Overall pretty smooth process. Only thing I wish was a bit different was knowing the time of pick up. Hard to know when they will stop by as they do not give you a time and you may be at work. Luckily they stopped by after I was already off for the day.
Easy process. Agreed on price and dropped it off. They had. People that would pick it up but they were busier than expected so we were not able to wait for pickup. The entire process was very easy, highly recommended if you need to dispose of a vehicle.
Had to get my vehicle moved from my son's house. Called and was offered a fair price and free pick up. Had several follow up calls and texts while I was waiting for my son to move his stuff out of the way. When I was ready the had the wrecker driver call to make arrangements. Traded a clear title for a check in the amount agreed upon. Sahar was very helpful with the entire process!

Got a quote online and then got text messages from an odd number asking for details about my vehicle. Entered the info then says to please call. So I did and the guy on the other end acted as if I had no business calling then gave me a quote for less than what I got online stating that you need to lock in your quote online to receive the same amount. That's fine and all but all of this happened in about 30 min.
Now I keep getting phone calls from out of state continuously wanting to buy the vehicle.
It was just an odd situation. I recommend just calling your local wrecker service if you're going to scrap your vehicle. Some will some won't but you're at least supporting local businesses. You will probably even get more than this place will give you.
