This business should be shut down. Absolutely disgusting rude people and they can answer the phone to talk disrespectfully, WHILE IN THE TRAILER, but cannot come to the window and help.
THIS COMPANY IS A FRUAD. So many known False tows have been reported and their employees already know the deal pushing you away saying you can only pay or email to customer service. I got my vehicle towed cause they said my license plate was wrong and I checked and nothing about it was wrong not a single digit i was thinking they were gonna say some bs like I parked bad but no they said my damn license plate so because they don’t know how to read apparently all they know how to do is tow. Something needs to be done about this horrendous company. More reports will be made.
Less than 1 star. There was no sign saying ‘do not park’, trust me- I had plenty of time to look around AGAIN after finding that my car was towed. Absolutely illegal, and now they want $370 from me to get MY car back?? After reading the reviews, they need to be investigated…this is absolutely illegal.
Unfairly towed and warning lights were posted after towing. $339 to get your car damaged and leave you stranded due to unclear signage for towing? Maybe these employees should rethink their lives and perform a job with value to society
It's a fraudulent company because they take the cars claiming they are not registered when you fill out a form to visit and they still take them. It's not fair.
This company is a fraud, and I'm going to gather people to sue. I live at The Villas apartments on North Lamar, and we registered my car this morning. The system doesn't send the QR code, but it says it's registered, and they still take the car! They're doing this to commit fraud and extort money. It would be a good idea to report this to a lawyer so they can sue this place. So if anyone has experienced the same thing, please follow me so I can file a class-action lawsuit.
Our car was there for 5 hrs only and they charge us a lot. Like 400 dls.
We made an appointment to go and get our car at 8 am and no body was there until 9 am. We wait 1 hr there. Just because the employee was running late.
Please send me the form for the dispute. I want to dismiss the charges. My vehicle was at the line because a former driver was occupying the parking spot that took up two spaces. I was forced to put my truck on the line a little. I have taken pictures of how small the line is in the parking lot. My goal is to get my charges back since I live there, and I didn't receive any warning at all. Plus, I was forced to park there near my home of residence. If I don't hear back from the dispute by Tuesday, I will contact military lawyers to handle all of this. This is frustrating and very random. Please understand I work for the United States Military, and I will have them handle the situation.

Why did you feel the need to write in paint marker on my back windshield. Already had my car towed, why make victims lives harder by not just putting a sticker to mark the vehicle?
They are sharks- and sleep well and eat well with the apartment complexes they are in cahoots with. My car was towed when i had to take son to hospital- i provided proof- very curtly they said too bad so sad. Son had his work van towed from complex. It has been on his parking portal at least 6 months no issue and now it’s towed. Maybe driver needs glasses so license numbers are not transposed. Wish the company gave 1 warning before tow.
They towed my car while it was parked at MY apartment complex- and are charging me $245 to recover the car.

Terrible service, they're all predators. They took my vehicle without justification. I went to get it and they treated me rudely. They charged me excessively and didn't give me an explanation, and they didn't let me explain anything.
They illegally towed my car from visitor parking a couple of months ago and I just caught them illegally towing somebody else's car a few minutes ago. Our community allows parking outside of the gate after office hours but they still tow cars that are parked there after business hours.
This company does illegal business, they towed my properly parked vehicle! Because the neighbor parked his car in his yard. "corporate" says we're investigating for weeks
I really feel like this company is just robbing me and the mother of my child last week I got towed in my apartment complex that I’ve lived in for 18 months only got to work half a day cause I had to wait until 9 o’clock for them to open still waiting on the apartment complex to see if they’re gonna reimbursed us on a rent and fix this problem. We signed a lease to a new apartment complex got the keys today. Mother and my child moved stuff in and her car gets towed when she was in the office today registering our cars how is it? Possible this company is taking advantage of two hard-working people just trying to get by now we have to spend the last bit of her money to get her car out
They have towed my car from my residence. What a joke! My car was already registered. I will file a complaint if they don’t refund me the charges and apologize.
Terrible customer service. I am a pastor trying to help someone get their car back, and A&A will not allow payments over the phone or online, which makes it very difficult to help people. Almost as if they want to exploit people by making it as hard as possible to get their car back while they rack up fee after fee.
I didn’t receive any notification that my car was towed. After using my app to locate my car, I called A&A about my car. I could not find my car information within a minute and the guy said call back and hung up. Called back and verified my vehicle was there. He went right into the fees and forms of payment accepted and I must request my vehicle an hour in advance. Uber took me to pick up my vehicle in 30 degree weather. I have to stand outside a window while an employee constantly open and close it with questions. They are simply RUDE for no reason. This was a devastating experience.
We will be reporting to BBB, the state board, and suing for negligence after refusing to address significant damages caused to my vehicle during tow from this company. Photo evidence was provided. The timestamps match the receipt, and staff was notified on-site prior to retrieval of the vehicle as well as documented via email shortly after.
We received an initial estimate of over 2k for repairs but it's likely to be more. If that wasn't enough, being dismissed and told to see the back of your receipt in response to property damage is unparalleled, and, most importantly, illegal.
Advice to other customers - When they damage your vehicle, send an email with your pictures before leaving the property. Otherwise they will say it's your fault for not emailing before 24hrs (which has no legal standing).
The back of the receipt does not address property damage and subsequent negligence. This is not "case officially addressed and closed". Per my lawyer, failing to address this issue (to be clear, in legal terms this means to provide repair or monetary compensation directly) is illegal and the statute of limitations for this crime is 2 years.

These people will tow and try to get you for your money for anything!! The day I moved into my complex my truck was parked in the office parking for an hour and they towed it, they then circled back for more cars . I asked why they towed it if it was at the office the young immature guy made comments like come give me a kiss if you want your car off off.
Two weeks later a visitor was parked I used the same information for two weeks and there was a digit missing they decided to tow didn’t let me pick it up until the next day complaining abt needing an appointment!! Why do I need an appointment to pick up my damn car.

READ THIS BEFORE PAYING OR ACCEPTING VEHICLE. This company does not follow the TDLR's regulations. They will try to make you schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle. You have a right to pick up your vehicle after 1 hour's notice. They will NOT accept your one hour notice. They hung up on my after I told them that. If they are not able to release your vehicle in one hour, file a complaint with the TDLR. If you do so online, write your description in a notepad app, then paste it to the description box so it doesn't time out. File your complaint within 14 days. GET A RECEIPT WHEN YOU PAY WITH A BREAKDOWN OF ALL THE CHARGES. They will attempt to overcharge you.
After they towed my car, we had an appointment to pay for fees today at 3:15pm, only to find that the lady wasn’t even there. We weren’t seen until 4:30pm when she tells us we need to pay cash only, which is illegal, in order to retrieve our belongings from the car. Wanting our belongings from the car , we paid, and then she said we had to wait until 7:00pm and to go to another location. She took the car key, and when we arrived at the other place at 7:00, we waited two hours in line, only for the guy to tell us that he didn’t have access to the lot out car was in, refusing us access to both the car and our belongings. So after waiting for two hours, we were told to come back another day with an appointment.
Towed my car bc of license plate error, even though I'm a resident and all other info what in system. Cost over $300 to get out same day and they don't even help you on sight, have to make an appointment to get my stolen car back. These guys must have a good mattress to be able to sleep at night.
Car was towed for not having my placard totally accept responsibility for that . HOWEVER they towed my car 5/10 @ 9:41 wpm when I realized my car was towed the next day …. 5/11 I called at 12:16 got the information and arrived in 30 minutes on the phone I was told a fee of 321$ when I got there I was told a completely different number . I recorded the interaction . I was charged for 2 days of storage when it was only less than 24 hrs. I emailed the customer service after I picked up my car in hopes they would adjust and show good faith. The company never even responded . I called and the response was we still haven’t followed up with anything. Horrible customer service, guys remember you have 14 days to file a TDLR complaint
Illegally towed my friends car from his apartment complex when he explained to complex that registration website is malfunctioning. So the property manager called sorted out with the manager/ owner of A&A when my friend signed the release papers they refused to release his car because my friend was helping a woman who already paid to get her car released but her battery was dead and when my friend offered to help her get it jumped they began refusing to let him get his car back. Finally my friend gave up on getting his car and just asked for his belongings out of his car and they still refused (it is a law that VSR they have to allow you to get your personal belongings) so the police came and they still tried to refused letting him get his belongings until the police officer threaten to charge him with theft if the owner wouldn’t let him get his belongings . Total we were there for 4.5 hours
absolutely unreal - my car was towed from the parking lot of my apartment complex, that I pay for, and my permit is clearly displayed inside of my windshield. I have lived there for 10 months with 0 issues and then the complex switched to this company. They forced me to pay $234 when they illegally took my car. They refused to provide me with any kind of information on how to dispute the charge other than provide me with an email and say I could get a response in 2-3days. They refused to let me document on their paperwork that it was illegally taken. They wrote down my credit card information on paper which seems INCREDIBLY sketchy all things considered. The most illegitimate company I have ever come across. If I had parked somewhere illegally or did something wrong that's one thing but I pay for the spot I was towed from and my permit was very much visible. They had to look at my permit while collecting my VIN#. They were looking for quick easy money cause this is a slimy establishment!!
4 separate calls and they won't even tell me where my car is. They've tried to snake my shít 3 separate times now despite the fact that I'm properly registered at my complex. Indiscriminate extortion. A driver tried to FIGHT me the first time, after I complained that he damaged my rear tires because my parking brake was on. Thankfully I've caught them 2 out of the 3 times mid-theft and was able to stop them, but this time they finally managed to steal my car. I was very briefly parked next to a curb, trunk open, hazards on, just so I could take groceries into my place, and when I came outside to move my car into a proper spot, I found that they had stolen it.
Slimy thieves, scum of the earth, I genuinely hope their little extortion business goes under and the owners lose everything. And shame on the apartment complexes that deliberately skimp on parking to keep these businesses afloat.
UPDATE 1: so I called 911 and reported the vehicle stolen AND put them on the line with the towing company at the same time, NOW they suddenly want to help me! They confirmed it's on their lot as soon as the operator told them they legally had to disclose that info (they were trying to run the time up that it was sitting on the lot).
My recent experience with A&A Wrecker and Recovery LLC was distressing and fell short of my expectations. Despite my vehicle having the proper permits, it was towed, resulting in considerable inconvenience and unanticipated costs. The process to reclaim my vehicle was far from user-friendly, marked by difficult communication and a lack of clear guidance from the staff. Customer service and operational clarity are areas that, in my opinion, require significant attention for improvement at A&A Wrecker and Recovery LLC.
Had my car towed in the middle of the night despite having a valid permit. The woman who answers the phone can barely speak English, extremely illiterate. She proceeded to tell me they had no record of my car being towed, or on the lot. So I called the police and reported it stolen. I call back and inform the woman its been reported stolen, now the car has appeared on the lot out of thin air! $335 later and I have my car back, what an extortionate price. My emergency brake was on, damaging it in process of the tow. Make sure you video and take pictures. On the bright side, the guy who handles payment is kind and well mannered. The owner of this place definitely has no morals or soul whatsoever. A degenerate preying on people with predatory tactics.
