Want to talk about customer service? These boys in Crandall are no joke!!! And contrary to belief they actually know what they are talking about! They are the type that won’t ask you if your ram is 4 wheel drive or what motor is in it if your getting windshield wipers. I don’t leave reviews ever but these guys deserve it. These are the type of boys that wake up in the morning and piss excellence. Just walked back in to get their names for this review bc they deserve a shout out and even better they need a raise ORIELLY’S!!!!! Many thanks to Robert and Brandon!!!
I was in there, Sunday afternoon and the store was pretty busy, but I believe the gentleman that helped me was, Robert. He tested my battery for me and offered to install my new one due to the one he tested to be bad. He had to finish helping other waiting customers. Once he was done he promptly came out and it only took him about 15 minutes to swap them out. Couldn't have asked for a better service from this store.
My first time there was yesterday. I forget the gentleman's name but the lady was Maria. They were very courteous and assisted me quickly. Good people ...great service. Highly recommend ...
Stopped by O’Reilly’s to replace my dead car battery, and the staff were great! Dalton tested the old one, helped me pick the right replacement, and even swapped it out in the parking lot. Quick, friendly, and super helpful—highly recommend!
I came in needing help with my battery and was assisted by Maria. Unfortunately, she was very rude and had her headphone in while I was trying to talk to her, which made me repeat myself several times. On top of that, she was very pushy about selling me something and didn’t even try to test the battery first. I don’t understand why that kind of customer service is acceptable. Other than that, the store itself is great—but her customer service definitely wasn’t.
Don't waste your time here. This place is a joke. I brought in a battery to get it checked. Associate told me it would take an hour. I left and came back an hour later only to be told that it would be one to two hours. When I told him that he had said one hour he had a smug attitude and just told me "unless you want to buy one". I am already late to an important business meeting and this waste of time made it worse. I asked for my battery back and saw him just grab it from the counter. He hadn't even put it to charge yet. Unbelievable! I drove over to Auto Zone and just bought a new battery. They installed it and checked my starter and alternator on site for free.
Here’s the thing I love O’reillys but the this store in particularly WILL NOT LET YOU LOAD A ACCOUNT and I have never ran into that period point blank and quite frankly can’t find a word to explain it but TRASH
There’s never a time I can go in and get what I need. I always have to put stuff back on the shelf and visit another location. So much for one in the area with how long you have to wait on multiple occasions.
