Had a mishap driving to Big Bend…needed a tow truck…called Roy’s/they sent out Randy…it was a very rainy day-it literally took him about 45mins to arrive-he was such a pleasant and patient man-his professionalism was stellar! We met Roy (owner) back at the shop who was very helpful to test our vehicle and tell us the diagnosis…made a few recommendations! Highly recommend! They are absolutely righteous and courteous!

These are the nicest, most helpful people I’ve run across in a long time. I had a problem with my motorhome engine overheating, and they were very helpful in every way possible. We think we got it fixed and I’m back on the road and today he even called to check on me to make sure I was doing OK and that everything was fine. You just don’t find service and kind-hearted people like this too much anymore. I highly, highly recommend this place.
