I’d had the worst experience with my car failing from one electrical piece to the next. I spoke to Gregory at O’Reilly’s on Forest Hill, I came in and he was able to assist me with my battery warranty swap seamlessly! 5 stars to Gregory! Thank you so much!

Went to this place and the service from Jorge is plain horrible and his talk to other employees is really bad cursing in Spanish not place to do e specially in front of customer No kind of customer service.... please stay away from this O'Reilly

Every time I go in there it's a problem this store is absolutely terrible everybody has an attitude everybody has an issue helping customers they have issues with refunds these people need to be retrained and their positions in the store need to be seriously rethought . GO TO AUTOZONE !!!!!!!

Jose is one Awesome employee. A very very very respectful young man that goes out of his way to help me and my Father N-Law with anything we ask of him. Today has to be about the 5th time that this nice young man has gave the up most and outstanding customer service that I have ever experienced at any Oriellys that I have ever been to. I will wait in his line behind 20 people just so I can deal with him. Thank You Jose

This place always has what I need in stock. Even if they don't, they're very quick about ordering it to their store. Tip: Providing the VIN for your car is the best way to find the correct parts you need.

When I need to make sure I get the necessary part and with quality, I prefer going to this O'Reilly's location. The staff is very helpful and professional. Even if they don't have the part, they will direct you to the closest location that does. Which more often than not this location will have it.

On 1st visit a female (didn't get name), quoted me a price on windshield wipers, however I had left ID & Cards at home. So when I returned a few minutes later, the female, that I spoke to before was busy with another customer. So a tall guy (didn't get name), helped me this time. I gave him the information on my vehicle & he quoted me 2 different prices + he said he gave me a deal on the windshield wipers if I bought 2. So I'm glad I had to leave since I got a better price than what the female was stating!!!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was on vacation passing thru with my family and my alternator decided to go out. Shawn went above and beyond to make sure we got it takin care of. He went as far as printing my brother and I the belt pattern and brought us water in the hot Texas heat as we worked on the vehicle in their parking lot. Thx Shawn for saving my vacation.

Great store when the new assistant manager Cliff is there! He is very knowledgeable, knows every aspect of the business, where everything is on the aisles and can tell you what you need! Store is neat, clean and the parking lot! My hats off to Cliff!

Clifford was patient, respectful and tolerate of my hostel attitude in replacing my battery. We laughed and talked while he worked on replacing the battery. He also explained to just ask if assistance is needed in the future replacing a battery. He made the visit worth while and reminded me of good old fashion customers service.

I came here not knowing anything or what to look for, just had some pictures. Let me tell you, Joy was the biggest blessing that I have ever encountered. She saw what I needed and knew exactly what it was! I was so blessed to have this young lady help me out. She needs a raise Oreilly’s!! She’s awesome and her customer service was off he chain! Definitely will be spending my money at this location!

Catherine and Rodney are the worst employees I’ve ever come in contact with at a O’Reillys! They were both rude and inconsiderate! This company should be completely embarrassed that they employee such rude people...you both should be ashamed of yourselves!! Went to the location in Burleson and they took care of us!!! Great job team Burleson!!! Again shame on you, Catherine and Rodney!!!!!

Great place for auto parts. They even take your phone number and start you an account, like other parts store. Sometimes the prices are cheaper than other places, you just have to check. Clean store. Easy to find stuff. Great customer service. Staff is always eager to help you find exactly what you need. Great cleaning products to help keep your vehicle fresh, inside and out. Cool accessories for your vehicle- steering wheel covers, I Led lights, decals, seat covers, license plate borders, floor mats, and more. Lots to choose from. Paint with a variety of colors. Surely, you'll find the perfect match to your paint color to fix any minor repairs. If it's deeper than the paint, you can find a fix for that, too. Good to go to for most of your vehicle needs.

Have a standing charge account with O'Reilly's in Joplin Missouri. Great service there. Problem with this store is me and my wife are traveling to the beach and broke down and ended up at this store. Few people were friendly but you are not allowed to fix your vehicle on the property????? What the hell is up with that ! I spend alot of money with this brand store only to be treated like this ! I will be contacting corporate office on Monday when I get back home. Very disappointed that a store does like this ! Especially when we are 400 miles from home . Goes to show ...nothing like home I guess! Store is a complete joke!!!!!

I went to the store to return a tool kit that we didn't need and was told by Buck, the asst. manager, rudely that they don't return used equipment and if I bought something, would I buy it used? I explained to buck that we use a 3/4 and the reason everything was moved around was because we opened it upside down. We argued for a good 5 minutes until I decided to keep it for bad customer service and finally he said " out of good faith, I'm going to return the item" That's a bunch of bull, I believe he could have returned the item from the get-go, but because of his poor customer service he was refusing to do so. Not happy with the customer service, I hope all who are supervised by him have a better attitude.
