The gentleman at Crossfire Wrecker Service was so good to my daughter and her brother when they went to get his truck from their tow yard after an accident. Thank you for showing them kindness and being friendly. You helped a bad situation be less painful and you’re much appreciated for it. If ever my tow company in San Antonio has the opportunity to send business your way, consider it my pleasure to do so.
Absolutely do NOT recommend, if they are going to over charge you at least get your self a company with good manners.
- COMES WITH A CANCELLATION FEE (and didn’t let us know on the phone)
- the worker showed up over 1 hour late after giving us a 30 minute wait
- while the worker took his time to get to us people pulled over and tried to help
-worker threatened to bring in the sheriffs office after we refused to pay the cancellation fee due too the long wait and then sped away!
- after around 15 minutes after he took off and called us back just to say “ GOODLUCK ON FINDING A NEW WRECK SERVICE”
From the phone call I had first given them about needing a tow for my car from Mathis to Corpus Christi, The man who answered was very nice and let me know within one minute his charge to go to Corpus Christi. Which was almost $100 less then the quote the Volkswagen dispatcher had given me. The actual man who came to do the tow was also very nice towards me , very informative, and let me ride back with him to Corpus Christi which I am so grateful for, because I did not know if he was going to let me or not, & I did not want to be stranded an hour away from home!! He was very respectful towards me and it was just a pleasant ride back home, not that awkward silence that you would usually get &that’s because I was hung over LOL. & brownie points bc I got to charge my phone in his tow truck & I was literally on one percent. I surely recommend this towing company!!!! Thx so much y’all!!!!! F
