After they towed my car, we had an appointment to pay for fees today at 3:15pm, only to find that the lady wasn’t even there. We weren’t seen until 4:30pm when she tells us we need to pay cash only, which is illegal, in order to retrieve our belongings from the car. Wanting our belongings from the car , we paid, and then she said we had to wait until 7:00pm and to go to another location. She took the car key, and when we arrived at the other place at 7:00, we waited two hours in line, only for the guy to tell us that he didn’t have access to the lot out car was in, refusing us access to both the car and our belongings. So after waiting for two hours, we were told to come back another day with an appointment.

Illegally towed my friends car from his apartment complex when he explained to complex that registration website is malfunctioning. So the property manager called sorted out with the manager/ owner of A&A when my friend signed the release papers they refused to release his car because my friend was helping a woman who already paid to get her car released but her battery was dead and when my friend offered to help her get it jumped they began refusing to let him get his car back. Finally my friend gave up on getting his car and just asked for his belongings out of his car and they still refused (it is a law that VSR they have to allow you to get your personal belongings) so the police came and they still tried to refused letting him get his belongings until the police officer threaten to charge him with theft if the owner wouldn’t let him get his belongings . Total we were there for 4.5 hours

Worst customer service!!! These people will tow and try to get you for your money for anything!! The day I moved into my complex my truck was parked in the office parking for an hour and they towed it, they then circled back for more cars . I asked why they towed it if it was at the office the young immature guy made comments like come give me a kiss if you want your car off off. Two weeks later a visitor was parked I used the same information for two weeks and there was a digit missing they decided to tow didn’t let me pick it up until the next day complaining abt needing an appointment!! Why do I need an appointment to pick up my damn car. They have zero consideration and do not care. They are money hungry scammers! They are desperate for their commissions they must work off of

COMPLAIN COMPLAIN COMPLAIN but REMEMBER YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO COMPLAIN. I just read this Reddit that said if we all complain to TDLR with reasonable complaints we possibly can get their license revoked and they could lose their business and at the very least if their is an influx of complaints maybe they could be investigated. It seems weird they only tow at apartment complexes at night when everyone is sleep but it’s supposed to be monitored 24/7 just say we only tow at night while you sleep. I want to see every one with up to date TDLR licenses because yall shady and tow truck drivers even shadier. (I’m a resident at my apartment, pay rent, registered car with apartments, unsuccessfully attempted to register with ur service but no communication from yall to discuss where there was an issue, then calling customer service them telling me I had an issue that I was unaware of and then the person fixing it.) Mind you when you register this is what is says verbatim after submitting request “ Your permit request has been submitted. You will be contacted by the email address you provided.” NO CONTACT TO EXPLAIN ISSUE. So I have my proof and I will go around collecting signatures if I have to. Yall customer service and business suck. 1.4 and the other 1.5 stars do some self reflection, some training in human decency, I wish they had - or 0 star rating. Not to mention rude. And yes y’all a tow company but others have way better ratings. Let me know when the tow convention is I’ll be there. Besides the 2 woman who actually helped and explained things and also the male working the tow lot at the window y’all suck. RESPECTFULLY. I know y’all a business trying to make money but not at the expense of going about it the wrong way. DO BETTER.

On May 18, 2024 at approximately 4:45pm went to the 2905 W Howard Ln location to pick up a vehicle. I knocked at the door to the office and opened the door without knowing it was an employee only entrance, your employee then rushed to the door cursing and with a knife in hand being very aggressive and threatening. The door wasn’t locked and no signs stating that it’s an employee only entrance. Your employee was extremely unprofessional and rude . I need to know something was done about it or given a number to complain . When I asked the employee for his name he stated that he didn’t give his name which I respect due to the job he has and for his safety. I then asked for his employee number so I could leave a complain and he refused to . Upon looking at the receipt I found I’m assuming his employee number 14369. It’s very aggravating that it feels like his treatment towards me is just because of me looking Mexican . I’m a US CITIZEN and I don’t deserve to be treated like this !! It was a very unprofessional and uncomfortable situation. I went to help my employee to remove the vehicle since he didn’t speak English and that was the treatment we received. White Male , heavy built , gray hair with glasses age between 52-60 Update - it’s been a couple of days nobody has reached out even after leaving a couple voicemails very disappointing!! Avoid them at all cost

A rating of “1” is too high for this shady tow company. They towed our vehicle from our driveway of our home with no violation to be towed. They were instructed by management to return our car at no charge with minutes of them towing it that morning. It wasn’t unit that afternoon at 4:41 that they informed management they had no trucks available to pick it up until late that evening but we could pick it up at their location if we needed it earlier. Of course we did so we drove over there only to be handed a paper that stated they weren’t responsible for any damage to our vehicle but we had video proof of them pulling our front wheel drive from the rear of the car so we refused to sign it and they would not release our car. We called the police who started a case number and told us to have our insurance company get involved. Of course this will take days so the next day (today) we decided to just sign the paper so we could get our car back but now the tow company Manager has stated that due to the fact we called the police that we now had to pay $353 to get our car out. This is th I very at its finest! Bad business practices constantly. This tow company location has been through several name changes because they are so unreputable! Do not use this tow company willingly!

It's normal when it comes to reviews too expect alot of people not too like a towing company. People have too understand, its just their job and not all people who do this are bad it's just a job they have like any other. I went with a positive attitude, said thank you and tried too be respectful however 2 of the men handling this place really just DONT need too be employees here. I can see now why the reviews are so so bad . Here I am thinking it's truly just because their mad about the car towing but I personally experienced alot of what people are saying in the reviews too be sadly true. The way they speak too people is not at all professional and should definitely be shutdown for somethings they do here that do seem fraud as well as the customer service just being awful, and the wait time you have while awaiting your property is ridiculous even with them having and stating they need an hour notice when coming for your property. If this is the case then why should it take this long too receive your car if they get an hour notice about you coming. I understand if they have numerous people awaiting but with an hr notice they should be prepared and the fact the person and only person ahead of us awaiting their car stated they were there an hr waiting to for their car too come out and we'd waited 45 mins for the car and about 30 too be assisted, is crazy. Then once helped the person is just flat out rude, the customer service was so unpleasant and unprofessional I ended up having too call the cops too have someone come try and help finish this process and get involved goo straighten the situation which was very sad I even had too do this . My sister recorded the entire thing thankfully, and we are doing what we were advised too by the Cop that assisted and assure this kind of thing never happens again too anyone else . So the process were going through will definitely be worth it. Honestly came with a good attitude wanting too give a 5 star rating but sadly wasn't the cae . If there was less than a star I'd have too give it due too the worst customer experience I'd ever ever experienced.
