I can't say enough about this location, called on a Saturday, I expected them closed but they answered and I asked what time you close, the gentleman answered in one minute. I asked if he would wait and he said yes. We were 2 mins from the store and he was waiting at the door. Had exactly what we needed. I couldn't ask for better customer service and true customer appreciation. This store is a true gem to Bay City! Keep up the awesome job! Thank you for being there when we needed you! A large NAPA parts store with knowledgeable counter help. I was assisted in my selection of what I bought. Will definitely stop at this automotive parts supplier again.

Bad Remanifactured axle out of spec. Kept leaking past seal. Two seal replacements. Getting the run around. This napa is independent owned so exspect for them to try to get over on you. I am going to pick up a new axle from a parts house and mic both and show them. So we will see if they can try to stay honest.
