The lack of transparency and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I would advise others to be cautious and explore other options.
The driver was rude and changed the price in person. That felt very unprofessional and dishonest. I recommend calling around and finding a company with transparent, honest policies. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of my situation. I would suggest staying away.
