Mike went out of his way to help us. We asked for a service his company normally doesn’t offer, and he quickly offered to help us anyway. We were so so grateful because it was a very hot day on the road.
After 4 hrs of waiting on good sam I took matters into my own hands and called these guys. So glad I did. Jesse said he was 4 minutes out and true to his word he was! 3 minutes later he had the truck open wow! He accomplished in 7 minutes what gs couldn't in 4 hrs. Nice to know so know that some companies in this country still have values and integrity. Thank you Jesse and gang...you are all much appreciated

Got took out on I 10 by lady hauling a U Haul... these guys are great, went way above and beyond to make sure we got a hotel for the night and helped get us rental so we could get back to Canada
So thankful for Jonathan who saved us on the side of I10 after a blowout of our spare tire outside of Junction. After my insurance company failed to find a tow service, we called Back On Your Feet and Jonathan showed up in about 15 minutes to tow our car. He was also gracious enough to call a local tire shop in Junction for us so that we were able to get our tire replaced at 11pm on a Sunday night and be back on the road within an hour. Could not be more grateful for the very helpful people in Junction!
If you have to break down, this is the place to do it. Jonathan and Vernon saved us and our twins from the side of I10. They were gracious, caring and calm with everything from a terrified grandma to a stinky diaper. Not all superheros wear capes.

My Dad had an accident that took his life a week ago and these guys were incredibly patient and so very kind to me. I don’t live in the area so I don’t think I’ll be needing them again but if you need a towing/wrecker service please make these guys your number one call. Professional, courteous, kind, and easy to work with.

Johnathan and Marcus were a blessing! My family of 6 and I were stranded on the side of the road due to car issues and they can to rescue in 103 weather! They made it in good timing and helped us out with referrals etc from the town Junction as we’re traveling from Lubbock. Good people are definitely hard to come by and I can most definitely tell he (Johnathan) isn’t all about money. He’s definitely a good hearted normal human just like us! These guys saved me on the side of the highway during a very big storm. They risked their lives to help me. I am very thankful for them and have been treated with very good customer service. I highly recommend them for reliability.
My car decided to have a moment and ended up needing to be towed an these wonderful men came out and picked us up towed my car to a mechanic and dropped us off at a motel. I definitely would not mind breaking down in this amazing town. Super cute workers as well 100% would recommend amazing
Jonathan and his crew are awesome. My husband & I broke down in our simi truck on I10 about 20 miles east of Junction, Tx. In the right lane of traffic. I called these guys at 4:14pm & they had us hooked & rolling by 4:50pm. Totally professional. Plus they went above and beyond to help us get some gear & get to a hotel for the night. Then came back to pick us up to get our truck squared away. Then offered to take with them to lunch. Treated us like family. Thank you again guys.
The team was quick to help me when I locked my keys inside of my vehicle. They were friendly, helpful, and even gave me tips on how to change my car’s door code.
