The oil change and maintenance services are excellent. Only reason for the 3 stars is we brought our pickup to be detailed and it came back with the bugs off by that’s it. It wasn’t clean on the inside, the cup holders were still dirty. And it still smelled dirty. So I recommend them for everything except the detailing.
Best customer service around! They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer, and have very reasonable pricing. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend
Friendly people and great service. I get my oil changed on my pickup here, they also top off the windshield washer fluid, radiator, they also clean your windshield and check the air in your tires, and I’ve had them to install mufflers on my truck as well, and had our vehicles washed there as well. I highly recommend the services they provide couldn’t ask for anything better. Love this place.

Great local business, took my truck in for an oil change and they did an amazing job. Asked if i wanted anything to drink and made sure i was okay. They checked the rest of my truck to make sure it was running great and my tires!

I will never take my vehicle to this place again! I went in for an oil change and a couple of days later my check engine light started coming on then my low oil pressure light began flashing . When checked my car had no oil. No signs of any leakage under my car anywhere I have parked at work or in my carport!
Great little shop with friendly and helpful employees. Got my oil changed and they took me seriously when I asked them to make a modification to my exhaust. The guy didn’t even want to accept my tip when I handed it to him. I highly recommend giving these people your business.
I took my 06 Honda Pilot here for an oil change a month or so ago. 2 weeks after that the Pilot started leaking oil and running really rough. It even died a couple times. I work full time so it's been sitting in my driveway for 2 weeks. I finally got a chance to pop the hood and look around today. I found a screwdriver that one of the people here somehow dropped into my engine bay which wound up stopping my engine fan from spinning and knocked it off its axis. I called them to let them know what happened and I was told there was nothing they could do because I didn't report the problem within 5 days like it says at the bottom of the receipt. Wow! Great customer service. One of their Technicians left a tool in my engine bay causing damage to my vehicle, but they won't do anything about it? That's like a Doctor leaving a scalpel inside a body after surgery. This isn't over. I wonder what a Lawyer would think of this? Small Claims Court maybe?

Can’t get any good service in Brownfield. I’m from out of town and needed an oil change real quick and was refused an oil change even though I was still in operating hours of this business.
They did a great job on my oil change. I also had them clean my car and the outside of our was nice but the inside was not the best quality cleaning. Very nice people to work with.
Terrible. Would not recommend. Sat in line for over 20 minutes and saw multiple people and no one ever came to talk to us. Then another vehicle pulled up and in less than 2 minutes had them in. If you want to feel not appreciated, unwanted and not valued as a customer than this is the place for you.
I've truly been blessed to find this place - I drive down from New Home, usually on a Saturday, to get my 3 trucks serviced. (Not all at once LOL)
This service center really takes care with my vehicles, and Cecil is very knowledgeable and experienced with working on trucks. I typically have changed my own oil after a few bad experiences (stripped threads in oil pan drain and leaking filter gasket) in Lubbock at a very popular chain, but Terry County Qwik Lube has saved me the time and I trust them to do things right...
They work on my gas trucks and my Duramax, they use Mobil 1 on the gas and Rotella T6 in my diesel, as requested. They've also changed my AutoTrak differential fluid and topped off my rear diffs, lubed the chassis, and so many other services. The prices have been reasonable, and I'm using premium base stock oils - but I wouldn't mind paying a bit more to have the peace of mind that they provide, knowing that the job is done right!
This place is terrible!! I got chargered 80 dollars for an oil change on a CAR! I asked “80 dollars are you serious?” The lady at the front desk said “yup! That’s shouldnt be bad or matter you work for Halliburton” I was in complete shock! I got charged 40 dollars more in up sells then the person in front of me who had a much newer car because I “work for Halliburton” ridiculous! Never will I ever go here! Stanley CDJR in brownfields oil changes are 39.99 screw this place!
I brought our family heirloom, a 1955 Ford Fairlane, to Terry County Muffler to have some work done. This car has been past down through 3 generations and I wouldn't trust it to just anyone. It has never sounded better and the employees there showed the utmost courteousness and professionalism. I'd recommend them to anyone.
