Young kid working there. James junior very professional young man very helpful. Can't say the same for a co-worker of his. James is very professional. His worker of his was very disrespectful to him. Bullying happens everywhere. JJ handled himself. Very well. Great customer service.

After calling multiple other stores in the area with no help I called oreillys in baycity and they went above and beyond to help me out and even called me the next day to check on me 10/10 recommend

Stopped in for a few items and was met by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff that quickly pointed me int he right direction without being too pushy or overbearing.

Employees are always friendly and very helpful. I will always choose O'Reilly over any other place in town. Staff is knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need.

I have a friend who has a car that has major engine problems.....I changed her oil 3 weeks ago and we checked it and it was bone dry, no signs of leaks under the car, but looks like coming from around the gasket, and she has white smoke coming out the tail pipe,I assume from water in the oil. The two employees we talked to were extremely kind and courteous and recommended a couple of mechanics that wouldn't cost and arm a leg and a lung to repair. This was my first time dealing in this O'Reillys and I was very pleasantly satisfied with their attitudes and customer service.

Walked in this morning and just like the other posts customer service was terrible. The lady that is a manager couldn’t reply to good morning and acted like I was an inconvenience by being there. Definitely not a way to bring back customers.

Customer service here sucks. Got to the store at 8 on Sunday right at opening. Was literally walked around without a single word said to me. One employee had air pods in and when I said hello twice no answer just walked around. After about 10 minutes was asked what I need. I explained and she yelled at someone in the back and said “can you handle this”. Another woman came out and was confused on how to help me. Just a pointless experience all together. And I was the only person there. I’d hate to see the help given when it’s busy.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They have the WORST customer service! They don’t bother to help you.. there’s a lady that works there, she is so rude. She was not helpful AT ALL! This is not the first time it has happened. My father and other friends have had an issue at this Oreilly with customer service. I will take my business elsewhere! AUTOZONE WAS SOO HELPFUL! It did not took them even a minute to give me what I needed! Oreilly didn’t want to help me!

The guy that checked me out made sure to ask me if I had everything I needed, made conversation that was decent and explained things to me without making me feel dumb. Turns out he was a manager. Hope he stays because this store actually helps and don't make you feel dumb as a woman with no knowledge!

Always speak to Donald when possible. The man is not your typical auto parts store employee. He’s a Gear head so he doesn’t ask if your vehicle is 2wd/4wd when you’re looking for a part.

I called up there about 30 minutes ago tosee about a pitman arm and idler arm for my '86 pick up and the girl who answered told me they don't exist. Even had someone else to look and they even said the same thing...I called the oriellys in brazoria and 1st try pulled them up named of the multiple brands they have them in and even gave me prices. BAY CITY WTF!!!! apparently y'all need new staff members who actually know what they are doing. 😡😡😡

My car broke down on the road and I coasted into their parking. An employee of the store, Donald, came out and looked at my car. Told me what the problem was, and had the part in stock. He also told me how labor intensive it was going to be, and even called a local repair shop (Coastal Automotive) and asked if they could look at my car. They helped get me fixed up and on the road. Knowledgeable and helpful!!

Don is a fricken moron ,he is rude and doesn't care about anyone but himself.He cant keep employees there he runs them off! Only one there by the name of Jen who seems to know more than Don ,he needs to be replaced if the store ever wants to be profitable

Friendly service. Fast. Good prices. They will help diagnose issues. When injured i could not replace rear window hydrolics, DON did for me. They are good for the community.

Assistant Jason wouldn't honor a sign that been up since May. When I stated I would be calling the corporate office and the store manager he just shrugged and said that's fine. You would think he would've addressed the issue, but they lost a sale and I went elsewhere.
