We had one of our cars that had a flat. Too late to get it fixed and didn't want to leave it in the parking lot. Called Blue Lightning. They showed up in 30 min. Very courteous father/son team. They were careful loading and unloading it, unlike some other towing companies. Will definitely call them again if ever needed for towing needs. Very impressed with them.

My family and I were stranded 30 minutes outside of Lubbock from midnight until the sun came up in freezing temperatures. Our car (an EV) died and no Uber driver nor other tow company seemed willing to come get us. However, these angels came out ON THANKSGIVING and not only towed our car, but also brought an extra truck so my pregnant wife and kids could get to Lubbock safely.
That’s not all either. They then stood in the cold for over an hour ensuring we could get our vehicle charged. Once we realized something was wrong with the car, they offered to tow it to the local dealership and gave my family a ride to a hotel. When we got to our hotel, I asked how much I owed them for the additional ride and they said “nothing”!
So, saying I’d recommend Blue Lightning Towing is an understatement. They are professional and genuinely good people!
Amazing service! These guys are the definition of professional. They were courteous and considerate of our time and even went the extra mile so no one in our party was left behind or needed an Uber. They are knowledgeable and understand how to tow an electric vehicle properly and came equipped to handle the job. They not only made sure we were going to the right place but he maneuvered the car to ensure we wouldn’t have any issues connecting and charging. I will absolutely recommend this service to anyone. My car ran out of gas at Lake Alan Henry leaving my husband and me stranded. They were the only company willing to come all this way well past midnight. I was embarrassed but; they were courteous and understanding of my situation. I`m really thankful they were willing to make the trip. I recommend them to everyone I can!
Was taking my son back to Midland and had my tire blow out, they came right on time when they said they would be there. They took good care of my car and unlike other towing companies in Lubbock they actually secure your vehicle. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a tow or roadside.

We live in the Dallas area & my daughter goes to Texas Tech University. I used them to tow my daughter’s car to a repair shop in Lubbock. They were very easy & pleasant to do business with, even over such a long distance. I hope I don’t need to have a car towed in the Lubbock area again but if I do, I will definitely use Blue Lightning.
