I bought u joints and spark plugs from this location. I was given the wrong u joints. I had to walk back to the store swap out the you joints. Then, when I realized that financially the U joints put me in a pickle, realized I have to hold off on the spark plugs, the unknowledgeable lady behind the counter try’s to tell me that the spark plugs were already installed. The spark plugs were brand new and the only time the boxes have been open was when I took them out to look at them. She gave me trouble but eventually did agree to go through with the refund. Perhaps train your employees how to differentiate brand new parts from installed ones. The funny thing is I couldn’t even get the first rubber boot off in the first place to even start to attempt swapping spark plugs. I would need to by long angled pliers. I will most likely start purchasing from Orilies they are much more experienced.
I went in and bought windshield wipers a while back and windshield washer fluid was free but we do have to pay taxes on so its still free to me and the employees at this store was very helpful with everything. So to the guy who said it wasn’t free it’s actually free but gotta pay taxes guess you can’t make everyone happy. I always go to auto zone for my parts.
I went to autozone. They didn’t have the part I needed at the store and they did an amazing job ordering me apart from another store and I got it the same day.
There is a scam going right now when you buy windshield wipers and get “free” wiper fluid. It’s not free and they are charging $1.49. Lookin to be a lawsuit!
I went in needing to replace my headlamp and Devin was so helpful and happy to help. He replaced it for me as well as ran an engine light test and help me figure out what possibly could be wrong with my vehicle. He made me feel like it was okay to ask questions!
I came here a few times. The guys are nice, the younger red shirt was over the top helpful, hats off to him. Was upset but I like autozone too much to not give them a chance because one bad experience. 4 stars.
We had our Dodge Durango lose power and the battery light came on. Anthony did a diagnostic check and recharged our battery. Come to find out the alternator was bad and thru his help we were able to purchace an alternator and thru luck found a shade tree mechanic local and was able to return 6hr to home. Anthony was great, it was blazing hot outside and he provided a couple of chairs and encouragement while will waited for the battery to charge. Then we headed on our way.
We were driving through from Florida and one of our headlights died. One of the team members helped up pick the right one and put it in. Thank you! We feel safer driving through the states now.
2-7-23, bought a halogen fuse for a small light station, got home from the store and opened the package to find the bulb tip was broken. Drove right back to the store looking for an exchange or refund. First thing the female employee stated was " I wouldn't have sold it if it was broken "
No offer for an exchange or refund.
I'll never do business there again.

My moms truck needed a head light bulb. It was difficult for me to put on, we are on vacation and have to catch a plane in early morning. Its been raining. Emergency! I told your store the wrong bulb. After that Amanda at store 3503 helped me. I I have had s stroke and things are not easy anymore for me. She was most helpful. She spent the time and had patience with me. I have been in retal all my life and I know the secret to success is to take care of the customer. I will make it a point to shop autozone. Worst experience ever at a part store while I should have known more than I did I was hoping they knew at least as much as me I told the first boy what I was trying to find out and b4 I can finish he said oh I don't even know and just stood there so the other boy comes up and I said I don't know what they are called but I need the rubber things that go between the pieces of the upper controls arms ...sorry that is just from a girls point of view so 15 min of him using Google he goes to look at the car and takes a pic for image search and kept trying to show me big metal parts no I need little rubber rings now I know are bushings but 15 more min of him just looking up the image I told him I would go ask someone what it is and he said yeah bc he didn't know was...my dad told me he quit going for this reason and now I amto I have point cards with them but not worth it anymore
The staff was very helpful and the manager was very professional .
They were very knowledgeable about my vehicle and helped me quickly with my needs.
The store was very clean and and the workers were nicely kept and clean which is nice to see from an auto parts store.
Seems that I have to take my service to O'Reilly because of the 2 women that work at AutoZone do not know much about vehicles this includes the manager. I also asked one of them for help twice and the second time around she helped someone else when she had not finished helping me. Talk about rude and unhelpful. Need someone that is courteous and is good with customers and none of that attitude either. I've been in management myself and human resources for 30 yrs. I know what customer service is about.
I went in the other day to get brakes for my car and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, they got me what i needed and also educated me on other items i didn't know about! I did notice while in the store the other staff members were cleaning and sanitizing the store and are also taking the correct steps and precautions by the CDC to keep us customers safe and the staff. I definitely will be coming back, not only was the staff very helpful but it makes me feel safe to know they are cleaning and just not letting customers in without mask spreading the virus while we are shopping and us taking it home to our families.
Come in to this AutoZone all the time. I'm glad they enforce the mask regulations. Makes me feel safe coming into this store. Friendly associates know what u are looking for or do their best to find it for u.
I went in to the Autozone here in Brownfield today. I didn’t have a mask because I was in a deferent vehicle. As I walk in the door a associate shouted at me you have to have a mask, I replied I don’t have one. He said you have to get out, very rude the way he said it.. So I left. Over the years I have spent a lot of money in this store from business and personal. But I will never step foot in there again and I will advise everyone know to do the same.
Great service.. Sometimes you have to wait to talk to someone but they take care of you and don't try to up sell you..
I've had other auto places try and lie to you but I've not had those issues here..
I always used to buy there before with very good costumer service but now they have new personal with no experience and very rude and with bad attitude. I had to wait about 30 minutes to complete my order and in the end I have to cancel it because the bad attitude of the personal. After that I went o'reylis and they were very different with very good and friendly costumer service.
