Will gouge you hard on copper and aluminum, since Pickers is closed now they have no reason not to. As if their location wasn't hard enough to get in and out of. Go to Red River Recycling or out of town if you're actually trying to make money and not just offloading junk.
Excellent place to conduct business. Have been thinking about buying an established scrap business, or starting one. Too bad the business is becoming more regulated by the state of Texas
If you can find another scrap yard, any other scrap yard use them, don't waste you time loading anything and taking it to Paris iron and metal. They are complete waste of time. I will not try to do business with them again.
The only problem that I have is they advertise as being open until 5pm but the 2 times that I have been there they closed at 430pm. Leaving me to come back another time. VERY CONSIDERATE AND INCONVENIENT!!
Aluminum prices were price gouged on low side at 25 cents a pound,others in area when accepting aluminum were at 38-40 cents a pound,greed is everywhere but praise God for America's freedom for now
