Mr. David Hughes! The best store manager that i have ever ran into at auto zone! Not only is his customer service a 100/10, he made me and mom distressed time a cool calm breeze and we made it back to work on time! He deserves more than a 5 star rating! He deserves a plaque! Matter of fact give him his own store!! Your the best Mr. Hughes! Dont change for anyone!

I was helped by Alberto, I had no idea what the part was called or what I needed exactly but when I walked in he solved it! Very knowledgeable Man!

Carmen the sales manager has been VERY helpful these past 2 days. I needed an item ordered and she got me exactly what I needed even though I didn't know exactly what I needed. Lol! And then the next day I had to cancel the order ( not her fault all mine) and she was just as nice and helpful!!! She is so patient and kind! Best service at an Auto Zone in a while!

I had a dead battery on Superbowl Sunday, fortunately, it happened really close to this store, and fortunately the store was open. The employees in the store immediately, jump started my car, then they changed my battery. They went extra mile for me, and had helped me a lot! This is the best place ever, I was really pleasantly surprised with their care.

Mr Christian was so great customer service was top tier i am so thankful to had ran into him at auto zone he definitely deserves a raise i will be looking for him next time i am in need of help !

Thank you Octavio at the Forest Hill location. After I had visited a different brand auto parts store to get tail and brake lights checked out and was told that it wasn't the bulbs I went to AutoZone. Octavia double checked, and it was the bulbs that had burned out. Thank you so much for helping me save hundreds of dollars thinking it was possibly a more serious problem.

Robert R was a wonderful employee that helped check my headlights and replace them for 49.00 after the dealership tried to charge 500.00 for the same issue. He was a wonderful help and I will be back again and recommend any one I can.

I had a fantastic experience at this AutoZone location due to one of the employees there. Robert Reyna was great and very helpful when it came to multiple questions I had about my car. No time wasted, he got me in and out in the timely matter. He also took the initiative to come outside and take a look at my car himself to further inspect my problem. Thanks to him. I saved money on Going to a mechanic. Highly recommend this location. Great crew all around.

After waiting in line for 10 mins, I was told by Saul he could come and assist me once he help get the line down. I patiently waited for him to do so before returning in to the store. I was asked by the Manager On Duty (Grey Shirt) Robert, how could he help? I explained I was waiting to get assistance outside, he then stated “ Give me just a second!” I returned to my vehicle and waiting again. Robert begin cleaning windows, which is understandable when it’s closer to closing time. I return to the store and stood in line until Saul finished with the customer. Saul apologized for the wait, meanwhile Robert is spraying down the counter tops two hours before closing with customers in the store needing assistance. Then proceeded to stated “ He was going to shut down the register and headed to the back!” Overall Saul was a very hardworking young man and he made sure to put the customers first! Robert has no sense of urgency or respect for the position he holds. This was very frustrating situation to have to travel to 3 different locations for items and no assistance.

From the moment you step into the store, her warm greeting and genuine interest in ensuring customer satisfaction are immediately evident. She goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued and attended to, which creates a welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

This morning I woke up to a dead battery, I ran down to the Autozone in Forest Hill and had the BEST experience. Several employees greeted me and were very helpful, I have bought batteries, car parts etc. from Autozone for years. The friendliest people work there, especially the manager David Hughes and Curtis Sykes. They absolutely made my day, Curtis installed my battery in a jiffy and I was on my way. Such a great experience and I highly recommend this store to everyone. Thanks guys.

I bought a filter for my diesel truck from this store, but I received the wrong filter. When I returned to the store to change it, they informed me that the filter did not match the information on the purchase receipt. As a result, I only received a credit for about $50 less than what I actually paid for the filter. After the employee processes the credit, she give me the wrong receipt, and when I told her that the receipt didn't match the transaction, she got upset and looked for the correct one. And if that were not enough, having to endure the rude attitude of the employee! Therefore, it is essential to verify the part numbers on the receipt and the parts to avoid inconvenience, anger and financial loss.

I experienced an awesome service David I believe he’s the manager helped me out tremendously and was super nice. You should come visit them at AutoZone Forest Hill.

David’s customer service is AMAZING!!! He genuinely cares about the customers he serves. I walked in stressed out about my car battery but David took care of the problem. He made sure that it wasn’t just a connection issue before I had to pay for a new battery. Turns out I did but David made the experience painless and stress free. I am super grateful for his help, kindness and overall impeccable customer service. Thank you once again.

I want to give a shoutout to the staff there and especially Moe. The staff this morning were all helpful in assisting me in getting a new battery but especially Moe. He was a tremendous help also give me some great recommendations of shops around the area that have stellar reviews.

Cynthia F. provided OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My son's battery was bad and Cynthia took the time to get to the root of the problem. She showed grace in the midst of the HOT temperature and was a pure demonstration of what it takes to be a stellar employee and customer focused individual. We truly appreciate her efforts.

My teenage daughter had a flat tire in a nearby parking lot and needed assistance in getting it repaired. Everywhere she checked, they only suggested calling a tow truck (2019 Dodge Charger doesn't come equipped with a spare tire or jack). She stopped by AutoZone for help and Ramiro quickly grabbed a plug kit and mini compressor to fix the tire! He truly went the extra mile to help get my daughter back on the road! As her father...I can't thank you enough!

It would be great if they checked people out so you could get in-and-out instead of the manager standing there braiding one of the other workers Hair as she was ringing a customer up

Update: I received a call right away from someone in management promising to give more training to the employee. I trust this issue will be settled and we will be visiting again tonight to buy some more brake pads. Thanks for contacting me and taking I Tereso in bettering customer experience. Also shout out to Carmen in commercial sales. My friend wanted me to mention she gives great service. This is my second time coming to this store. It is not a stretch to say this is the very worst autozone I have ever been to in my life. I’ve used autozone in over a dozen states. First off both times we were given very little attention or help. The first time we needed a brake bleeder valve and they said the computer says they don’t have it. Every store I’ve been in has had some hanging in the customer shopping area. They didn’t even care to look and told us another store had them but we’re closing in a few minutes. We went next door to O’Rileys and they were extremely helpful and even opened a package to make sure it was the same size and thread pattern. Today we came to autozone to get bolt extractor sockets. There wasn’t anyone else in the store. Two men at the counter and we got there about 9:30 pm tonight. Eventually he pointed to an empty spot and said they were out. Didn’t offer to see if we needed more help and failed to see what we needed was actually in stock and next to the empty spot. We left to go to O’Rileys and had another very helpful and engaging experience. We’re we’re shown 3 different types of tool sets and given recommendation as to which one would best fix our issue. They then got us the correct oil drain plug for our car. We just arrived back to the shop and we will have this job done no thanks to this autozone. I love autozone and try to used them often but steer clear of this location.

Awesome, great service. Stopped to have my battery checked. The young man that assisted me didn't hesitate. He was professional, prompted and also checked my alternator and cleaned the terminal cables to the battery. Terrific service, hate I didn't get his name. Thank you so much. 🤝🏽

I want to thank Thomas and Carmen at this location for their professionalism and expertise in diagnosing. My vehicle probably died in their parking.they were both very knowledgeable and assessing what was going on and I cannot thank them enough !!! I would recommend this particular location as it is so very clean, the staff is very knowledgeable, and as I waited for a my battery to charge, the people that were in and out we're Greeted and spoken to when they walked into the door, and taking care of quickly. They were in and out. Just as I was and I appreciate that!
