Fortunately, I had a great experience very great James The guy that came and took my car to the dealership. Great kid knows what he’s doing. Got there as soon as possible as he did very thankful for him. I had zero brakes Very much understanding, even though he was a young kid and all, but I was grateful for him. He did everything great. so for the ones that did have issue well sorry but this James guy went on and above I would definitely use their service again

We got our forklift stuck outside our warehouse in Weatherford after the ice storm. Called Miller's Towing & Recovery the next morning and 20 minutes later their driver showed up. He was very polite and professional and went straight to work getting it unstuck, he even put it on the flatbed and backed it into our warehouse since the front of our building was still iced over. Now we are unstuck and can load trucks, they saved our day! Speedy service, professional and courteous would highly recommend. Plus, always enjoy supporting another local business in Weatherford!

AAA Texas sent Miller’s Towing to haul my p/u truck to a mechanic shop. Caden Skaggs arrived on schedule & knew which truck to pick up & which shop to take it to. He was very polite & was loaded up & on his way in minutes. Very professional.

If I could give this place a 0 star review, I would! My dear friend got into an accident (a very large deer ran out in front of her) and Miller's Towing out of Stephenville wanted to charge her OVER $500 to tow her car 12 miles to her home. And, then Jordan, their dispatcher with her nasty attitude (to say the least) spoke very terribly at my friend when she said the car would have to go to their yard since she didn't have the money for the towing (this call was recorded btw). The only positive that she has about the company was the truck driver, John... she said he was very helpful and friendly. So, unless you want to deal with Jordan's nasty mouth and attitude while being slapped with a hefty towing bill... I would shop around before deciding on a wrecker service. They should be ashamed for treating a VERY sweet and Christian lady this way.

Had an issue with the car not starting. Cayden showed up promptly and was very professional. He explained how he was going to get the car on the truck, asked the questions he needed to do the job correctly. Tow truck was clean and in good working order. I believe Miller Towing and Recovery strives to do the absolute best by their customers. Highly recommend them.

James was the driver that I had the privilege of working with! He was so courteous and professional! I was very informative and patient as well has kind! Wonderful person for sure and excellent service!

James was incredible!! We got stranded in denton tx and had to use our stayed farm roadside assistance. James came out quickly and jump started our two battery f350 and got us back on the road!! He was friendly and knowledgeable.

I broke down on side of road in Aledo area. My SUV started running hot all of sudden as my temperature was all the way over to the far right. Vehicle made a weird beeping noise (warning?) so pulled over to side of FM 3325 and immediately put my emergency flashers on. Then sat for a minute trying to gather my thoughts as to what was best to do. I couldn’t drive it home as that would have been 20 miles. So called my insurance for roadside assistance. They dispatched James with Miller Towing. It did take him a bit longer to get to me as he had a difficult accident he was working . He did call me and apologized profusely and said he’d get to me in about 25 minutes which he did. He got my SUV loaded and over to Sun Tire and Auto on Basswood Blvd Fort Worth. I rode with him. James is a super nice guy and helped me a lot. I’m most appreciative and would use Miller Towing and him again.

Wanna give a huge shout out to the two badass operators that came out and helped me load my trailer today. I can’t remember their names, but they know who they are. Very knowledgeable, experienced, paid attention to every detail, and just genuinely great guys. 10/10 would recommend and use them again.

Avoid this towing company at all costs! Last night, my fiancé and I were left stranded on the side of the road for 5 hours (4:15-9:15 PM) with no updates or support. Despite multiple polite calls, the office staff was consistently rude, providing false ETAs, and getting upset with us for seeking updates. The final 'update' was that they would show up the next morning at 6 AM, after we'd already paid for the service. Unacceptable customer service and lack of professionalism. Will not be using again and would advise others to steer clear.

James Johnson was so communicative and handled my car with excellent care! Great customer service and was very friendly. Definitely recommend and will request him in future if needed!

Larry was really helpful. He deserves a 10 stars. I called my insurance and they called this company , which Larry helped me start my car on 1/3 at the hospital parking lot . A very good towing company

This was a timely and excellent y experience, very much worth it. It works, and fast! David D. arrived really fast, well before the set time and was extremely helpful getting my car to a safe location for repairs. 5 out of 5 stars.

I just had to have my car towed due to tire issues and James was great! He was very careful with my car and made sure to communicate what he was doing. Keep up the great work James and I hope you are appreciated everyday at work!

It’s Christmas time frazzled already. We were at a ATV store in Hudson Oak, When we realized we couldn’t find my keys @ 5:45 and they were probably in one of the Kawasaki’s or on the showroom they said they couldn’t help us. They had to close at 6 fabulous Customer service( I’m being very cynical) Unbelievable I’m definitely not buying anything from them so they closed up. They left us in the dark. We were so upset and Larry came. He was our Christmas gift. 5:45. We realized I’ve lost my keysThe tow truck driver Larry was absolutely wonderful. My daughter myself, and my husband were completely frazzled with the whole situation. Larry calmed everybody down, was extremely polite and professional. We have used y’all before several times before I highly recommend y’all. We’ve always had a wonderful experience. His experience completely calm, my husband down he was very kind, respectful and extremely professional The next time we have to use y’all, which I’m sure there will be we are asking for Larry

Pretty fast and safe when loading up. Adaptable to the what was happening and having to figure out how to handle the situation. Great fast driver overall.

Travis was wonderful! Showed up and got me and my car exactly where we needed to go and did it in the cold with a smile on his face. I wish him well. If I ever need a tow again, I hope the driver is even half as nice. Great job!

Had a blow out and I wasn't able to get another tire on it. David D came right away and towed the car to a shop very quickly and responsibly. They communicated very well. Hope I don't need another tow anytime soon, but if I do, I would be happy to have Miller's again.

Cody of Millers Towing Service was excellent in handling my battery problem. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He put in a new battery within 10 minutes. It turns out that I didn't need towing service at all. Thank you Cody!

While the towing took over 2.5 hrs to arrive. Cayden was great! He was able to jump start my car, get it out of the parking garage and to the dealership. He was quick and curious. Enjoyed the conversation as he’s very personable. I appreciated the rescue.

Great experience with David and James, unfortunately my son locked his keys in his truck and we contacted AAA and they dispatched Millers Towing they were at the location in a very timely manner and got my issue solved in record time. They were very professional and made me feel very well taken care of.

My insurance company sent Miller’s Wrecking Service out of Weatherford to my location in minimum timeframe. The driver was professional, timely, and impeccably courteous. My car was loaded, and unloaded at the mechanic’s perfectly and with no damage. Everything went smoothly!

Caleb checked with his supervisor on iphone and had a good plan before pulling the curbchecked car out. Absolutely no damage and i was so grateful. He was young but very personable and careful. Thanks caleb!

Wow! I had to share this wonderful experience and brag on the two guys my mother's AAA service contacted to answer the call for help when we needed it today. So glad they contacted Miller's Towing & Recovery and even more thankful that Miller's hired such dedicated employees. My mother's car had to be pulled from a small ledge in her driveway, and things looked pretty grim. Cayden analyzed the situation and utilized tools he had on hand to complete a job they weren't intended for. This required skill and desire, and Cayden had both! Nick Turner was just a champion doing his part to get us out of this dilemma. Nick shared with me that he had previous experience, but that this was his second day, and bragged about the training Cayden was providing. These guys deserve to be recognized for being great employees! We appreciate them and Miller's.

Last night I used roadside assistance thru my insurance due to a flat tire. The gentleman who came to tow me was awesome! I was stuck in a parking garage alone at night with super narrow turns, plus my car was being difficult when it came to hooking it up. He was super patient and actually apologized to me due to it taking longer than expected. I got home safe and I was able to get the tire fixed today. I wish I caught the name of the gentleman who helped because he was super nice.

Price they told me to get my son’s car from their yard after being towed there from an accident scene was nearly $1,000 more than what the insurance actually owed and paid. The staff was rude to my son. I went in hot. They started off rude and Stella attempted to recover but they are not an honest business in my opinion. They do have a couple good drivers and one good employee, a son I think, that was honest and did what he said but others promised returned calls that never came and no one could ever seem to figure out if they had my car or what was owed. It was needlessly frustrating. Too bad. They got two stars because of the son and the driver but we will never use them again.
