Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service, I normally don’t write reviews because i like to solve my problems that arise with the company, but this company is horrible, and their services are horrible I initially called them and ordered a tow truck, they said they will be where i was in 30-40 minutes, guess what i called them 5 times and they said that their tower will be there soon and he still hasn’t come, its been more than 2 and a half hours and i am still waiting for the tower to come. My suggestion avoid this company at all cost. I am stuck in the side of the road.

From start to finish, the towing service was professional, and they responded quickly. It is consoling to know that there is a reliable towing company like this one in the area.
My car idled and I had to get towed this weekend, this company not only wanted to charge me $750 (when every other company charges $250) but also demanded that I send a picture of my credit card! They of course only let me know I needed to send a picture of my credit card after a hour had passed and they told me they were on their way. How insane is that?! Do NOT even call them. TIP towing and Cintex are much better options and not scammers.
Had the misfortune of using this company to tow a broken down fleet vehicle. Was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait and that they would send a receipt via email when service was complete. The tow truck driver got incredibly lost, even though he literally rambled off the correct address - 160 FEET away from dropped pin. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours (it was 100+ out) and when I called the next day, to request the receipt and inform them that we had to wait 2 1/2 hours, Cesar responded with "Well"? Not "Hey I apologize" or any kind of apology for that matter.
If you want to talk on the phone and navigate a random tow truck driver for 30 minutes, wait 2 1/2 hours in 100+ temps and not even get an apology call 360 Towing "Solutions".

The diver was really sweet and nice. The problem is the office representative who I think is the owner. My car stopped in apartment complex parking lot and eventually the truck he brought was too big so the driver called the office in front of me to explained that I will need a smaller truck for the service. The officer called me and lied to me--He told me that my car is located at the alley way and since I did not mention it I am going to be charged $89 service fee. I will include pictures that will clearly show that my apartment doesn't have an alley way. Furthermore, I was present at the time of the driver's call with the owner and not once with the driver state that my car is in alley way, only that his truck was too big for this parking lot. I just explained repeatedly that my car is in apartment parking lot not alley way and I cannot pay for service that I did not even get. He yelled at me, constantly cut my words and just hang up. Now someone is going to reply to this message and say they "extremely lament" my difficulty, but let it be known that the representative hung up on me after being extremely rude through the entire process. Down below is the parking lot. When we scheduled the towing he asked me where my car was parked. I said apartment parking lot, which I still believe to be quite the fitting name for the picture you see down below. Unless your car is sitting in the middle of an ocean sized expanse, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Desperately needed a tow this morning, and I called several places but never got a response. 360 Towing did a great job setting me up with a tow truck company and got me where I needed to go. Towing & Going were a great service, efficient, and made me confident I was dealing with professionals.
I had to wait some time, about an hour, but towers are always busy and need a lot of grace. After all was said and done, they were a great service.
Fake company posing as a local towing company. We hired them today and they said they were 30 minutes out. Well 1.5 hours later we are still waiting on the driver. Coming all the way from across town while we are 2 miles from their fake virtual office.
We were in a rush and should have known. Fair price. But just hate it when these marketers who have no real investment in Austin pretend to be local companies.
All they do is arrange the service with a local hauler and mark it up. Fine. Just don’t like the business model. Not again.
Incredibly disappointed. When I called, I gave accurate information about my tow. I was quoted $89 for the driver plus an additional $35-75 for the 10 mile tow. The person I spoke with was pretty aggressive at getting my credit card number. According to the quote, my tow should have been $124-164. I was charged $291. This is truly bad business... the worst business.
**Update - Owner response is misleading. They have not contacted me or done anything to remedy this situation of being overcharged $127. I would never utilize their services again, so that they can "prove it to me in the future," unless the current situation of being overcharged is resolved.
May 21, 2019: Worst experience ever! $89.00 for the service call & was told I would be paying an additional fee of $35.00-$75.00 for the towing charge. I was only 2 miles away from my home & was towed & charged $75.00! A total of $164.00! What thieves! It took 10 minutes to load my car on the tow truck & 5 minutes to take my vehicle home. This is the last time I use these guys ever again!
Update on June 1, 2019: On another note this towing company called me to resolve my problems with them and was told I was going to receive a $30.00 credit and to my surprise I was charged another $30.00 instead of receiving a credit. This is incredible! Who really runs a company like this? Wow never again will I ever use this company or refer anyone to it.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I called to have my car towed 4 miles due to a flat tire. I was told there would be a $59.99 service fee, and the cost of the tow would be $75.99 plus any special equipment needed to tow my car. I was told that the total cost would be communicated to me by the tow truck driver. The associate took my credit card number to charge me then in case the service was canceled. When the tow truck driver called, he said it would be $250, which is a significant increase from the price I was quoted. I told the driver that this price was not reasonable, nor was it the price given to me by the associate. He was going to text them to call me back. They did not. I called 10 times and left voicemails, but have yet to receive a call back. It's interesting that I had no problems contacting them to schedule the tow, but was then unable to reach them when I had an issue. This situation is a gross example of the shady business tactics used by this company to scam innocent people out of money. The fact that they charged $309 to tow my car 4 miles is completely unreasonable. Please don't make the same mistake I did by calling this company!
won't let me post without stars, I rank them no stars. I do not recommend this company. Called for a tow, 2 hours later they show up. Waited in 100+ degrees. Driver tells me they called him 1 hour prior to getting to me. Dispatch talked so fast I couldn't understand the pricing that I had to have him repeat it several times to be clear of the charges. Tow driver was very pleasant and apologetic for the delay and that was the only good thing about this experience.
Good experience. The dispatcher was polite and informative. The driver was nice and new what he was doing. Sent me a picture when the car was delivered. I received a receipt via text. My only complaint was that the 35 minute ETA was more like an hour and 15 minutes.
