Do not go here. After getting my car back after replacing the pulley, water pump, and belt , it was leaking coolant and I called the guy about it, only thing he says was "well, the car was fine before you got it" unbelievable man. Now I gotta possibly get ripped off again by someone to get this fixed. No I have coolant leaking and spraying around the engine. **UPDATE**!!!----Come to find out these idiots didn't put the right seal on the car. If they could find the right seal why not just tell me or let me know something. This was really unprofessional and shady. Steer away from here
Not usually one to put a shop on blast… but this one’s wild.
Took my truck to Harry’s Parts Plus Auto Store in Three Rivers, TX because of a weird noise. Simple enough, right? Drop it off, wait a day, get the call—“it’s ready.” Cool.
I pull up, pay $415, hop in, fire it up… and BOOM—same exact noise. Didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before I knew nothing was fixed.
I go back in, tell them what’s up. I’m told it was “two pulleys” and they’ve been replaced. Clearly not the issue. They say bring it back, they’ll handle it. Alright.
Leave it overnight. No call. Next day around lunch, I call them.
Harry answers and tells me—get this—he PUT ALL MY OLD PARTS BACK ON and is giving me a refund.
So instead of actually figuring out the problem, the solution was to undo the work and send me on my way.
I wasn’t arguing about price. I wasn’t causing a scene. I just wanted my truck fixed. If you can’t diagnose it, just say that—but don’t throw parts at it, charge me, then backtrack when it doesn’t work.
Now I’m back at square one… except I lost time, trust, and a whole lot of patience.
Crazy part? I’d bet money it’s less than a $20 fix.

My serpentine belt split as I was leaving the state park towing a travel trailer with the whole family in the truck. I made it safely to Three Rivers and called Harry's. He and Michael, the gentelman who worked on my truck had me in and out in an hour without having to unhook my trailer from the truck! Great service at a great price! Highly recommend Harry's...ask for Michael!
Harry was a great guy had a oil pressure switch go out while I was traveling and he had the part and borrowed me the tool from mechanic shop that's attached to building. Thanks you guys!
Called for an oil change quote, and I stated I'd provide my own oil and filter for my small gas engine pick-up. The lady who answered the phone quoted me $35. I advised that I was in town and working across the street at a refinery, and I asked if it was OK if I left my truck there before opening hours since my shift started before they opened.
She passed the phone to a guy, and the first thing he said was that oil change was $45. I restated the scenario that I was providing the oil and filter in case he misunderstood, and he confirmed that the oil change was $45 for labor only.
It was very shady and sounded like this business price gouging like all the hotels in this town when the refinery has a few weeks of work. Instead of embracing the new customers, they wanna take us for every cent. What could have been a great experience and a great story for an out of towner went south quickly.
Pathetic business ethics and reflection of the business owners' lack of integrity!!!
I would like to Thank Harry's auto for having my pickup back to me in one day. A/C is great and I was back on the road in only a day. Great service and great price.

I had a spark plug blow out on the passenger side and repaired it in less than 1/2 a day. Everyone was real courteous ,very pleasant to talk to and informative ,on taking care of the problem. Really glad I took my vehicle to them.
