Terrible - they never answer the phones . It just rolls over to voice mail as if the the business phone is a cell phone and it is just turned off . This one will launch a BBB complaint for not allowing access to property.
Had my car towed by south plains towing was amazing got helped by a gentleman named Zack was very helpful and took great care of my car considering it is real low wonderful service highly recommend.

I had to get my truck towed to the house of the mechanic who will be working on it after it broke down. Zack from South Plains Towing came out to provide the service. He was very friendly, professional and a down to earth person. It was as if I was talking to a life long friend. Well we had a rollover on Highway due to crazy wind so We talked to this towing service based on google reviews and rate. We didn't regret at all for calling this tow company they showed up at the scene really fast and the best thing i liked about their service they don't use too much equipments on accident recovery, so your bill don't get build up, they do it for you the efficient way.
