Well, unfortunately, my car was taken here from China Grove, and man, let me tell you, it was crazy expensive to get my car back. I was not happy with them... they way I was treated felt like I was beneath them they acted like I was trash. I didn't like the feeling. I got my baby, but that place left an ugly taste in my mouth
The tow truck drivers tailgate you! I just drove home from dropping my son off at school and the driver was right behind me the entire time we were on FM78 and in my neighborhood until he turned down another street. He had to break hard in my neighborhood at the four-way stop I'm sure he didn't even see coming up so he wouldn't rear-end me. He almost hit me and my daughters due to his poor unsafe driving. I have recorded proof. Do better with your drivers!
Johnnys tow helped me out soooo much driver Dominic was picking up my car after I caught a flat on the highway at night and not only did he handle my car with perfect care, he made sure multiple time where my mechanic was to drop it off. Perfect service and a amazing company
