Got stuck on the highway and they helped me relocate my vehicle to a safe place. The spot to find me was a bit iffy but they worked with me the entire time to locate me. The next day I needed my vehicle relocated again, over 150 miles away and they did not shy away. They did not disappoint and even called about some damage on the vehicle (they did not cause it, it was always there), showing great care in your vehicle. I absolutely recommend Chase Garcia Towing, they work with you and they make sure to take care of your vehicle!
He is a really really really really really really good place I would really recommend him to tow your car car tracker van he goes away above and beyond to help somebody out especially when they're out of town

I really don’t know were to begin, long story short we are from out of state and we had 2 broke down pickups with literally no clothes, food, vehicle or anyone we knew near by. These people came and picked up both vehicles (one already on a trailer) and towed both of them to safe locations and they even assisted in trying to get one of my trucks running. For a few days we were pretty much stranded but the owner was so nice he let us not only borrow his personal car for a few days but they would even check in on us. When it was finally time to pack up and head home it was very late in the evening, and with no hesitation they came in late to pick up our trucks even tho that specific shop was already closed for the day. I hate that we broke down twice but I’m so happy we ran into these guys.
AAA left me high and dry for four hours and so I called this company. I cannot say enough good things to adequately describe how amazing they are. The gentleman who answered the call was polite and empathetic. He told me they would send someone over immediately. The young man that showed up was polite, humorous and engaging. He was also very professional. He got me back to my place and there was enjoyable conversation. 5 stars isn't enough for this company. They are uh-mazing!!!! I highly recommend them!
I STRONGLY recommend everyone to use them! I broke down in Three Rivers I was stranded for 4 hours and came across this towing service Carlos was very helpful polite answered all my questions very patient at 2AM! They are open 24 hours very humble David (son ) as well. I felt calm and relieved after speaking to Carlos and as he said David was on point with the time I was given 30 -40 minutes for pick up! I cannot say more to praise this towing service. They were ready to go and get me and my family off the highway faster than my insurance could get a credit card number to pay them. Charlie was my driver and he was amazing. He kept everyone comfortable on our ride back into corpus and was courteous to the end. If you need a fast tow, and have a few passengers that need accommodating, they got you.
Excellent Service! Car battery died on the road and Chase worked the problem besides providing the towing to get me back on the road the same night. 4 door cab is a nice touch for towing. Highly recommend. When you're stranded you should not hesitate to pay for Quality Service to get you back on the road.
If I could write two ratings, I would! Incredible service. Helped me out when no other company would. They even helped drop my vehicle at a service center the next morning for free! Awesome guys!
We were heading out for a wknd trip when my husband’s truck stalled out in George West, 4 people and 2 pets all stranded on the frontage road with our insurance being no help in finding a tow company. We found Chase Garcia and we’re happy to hear that Jr could come out within 30-45 mins., he drove us and our vehicle safely all the way back to San Antonio. Jr was kind and an all around good guy! He was polite and accommodated us all and our pups. Our trip started off rocky, but thankfully with Chase Garcia we were able to get our vehicle to the dealer and start our trip once again! We would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs service!
Guy showed up an hour late, I had to strap my bike down because he didn't know how. Then he locked his keys in his truck so we sat on the side of the road waiting for spares.
