Very helpful and honest people. I had no problem with the part or anything. I usually go to the one in Mathis. It's horrible over there. I would never go over there again. Poor management. Nobody knows nothing over there except one young lady and I can't remember her name but she was so nice. Everyone else just stood there.
I stopped in one afternoon and needed a bulb for my headlight. Alec and Leo replaced it for me. Very energetic men and they know what they’re doing. All the staff there are very helpful and polite.
My car needed coolant in the middle of a road trip, and I am grateful to have been near this O’Reilly store. Ernesto was a great help in directing me towards the right one and even with pouring it. Another associate also went out of his way to offer expertise. Ernesto made what could’ve easily been a terrible experience a painless one.
In case you haven’t had the pleasure of stopping in this specific O’Reilly Auto Parts store, they are amazing. All of them are good but Alec single-handedly saved me from what could’ve been a disastrous Labor Day weekend. I must have gone in and out of the store 10 times while getting help troubleshooting, buying parts, and Alec just kept helping me with all of my questions and valuable insight. He guided me through the process and I had my car back to road worthy without having to call a mechanic. God bless you guys! Thank you Alec!

We stopped in here on our way out of town today, and I inadvertently dropped my mom’s credit card in the parking lot. Another customer found it, and the store employee called me from my phone number put in at time of purchase to let me know that it had been found. I was on my way back home, so this was the biggest blessing that he called right away. Thanks to the customers and employees at this location for saving the day! Great service and much appreciated!

On our way to vacation, our vehicle needed help. The wonderful and knowledgeable staff that is store manager Caridad, Alec, Dillon and Wesley really helped us on our getting our mini van together. From getting parts from towns nearby to helping us get back to safety, this family from west Texas is greatful for the kindness and helpfulness of this little gem in the town of George West, TX.
All the customer service was wonderful and helpful but I highly recommend Alec, He did a very good job at answering all my questions without being disrespectful or impatient with me and my family.
Ran in to source parts for diesel truck, found Alec, super knowledgeable and resourceful, had great knowledge and ability to look up and find specific part for my cross year truck, he knows which models came with which parts. Always good to find a guy who understands his product, has great work ethics, and is a great person. This guys is going places. If you need help on your diesel truck or something specific this guy has the genius. Ask for alec, he was a great help!
Great service. I was attended by Kaden, who helped me a lot finding the best replacements for my wiper blades and installed them prompt and properly. Definitely recommended.
This store seriously had some of the nicest people I've come across in a long time. I was helped by a guy named Kade who went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me back on the road when I was having car trouble. I even tried to tip him, but he wouldn't except it. I just wanted to say thank you to him again for everything he did. If it wasn't for him I probably never would of made it to Oklahoma that day. You were awesome!
The 5 stars goes to Bre, but oreilly’s itself gets less than 1 star for allowing their employees to work like this. Bre is an extraordinary employee. This location is obviously, very severely understaffed. The (only) other employee that was there with her is obviously new, consistently having her help him in every task he had to complete; She was having to pick up ALL of the slack. She was -literally- running around the store trying to help every customer (they were extremely busy). She was very helpful in getting me a new power steering pump and trying her very best to take off the pulley that I left on accident.
