The Staff at NAPA are very courteous and helpful, Jason has greatly helped me get the right parts I need for my Vech. and even explained in detail about NAPA parts. Store is well stocked and very organized, if they don’t have the part , within that afternoon or the next day the part will be delivered to the store .
Was having a hard time changing air filter in my Toyota. Clerk hooked me up with the right filter and helped me install it at the store

Went to Napa on three rivers in San Antonio do not have merchandise but the mechanic was nice I know it's going to take 3 days to get the part and I was just in vacation passing by
I want to praise a gentlemen named chuck groothoff & Napa! We were stuck on the side of the road pulling an rv and i called napa. Chuck (our hero), answered & came out to us helped us, brought us parts. He even called a buddy to make sure of the parts needed . He came n replace it for us !
