American Towing & Recovery were angels in hard times today. Both the driver and the gentleman on the phone were professional, kind and considerate of my situation! I used to use another local towing company but American T&R by far surpassed them in all ways. Thank you again American T&R! 12/10 recommended!!!
My wife was traveling to a wedding when she had car troubles. Ron with American, dispatched a driver that arrived very quickly. He loaded the car and once the driver heard my wife trying to call for a ride to the wedding, insisted on dropping her at the venue. That is above and beyond what is expected. Great timely service and reasonable price.
Had the transmission go out on our diesel F350 as we were coming up on Paris in the middle of the night on a Saturday. Very reasonably priced, recommended a shop to work on it and even text the mechanic to let them know we were dropping it off. They saved the day!
Pulling equipment through the area and broke down, came out and picked us up, towed the vehicle to the dealership and treated us right every step of the way. Great service
We were heading back to Alabama with a loaded truck and trailer. We broke down after hours and these guys came in 2 different trucks, one man went to OReillys to find the belt we needed that had broke. They tried to fix the belt and discovered that the water pump was broke. One man towed our truck for us and took it to the Moore dealership while the other man hooked up our trailer to his personal truck, delivered our trailer to their lot, and then him and his wife took us to the best hotel. They were super friendly and efficient and did everything they could to help us even though they were closed. 10 out of 5 stars
Our car broke down traveling from CO back to Arkansas. Wayne picked us up and took our car to the nearest auto parts store, then stayed until after 11pm to help repair the problem. We cannot say thank you enough for the kindness and helpfulness we were shown.
They were on the spot when we needed them. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable on the task I needed them to do. Highly recommend them for all towing needs.
Very decent the guy that came out had to help me and my fiancé out with his semi because it needed a jump and he was nice about it, helped the best way he could and got it done.
When you have to utilize a tow truck it’s usually not a good day. That being said, everyone at American Towing made my day a lot better with their caring, professional attitude and attention to detail. From the pleasant lady who answers the phone and dispatches, to the driver who took great care when loading my BMW onto the flatbed, everyone was top notch. They delivered my car safely and timely (leaving well before dawn the next morning) to get my car to the dealership in Arlington. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
American towing was able to bring my lowered car to a tire shop. I had a tire blow and within the hour they picked it up and dropped it off safely. They were super helpful, kind, and quick! I would recommend them to anyone!
Best tow truck company in town. My lower ball joint broke. My tire was on the ground. First tow truck company called almost ruined my bumper. I have a Chevy 03 Silverado. No clue on what he was doing. Called American towing and Erik came to save the day. This young man knows what he is doing. Thank you, thanks to you my car made it to the shop... Will not use anyone else if I ever need a towing again... American Towing, Fast, Reliable, great customer service and best of all they are EXPERIENCED...
Had 2 Milwaukee drills stolen from this company off of a piece of equipment that was on a job site, they came and got the equipment and took all the tools and material with them that was on it. We called and found out who the driver was and told them and he brought back the material/fittings but when asked about the drills he claimed that there wasn’t any on the lift, the guys name is Mikey and he lied right to our faces and said he never saw any drills, which in total is about $300 worth of tools, thank you Mikey for the inconvenience…

I've known this family all my life. We have conducted business with the Luster's for decades. They are hard workers as well as friendly service. I've had them repair all types of work on all types of vehicles.
I contacted them to move a storage container for me, but they aren't equipped to move a loaded 40 footer, Yet. Lol!

Got the work truck stuck. Well I didn’t. Lol. American towing & recovery showed up ASAP. I mean ASAP. They were professional and courteous and extremely safe being I was just off the freeway in the mud.
These people are the greatest, my friends husband died in his truck and cops had it towed, she's disabled and had no money, when they found out the whole story they let her have it, no charge, they are a blessing from God! Thank you so much and God bless you!
