Great place to sell small loads of scrap metal. Not really a scrap yard though in my opinion. Car parts seem to be their focus. But I have been coming here for almost 20 years and always fair. Clean and organized. By the book, so expect to get fingerprint, photo, identification and license plates to be documented. And they don't give you cash. They give you a check. Personally I go right across the highway and cash it at that gas station. Don't charge much.
First time and man name Jose was very respectful and very professional. I was very pleased with service and I was paid way better than the other places I been quoted. Fast, easy and satisfactory. I recommend to any one selling cats
It was straight to the point . Book value and a check on site. Very generous and kind person. Come come.. I sold my part and showed my ID and my title to my truck and I left with a check !
I highly recommend Durham core to everyone. They are friendly customer service is wonderful. Their prices I haven't found anybody who can beat them. I drive 20-30 miles to bring my items to them. And I'd drive even further if I had to. Thank you Durham core.
They should be in jail for theft. it's absurd the way they treat people. they have no customer service and if you don't know the value of your stuff they will give you the lowest possible offer bad business all around

I ran across Durham Core Inc. by accident thinking it was located in North Carolina only to find out they are in Texas! They were extremely helpful and helped me make the most money possible. They didn't have to go out of the way to help someone many states away but they did! I wish every company had the customer service they provide. If I'm ever in Texas I will for sure stop by and say hello! Thanks again for everything y'all are awesome!!
If you live nearer to this place, it might be better than any other metal recycling place. Too difficult to maneuver in and out of with other customers waiting in line.

The estimates were way higher than competitors. Very professional, the people were very easy to work with very cooperative I never had a problem unloading the product they helped with everything very estimable establishment
These guys gave me way higher prices than expected on my cores. I would highly recommend going here for selling any catalytic converters or scrap metals.
Well I have been up there twice and both times the guy gave me the run around he was on his phone talking had to wait until he got off before he even notice that I was there they just need to get better at customer service
Smaller than most places out there for selling your metals, but these guys are always honest and try to keep some of the better prices for us when we are selling our brass, copper and aluminum to them , even though their main business is catalytic converters and cores.
