I would definitely recommend this tow company to a friend. They were great with communication throughout the entire process. They sent me texts with pictures and called me with updates so I knew where my car was and when it would be taken care of. This tow company helped make the best of a bad situation and I would choose them again!
My parents were driving from West Texas when their vehicle broke down about 4 hours into their trip. They contacted their insurance for roadside assistance, but after hours of waiting, they were never able to get a tow truck dispatched.
We finally found this amazing towing company, and they were fast, efficient, and incredibly dependable. They drove another 4 hours to bring my parents safely to Katy, TX. We truly appreciate their professionalism, their time, and their outstanding service. And to top it off, they came through for us at 2 a.m. when we had completely given up on the tow truck our insurance promised.

If you need help, CALL THEM! My mother-in-law and I were stranded on I10 at 8:45PM! We called every towing company we could find and no one could come get us. Even our roadside insurance couldn’t save us! We were 25 miles from the nearest exit. John was the only one who stated he could get someone to us….not before 1AM. This is a daunting feeling for 2 stranded women in the middle of nowhere with no lights, semis driving past, and a disabled vehicle! I called John back to tell him we would take the 1AM appointment. What else were we to do? John calls me back a few minutes later and says, I’m coming to get you! Without too much detail, he chose to rescue us when the timing was far from perfect for him, in the middle of the night, and bring us safely to a motel. John went above and beyond! He took care of our vehicle expertly, send me pictures of it once dropped at the auto shop and gave me their full details! We are forever grateful for his kindness and professionalism in the midst of our trial! Bravo, John and West Central Towing! If I could give them 100 stars, well, you get the point……!!!!!

I had the misfortune of hitting a deer and disabling my vehicle in a remote area. John helped me navigate the hurdles of my insurer's tow broker, provided regular updates, and made himself available morning, noon, and night to communicate. Wesley was the driver that helped us with the tow itself - he is very professional, safe, and courteous. Both John and Wesley went far above and beyond during all stages of our interactions. In the wake of an accident and the ensuing shock, these guys are who you want on your side.
Wes and John came to our rescue on I-10. Flatbed towed our truck and trailer with one International tow truck. Saved us from the 100+ degree heat. Wes had us sit in the air-conditioned cab while he secured the truck and trailer🙏
And he towed us 25 miles to Junction always asking about our comfort level and he was so personable. He towed us to the North llano RV Park, secured us in a spot and then drove us and our truck to the closest tire shop and secured us safely and professionally.

Absolutely amazing, my friend and I broke down in our 92 van 6 minutes outside town. Not only did our driver John (I believe his name was) bring us to the shop, he waited for us to get our stuff and drove us down the street to a motel. Gave us food recommendations and made sure we were safe. Definitely recommend!
Found myself in the need of a major repair and in need of a commercial tow service. After calling around I was referred to these guys as I was told that they were quick, professional and most of honest with very fair pricing. John was the driver I got and I must say he was all that was said and more. Very thorough in making sure to not damage my semi while towing. I'd recommend this company to any one but particularly to those of us that are owner operator's. Great service!!!

Fast and courteous. After dealing with flaky mobile mechanics and nearly 24hrs on the side of the road, we gave West Central Towing a call and they were there in about an hour. I can’t speak on whether the price is competitive or not because this is my first large tow. But their customer service and overall service is top notch in my opinion.

You hope never to have your motorcycle towed due to an accident but if you do, there is this company, WCT & R that treat it with care. Reliable. Informative. Helpful. Caring. Trustworthy. Professionals. I’m sure they’ve seen it all but are still empathetic towards you knowing it’s your time in need. John went out of his way to help us. We called John for a tow that was advised to get 2 senior citizens to Austin from Junction. Wesley arrived promptly, got us to Austin safely and comfortably. Very honest, professional and took care of our interests.
Great and friendly service. When I made the call for a tow after my brother in law got in a wreck about 115 miles away from home John was super helpful and he had Terry out in site in 25 min tops. The price was affordable, because of the distance I thought it would be very costly but it was a reasonable price. Terry was quick and helpful. I definitely recommend this towing service, thank you both!
John and his crew are amazing. My daughter hit a deer in the middle of the night on her way home from Colorado. The guys showed up promptly and took care of the car while we focused on taking care of our daughter. We live 4 hours away and John went above and beyond to take care of everything for us. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for all your towing and assistance needs!
These guys went above and beyond to find my friends and get them home. They called me to tell me they found them and then took them for food. Old people can be trying some times. They were patient caring and got them home safely from Junction all the way to Austin. Truly wish all tow companies were like these guys.

This guys are the best. They saved us in the middle of nowhere. Went twice to the recovery place on a Sunday morning and brought another specialist to help us on the recovery of our dead electric car. They even took us to the hotel at the end.

I was stranded in my f-250 today (Mother's Day '21), everything was closed (Sunday + Mother's Day) and hope seemed lost. Thought I might be sleeping in my truck but lucked out with West Central Towing. Eric was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind during a stressful situation. Picked me up, got me towed 70+ miles to my house and I can't be more thankful. While it was a bad situation, Eric made it into a good car ride / overall experience and made me feel at ease. My niece and I got stranded twice between Menard and Junction City driving from Alaska. They were quick, professional, friendly, and very dependable. The same driver (Terry) helped us out both times was courteous and professional. It was a 100 degrees and John offered to stop at the mini mart for us to get something cold to drink. Being from Alaska it was a nice reprieve. Thank you again for going above and beyond, the great customer service, and value.
My family and I had the misfortune of being involved in an accident with a deer on I-10 in Junction very late at night as we were taking a family vacation. Our roadside assistance provider tried numerous tow companies in Junction that didn't answer, quoted over 2 hr pick up delay, or simply didn't call back. They contacted West Central Towing and the call was answered immediately and pick up was within 45 minutes. John picked my husband up and was professional, courteous, and caring. I say caring because he was kind enough to bring my husband to the hotel we had secured as we had no transportation. John is pretty amazing; talk about going above and beyond. The next morning as we were trying to determine how we would make our way to Kerrville from Junction to secure another rental (no rental deliveries, no taxis and no Ubers, thanks to Covid-19), John kindly called to check on us to see if we needed transport to Kerrville Enterprise as he was towing the vehicle we had rented to a local repair shop there. We were so very thankful. He was a true blessing as we had no way of making our way there without his offer. The fact that he took time out of his morning to call and inquire if we needed any transport assistance showed the kind of company West Central is and the caring person he is. West Central..you truly have an asset in John. He is representing your company and he is doing it very well. I expressed my gratitude to him, but I want to put in writing, if you are in need of assistance for your vehicle in Junction, do not even hesitate to contact West Central Towing. You will be pleased if you utilize their services; you will be fortunate if John is the provider.
