I was about worried sick over a problem I was having with my car. I had Recently been to another place in town and was waited on by an angry older woman who seem mad at the world. I left that business with no answers and went to AutoZone. Dorina Helped me and I was pleasantly surprised at how much knowledge she had about my problem. She didn't google anything. She helped me just based on her knowledge. She was so kind and so helpful and offered services that I did not even know AutoZone offered . I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Chris Cano, the manager. When I faced some car troubles, Chris went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he take the time to diagnose the issues with my vehicle, but he also walked me through the repair process step by step.
Kaley, assisted me and I was not experienced enough for what I needed to do. I proposed a cheaper fix and she completely went above and beyond. I cannot thank her enough, truck is running like new!!!

I was on my way to the beach on Sunday when my alternator died on me. Thankfully I was able to find an AutoZone and was helped by the nicest guys you would ever want to meet. They had everything I needed and even found me a mobile mechanic who came out and replaced the part. I can’t say enough good things about this store. I was stranded at CVS in Bay City, Texas
I called Auto Zone and was told they were sorry but no one was available to help. He immediately called back and said his delivery driver had returned and was coming right over. They were able to get me a new battery in no time. Excellent service from both employees.
The store manager Chris was so helpful with getting me a battery at a cost I could afford. He had a very positive attitude and lots of patience. Thanks so much
Pretty decent parts good service and got the parts delivered quickly, managers know their stuff and so do some of the other staff. Also offer great employee discounts for Tenaris workers.
I want to express gratitude to the store manager Chris and his crew for going out of his way to help me. I needed a part for my car and he pulled some strings and had Charles to deliver at a timely manner in spite of the rain. He even brought it out to my car. Now that's costumer service at its finest. Thanks again you guys. I can now get my car fixed and go on my way.
Store is clean and organized. Staff is in their own world though and make you feel like an inconvenience when you have a question. This location is certainly different staff wise compared to several others I have been to.

On 12/6/24 a young lady was working at night and I called about a bulb for my lancer super simple but was definitely upsetting because it was a brake light and she said they had it in stock, I said I would be in later to grab one. I come in probably an hour later and I couldn’t believe she had actually pulled the part and was able to help me identify which taillight it was for certain. She is very helpful and made a frustrating inconvenience a 5 min job literally! Didn’t catch her name but she is awesome! Thank you AutoZone bay city and your great team!
Stopped in for a few items and was met by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff that quickly pointed me int he right direction without being too pushy or overbearing. I love their new self checkout, probably the one establishment i really appreciate that technology.

Got the the part I needed for my truck, so thats good to go. This kid, I believe his little name tag said Angel, that kid right there needs a raise or something. Super polite and straight to the point. I don't see many people at parts stores that are that polite and nice anymore. Definitely will come again if I need another part!
Got parts for my car at a decent price. Worker was a little uneducated but over all it was a good experence. Wait was not to long and store was clean and organised. Manager was very knowlegable about all my questions and didnt try selling me anything I didnt need. Will be back if I need anything for my car.
I went on yesterday and I was assisted by Matthew, he helped me with everything and made sure I had everything I needed! I went for rotors,brakes, and oil change supplies! Thanks Matthew highly recommend anyone to go see him!
In my opinion this is a great Father’s Day gift and a great deal for $25 you can get the armor all and for $50 the chemical guys . I have done the math because I wanted to know if it was worth it and it is in my opinion 👍🏻

Oh my experience at AutoZone in Bay City was wonderful. The sales representative was very helpful in getting my truck light correctly picked out and instructed me on placing it on my vehicle. He went above and beyond to satisfy the customer!! Very happy!
So I called to see if I could rent a pulley puller set.. sure for 35$.. drove there.. and then she says "this is all we have, computer says it'll work"... dont know what that contraction was.. but not what I needed.. so we go thru a few different pullers that might work.. 1 at a time .. each one for a total of 3..computer says in stock... she can't find it ..3 of them.. so I go across the street to O'Reilly and they have what I needed...

Easy to work with and helpful. Honored a warranty on a battery I bought there and even provided background information on what had happened to that particular model. Doesn't have the biggest selection of smaller auto fittings, though.
Always offering good advice and reasonable prices. They don't freak out if you make minor repairs in their parking lot, even offering loaner tools to do it. I scaled back one star because I had to order some parts, so I would guess the selection is not quite complete. Also, there are too few employees, so you might have to wait for that good advice. Making a phone call to them is a lost cause, because the overworked employees can never break away from customers.
