Whitakers Towing has been our families go to for years now. Whether it’s been an accidental lockout, l a quick tow because of a flat or breaking down, all the way to a pullout due to the ground being too wet. They have never let us down!

Everyone was very friendly. From the first phone call and very friendly when they showed up and helped me make other arrangements when I realized I didn’t have a spare thanks to Kia! They got me to the tire shop and I was on my way in less than an hour. All before the snow and ice storm of January 2026 North Texas. Very thankful for Whitakers Towing company.
If you ever need towing services Eric and his team are the best! I was rear ended and my trunk would not latch. The Tesla repair shop was over 90 miles away in Plano, Texas. One call and Whitakers was here for pick up in 10 minutes! His crew is always professional, courteous and willing to help. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Highly recommend if your in a bind, they had my truck loaded up within less than a hour from when I called. Locked keys in the car on the weekend before Christmas. Was quoted driver would be there within 30 minutes but he was there in ten. Got the car unlocked in less that two minutes. Had me back on the road. He was very professional and wished me a Merry Christmas. Over all Superior service!

Very professional pickup. We had sold the car to a salvage yard and Whitaker's Towing was who they chose. The tow truck driver hooked up and loaded the car safely and efficiently and handled the title transfer for me. Very happy with the process.
This place was a nightmare! My things were stolen out of my car, it took 8 attempts to get my car back. Their
customer service is non existent and the people I had to deal with were cruel!
They charged my insurance company over $2,500 to tow my car 5 miles. A deer ran into the front side of my car and I couldn't drive it because the airbags deployed. I was stopped on the shoulder of the road. The tow-truck driver was able to drive my car onto the back of his truck so he didn't even have to use the winch. How can something that should have cost two or three hundred dollars turn into over $2500? I will NEVER use them again and I will tell all of my friends not to use them.
Tonight on July 1st 2025 I needed a tow and I called Whitakers Towing it was not a long wait n I was treated wit the utmost respect and the job was done less than one hour an my car was towed to SE 3rd street here in Paris tx put in front of my home.We have our own heroes right here in Paris tx Please give Whitaker Towing a call you will be very satisfied wit the out come an the GREAT JOB they will provide for you.I am so glad I called n will always be a life time costumer.
