. O'Reilly, you need more employees like Andrew!

Customer service = nonexistent These people don’t even bother to ask if you need anything or even welcome you in. They don’t bother to tell you the pricing , they just add it to the transaction without saying anything. They Walk off during your transaction like you are a burden. Not helpful at all. They don’t even communicate your total, just ask “cash or card”

I recently needed a challenging car battery replacement and called ahead to get the total price. From the start, the staff was extremely helpful, providing clear information and setting realistic expectations. When I arrived, Kendall, the manager, went above and beyond by personally taking on the task, even though the battery was tricky to access. Despite the complexity, Kendall handled it in record time. The entire team was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to great service. I can’t thank them enough for their expertise and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

For the past week, my car has been giving me issues. Today, i came into the store to check out what could be wrong.. No check engine light, so Joel checked out the battery charge.. and Bingo my core was bad. I just wanted to thank Mr Joel so much! This sweet man just got done helping me get and switch out my battery in a '20 Malibu . And conversed with me, answering all questions I had when working on my car. This single mama is forever grateful! Thank you again, Mr Joel. Stay blessed!

Bought a battery from them about a year or year and a half ago. The battery came with a 3 year warranty. It started leaking and going bad. Wasn't starting well, and confirmed it was going bad when I did my 100k maintenance service on my car at an auto center. OREILLYS, and specifically, I think her name was Lisa, made it about as painless and fast as you could ask to get a replacement battery. Would definitely go back for needed car parts/issues.

Steve went above and beyond helping me out with my car. I came to Austin to see my family and little did I know my car started giving me a lot problems and was not sure I was going to make it back to Lubbock. But Steve helped us figure out what it was and helped us out by putting the part on even though it was difficult to get to and required a lot of effort. He is a very committed person and gave excellent customer service! There are not many people like him and I really appreciate the help with my car.

Turned out to be a good visit, I needed a rotor turned and trued the young man that initially helped left we with very little confidence of returning to this store, he just didn't project a lot of confidence and seemed not want to help me at all. We engaged in a conversation that led me to a better understanding which in turn I appreciated his brutal honesty. This young man suggested I wait until another employee returned from lunch to have the rotor turned which wouldn't happen for another 45min or so, and I was pressed for time and daylight. I started thinking (WTF) then wanted to ask his name but reframed. Eventually the other gentleman returned the service I needed was performed and it didn't take as long as I was told bottom line 2 rotors turned a set of rear brakes that were priced matched which was another part of me be annoyed...thinking I had to price shop.. But these guys helped me out tremendously.. I was able to finish this much needed project to complete satisfaction at the cost around $120 which was around $50-60 less than I dreaded to spend. If you can be cautious when using this location, I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere. This review is based on my most recent experience. I went in to this location to find a purge valve for my wife's vehicle. I'm searching for the part at a few stores but this store staff members convinced me to place the order with them because " based on the location of the hub, we can get it next day". Trusting their competence, I ordered and prepaid when the gentleman said that was a mere option but not required. Next day I call. No part... so I call a few more locations with advance auto parts and I find it in stock at another location. So I purchase the part and go to oreillys to cancel the order and get a refund. All of the sudden, they say based on the location it was not going to be there on time regardless. So when I request my refund the guy Oscar says he cant and that it sucks but its company policy to wait for the product to be in the store to which I respond," so you mean to tell me you can willingly take my money before you have a part in stock but cant cancel or refund my money when you fail to deliver?" Needless to say I had to go back tonight after verifying earlier they had the part to do the refund and even then I still had to wait 20 minutes in the empty store for their safe to open up. The problem isn't the fact that I needed the part sooner. The problem is the staff lied to get my business and wasted my time. Had I known they couldn't deliver on their deal, I would have purchased it elsewhere same day. Instead, you cost me a days work and frustration due to incompetence
