When you ask to bargain he calls you a jokers and hate when people come here like that, Come on its a junk yard place where you pull a parts yourself get dirty and hopefully save some money on it. But they don't care. Ladies up front are so nice.

Bought a transmission off these guys back in November and it's been leaking since...took it back twice for warranty repair and they keep telling me they fixed the issue when they haven't. The third time I took it to my mechanic in CA to get it done since I couldn't drive it all the way to Amarillo without damaging the transmission so I had to pay for it out of my pocket since Roy didn't want to help out. Find someone else if you can
Got price quote of $75 for wiper motor & assembly for 2011 Int. ProStar 3wks ago in Dec 2016. Truck they have is same year, 2011. Called a few days ahead before I came by to verify parts I wanted were still there, they were. Asked for total price of everything so I'ld have cash on hand. They asked what the part was new from dealership, I said $400. Magically the wiper parts jumped to $200.
Swung by today & asked employee I originally spoke with to confirm original price quote & he did in front of the office personel. They called owners & they're sticking with $200.
Before they called owners jokes were being made "if she could hear her phone since she keeps everything 'stuck' up her A**hole." The laughs were abundent!! Apparently even the employees know they are forced to cheat, lie, & lose repeating & future customers.
Good deals at fair price. Good people. Dont mind my husband going to buy what he needs for his trucks there because of the customer service he receives.
No one answered the phone the first three times I called. I got to talk to someone on the fourth call but they didn't have any idea where to get the parts I needed.
